They didn’t bring my package to my apartment. They will leave door tags and not ring my apartment number.

Temporary employment, personal vehicle delivery driver, lots of fun

Horrible horrible horrible. Called to have a package held due to wrong address. They dispatched to the driver to hold the package and it was delivered to the wrong address anyways. Not to mention it was to have a signature for proof of delivery due to it being a brand new iPhone through Verizon and it was delivered without a signature.

If it was possible to leave nothing I would. I’m beyond irritated with UPS. I received a confirmation email that a package was delivered, however it was NOT delivered to my front door. I called UPS and they had put a request in for a call back. The gentleman I spoke with was fine, but when I spoke with him today he told me that he spoke with the driver and the driver specifically remembers leaving my package at the door. Wrong! I reiterated to the part time supervisor that I have a video security surveillance system and at no point was there ever a delivery made at my house nor was a package left at my front door! He apologized and said the next thing I would have to do is file a claim with UPS. I will be sure to check the next time I purchase anything online that it is not delivered from UPS!

UPS seems to be the most reliable delivery service, at least in my area. Friendly employees, minimal mistakes made during delivery, good delivery time, and good accountability if mistakes are to happen.
