I called about 4 different State Farm agencies and got no where! missing work because im on the phone with state farm and because they didnt do their job right over a week ago. so i thought by callin a local id get better luck and so I spoke to Jason, the most lazy non understanding unprofessional person ive ever spoken to. he only cares about how i was talking and not how my car or well being was, it was like he has never seen a person whose car was hit. was not even able to pull up a claim with common information, and he thought i was gullable to believe that was the problem. i was begging him to try other ways to pull it up as he ingenuinely did so. He Did not want to do his job. A state farm client hit my car and although he is a state farm agent Jason said he couldnt help me because the client who hit me was not his client. he told me he could not help me and tried having me call another agent two blocks from him. so that basically id be sent on a goose chase just to get rid of me. he hung up on me once and i called back because my car was hit by their client while my car was PARKED! i asked him if he thought it was a professional thing to hang up on me, he giggled and said comeon? strange! Then he hung up on me AGAIN! 7 reviews is not a lot they could be his relatives this is a tiny town why would you want to leave that lazy ghetto impression on Faribault. worthless. arrogance is not classy. 🤭 the most uncomfortable part was he kept giving me advise while i was knly trying to get answers aboit my car as if he needed to hear his wise words? how about get wise and do your job!
