I have bought alot of items from this site and every time I have had a nice experience its a great place people are always nice Ive seen alot of people giving bad reviews because they didnt follow the pick up hours and look at there item before they bid Its not the auction sites fault if its not as described because the buyer makes the descriptions.

Went to see the tin family near it and to see where the first tilt a whirl were made. Very nice town with very friendly people.

Have bought plenty from the auction house. Very easy to deal with here. Had an issue one time on getting the wrong stuff but they made it right where everyone was happy! Very pleased and will continue to use them!

A very fair, easy to work with business. All policies are clearly stated on the website. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Always an easy experience when we buy or sell at VPOnline auctions! The employees are helpful and kind and the owner is honest and reliable. The rules of pick up/drop off for buying are clear and easy if you take the time to read them. The descriptions of the item are in the hands of the person selling to be honest, that is not the buisness owners responsibility, but I know first hand when the seller gets caught being dishonest that is addressed and they are not selling there in the future. Happy to have this auction site in our home town.

Everything is straight forward on the website! Owner states if he knows something is broken. If it says it works and you find out it doesnt he gives you until the next Wednesday to return it! Workers are very friendly and will help with what ever you need!

Poorly designed website. We went down their to drop off things and they were closed. Website clearly said they were open. Turns out they were redoing the parking lot. Waste of a 30 minute drive. A heads up would be nice.

If you feel like getting insulted by the owner when you attempt to pick up the items you bought, then this is the place for you. What a joke.

30 minute drive to buy our item. Werent aware of the noon restriction for pickup. NO BUDGING about hours to get OUR items and yet owner is insensed that the Internet company wouldnt be there to fix his internet for 4 hours. Not very nice about it either. As a business owner I know on which side MY bread is buttered but apparently hes become a bit too jaded for his work. Time to get out. Nice job.
