This is the only place I go to in the FM area to get my nails done. I am always happy with my nails when I leave, but today I was absolutely blown away. I can not stop looking at them.

Horrible job. Paid 70 dollars and I still have dry skin on my feet the lady cut my toe with a dremmel and then horrible paint job. Dont waste your money here. By far the worst service ever.this is even after I pointed out there was still alot of dry skin left.

I purchased the $45 Organic Pedicure that included callus removal, pumice stone, masks and wraps. The foot massage/leg massage was wonderful. The basic pedicure doesnt include the massages and thorough foot care.. definitely worth the extra $15 to upgrade for the organic pedicure. Happy with the value and the service I received. I went in the morning and there wasnt a wait to be seen.

This is by far the best place to get your nails done in Fargo. It’s usually busy but if you call ahead they can always get you in. Even if you don’t call the wait isn’t usually long. I wasted so much money going to other salons in Fargo only to have crooked nails with lumps or messed up polish. Every time I’ve gotten my nails done at nails pro the shape is perfect so is the polish and the techs are awesome, I saw another review and some one said the manager was rude in my opinion she’s actually super nice she’s also done my nails she did a great job gave me a great price ! So if you need your nails fixed filled or a brand new full set I would highly recommend this place!

This was my worst experience ever at a nail shop they treated me very bad and made me feel uncomfortable! I went in for a pedicure and to wax my eyebrows, when getting my pedicure I chose the basic pedicure because I had the others before and the only difference is the foot mask which made no difference for me in the past, as she’s doing my pedicure she was in i hurry and barley scrubbed my feet so when I asked if she can scrub some more she became annoyed and and lazily did 3 more strokes is if to say here you go are you happy now, she then proceeded to say well if you would’ve gotten the luxury pedicure I would’ve did more! She then began to speak her language to her coworker that was sitting next to us and the both started talking while looking at me.For the rest of my service she kept pulling mu feet roughly as if she was upset because I simply asked her to scrub a little more! She then kept asking me to pay while I was still in the pedicure chair as if she thinks I would just get up and leave and not pay due to my skin color I then told her I still have to get my eyebrows waxed why can’t I just pay together? By the way the PEDICURE WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST I’ve ever gotten I posted pictures fresh out of the salon so you be the judge! And on top of that her coworker ended up doing my eyebrows and kept literally pushing my face roughly as big she was upset I had to tell her to stop!

They did by far the best job I ever had on my nails. Im obsessed got tons of compliments. They missed a spot on my heel for a pretty expensive foot pedicure I sprang for the more expensive one and the water was kinda cold but still gonna go there for like ever because of how good my nails are.

I went in and asked for a specific design and they did not give me what I asked for. It turned out terrible and yet they still made me pay $40 for it. I called in and asked if I could have them fixed and I was hung up on mid sentence. Terrible service and quality.

They are very busy & all their chairs are filled most of the time. I find this to be a good thing. They are just as good with detail as they are busy! I was referred & its still my favorite place to get my nails done

My wife went in 2 weeks ago and had her nails done. The tech was excellent and she went ahead and scheduled an appointment for my wife to come back. We went to the appointment and was 5 mins early. 1st upon entering it seems as though the lady up front had issues going on that should not be missed with business and then she told my wife that the she didn’t make the appointment with her so she has no appointment. The tech made the appointment with my wife and my wife was returning to the same tech. But to end this, I guess this was the owner or some type of manager but to all the guys and ladies this is no place to get anything done because this lady is very rude to her customers. Took my wife to NAILS2000 and they were very professional and also did very good work.

I always go here and do my nails and they do good but last week they didn’t do it good before he made it to short and the color I want and the nail was to thick I was very mad at them and told them if they can redo it they don’t want to redo it so next time if they do that I will get a refund and always let a women do ur nails :)

There was a lot of people in there on a Sunday. Sam did my pedicure. He was careful. No pain. Unfortunately even though I sat either my toes under the dryer for longer than he to me, the polish still got messed up from my shoes.

Had to wait 35/40 mins until I could get started but the wait was well worth it love the job the man did on my nails he brought my nail vision to life

The service was okay I guess…I got some short French tips and they where good for the most part but The shape was off a little . I asked for square and the nail tech gave me a coffin shape it wasn’t bad tho but it would’ve been better if the nails where more square . I got charged 55$

Not impressed by how they treat black people. This is not the first time happening to me or my friends. I legit hate this place and their service. I didn’t like how they were treating me the whole time thinking I was some kinda psycho. I hope there was a better nail salon so that I don’t have to come here. Hope things change.

They were very busy for a Thursday Noon, and they still did a great job on 4 of us!!

Service was ok. But the final piece was ridiculous. They made us pay an extra $60 plus an outrageous gel price of and extra $20-$25 dollar because of inconsistent prices. And to to mention getting chase when we had already left and payed them with them saying we needed to give them more money we will never go back and I do not recommend.

The staff was rude and they reused files without disinfecting. I understand it is busy, however is this not the reason that we pay so much? Especially during a pandemic, cleanliness is important. Terrible! The hospitality was terrible.

This was fast, efficient and relaxing! The chairs were great because they massaged as we sat there! I didnt get my estheticians name but she was wearing a maroon PINK shirt with an army green headband. She is wonderful and needs a raise ;)

I love my nails! HOWEVER they should not be tryin to cut cuticles on dry fingers. I wanted a manicure before adding the acrylic. I had to ask them to let my fingers soak in water before proceeding to cut my cuticles. This should be common practice. So I dropped 2 stars. But outside of that, the results are beautiful.

My nails are decent I’m glad the male did a good job but the toes I had to clean with a q tip corners aren’t so cleaned up so this pic is after I cleaned my edges on toes . Compared to other shops in the USA I’ve been to their customer service sucks. The main lady was very rude. Almost made me not want to spend my money a gel pedicure was 45 plus ten for the gel .. in CA it’s 21.99 plus 5 callus and gel is 5 more. The nails I got a full which should be bout 30.00 not 55 Which is accurate for a full set I’ve had my nails done 2 x a month for years. The prices are utterly ridiculous. I don’t care if they are located in the mall it’s slow and overpriced I’d rather pay 70 for amazing work then 100 for mediocre

I usually float between here and heaven nail spa. Lately more so here. I had a pickier nail choice today. Tony hit it spot on and I left more than happy.

I have been going to this salon off and on for over a year and they are always professional and personable. They have a decent sized salon so it is typically busy-that doesnt mean they hurry through YOUR appointment though. I really appreciate their cleanliness as well!!

Did my nails for the thanksgiving weekend the 24th of November and by the 29th of November my nails was falling off

I’ve been in twice and both times I have had a great experience! I like my nails short because I have such long fingers and both people that did my nails did great with the shape. This last week when I got them done, the lady that did my nails did a good job but she kind of cut my cuticle open. And they’ve always been super sweet, they even let my boyfriend sit next to me.😊 will be returning for a third time

Usually have a good experience here. Can be a hit or miss depending on whose doing the nails. The guy I had last time was rude and did an okay job. Everyone else has done a great job and made me feel welcome. Nail designs can be great here as well. Unsure if that one time was just a fluke but hopefully I have a great experience next time I come in.

I’m a massage therapist so no need for polish. I don’t like gel or the dip just wanted clear polish. 5 minutes and she was done. No nail shaping, some cuticle work slapped on polish and charged me $15!! I’ve gone other places where you get a hand massage and take time to shape your nails and the whole works. I like a hand massage since I work with mine all day. This was disappointing by far!!

I enjoy getting my nails done here! Yes its busy but i enjoy having Lin do my nails and my eyebrows. I see some of these reviews and honestly if you dont want to wait MAKE A APPOINTMENT! This is a mall they have lots of walk ins and they are the BUSIEST nail salon in town!

Moved to Fargo from grand forks and went here to get my nails done!!! I’m used to the salons in forks where I pay no more than 50 bucks for my nails that last more than a week in a half! My nail popped off!!! Horrible quality!! I paid 70 for something I will never pay for again

FELT VERY RUSHED!!!!! They rushed me to pick a color and the water for my feet was EXTREMELY HOT!!!! I told the young man that was doing my feet that it was too hot then he told me hot was better then he only scraped one foot before he let the water out 🤦🏾‍♀️ but the guy that did my nails was really nice and my nails looked nice except for the they looked like I need a fill in already I wouldn’t recommend to no one unless I want something fast

I have been coming here for years and have never really had problems until the last few times I have been in. I never get what I want. But today was the worst. I went in for a normal acrylic fill and he made them extremely thin and they were super sharp. I just went in to get them fixed and he was extremely rude to me. Telling me he did everything I asked. (Which he didn’t. I asked for thicker nails and square round). Do not go to Jason he NEVER does what I want him to do. Just awful.

Horrible service.... Spent $80 only to have to return next day asking to have polish redone.... Pregnant nail tech continue to push additional coat when I nicely asked to have completely redone, especially for the price I paid. She becomes upset when I insist on having my polish removed & done, she shuffles me off to another tech. As I’m getting my nails dried a mother with 3 daughters walk in and same woman tells them 20 minutes as they sit to wait she tells them to walk around or wait in the mall sitting area as if it’s not okay to sit in the empty chairs in the salon reserved for waiting customers. I WILL NEVER REVISIT THIS BUSINESS and neither should You!!!!!

They only care about getting you in and out. Manager is rude and unprofessional. Paid $55 for a terrible pedicure. My husband can polish nails better than that. The gel peeled off instantly because she put it right over the lotion. Only buffed 3 of nails. Ive been there before and had a terrible one but thought I would try again. They only care about fitting everyone in fast enough. Barely clipped any of the cuticle off and didnt even file my nails. I instantly went and bought my own light and did it myself. I regret every pedicure I get there.

This place only cares about how many people they can shuffle in and out of there. Got a full set by a guy named Jason. Horrible job. Showed him a picture of what I wanted. Didnt even look like the pic and charged me $50. What a waste of money. Ill never go back again. Plenty of other nail salons in Fargo

Went to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady was on her phone the whole time barely paying attention to what she was doing. She waxed part of the body of my eyebrow off, cut the front hairs too far down - the hair is shorter there than the rest of the brow itself. She cut into my eyebrows too. Not happy at all and very disappointed for $12. Cant even be fixed by eyebrow gel, pencil, or anything.

Seems too quite, Im not a social butterfly but still seems we are to conduct ourselves as if your in a library. Quality of service, an 8. Not EXACTLY what I wanted but will pass for now. I see sooo many girls/women with such thick nails they are instantly recognized as fake. WeALL want natural looking nails and do not understand why the customer AND the artist would be satisfied with that!!! Also, they should serve free coffee & decaf. Not enough seating when busy. Its hard for older customers to stand that long of a time.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE. My first time here was December 31st 2018 because the place I usually go to was completely booked (they actually did a decent job that time). Now for my second visit my nails turned out HORRIBLE. The guy was in such a hurry just to get the next costumer, the towel he was using was all dirty, the floor was nasty and of course he wasn’t happy when I told him my nails were all crooked. Not coming back here EVER AGAIN.

Best manicure Ive ever had. Bee took her time picking out the best color with me, even though it was busy. I requested a specific design I saw on Pinterest (which Id imagine would be annoying) but she was excited about it with me and NAILED IT!

This was the first time I have ever had my nails done. The girls were very nice! I definitely will be back!

Really disappointed, got my nails done Wednesday of last week and one chipped off Saturday night. Went to get it fixed and they charged me another 6$ to fix it. The nail tech told me that because it was a different person doing my nails, they have to charge me. I feel like they tip themselves five dollars and add it to your bill. Not only is my nail a different color but it is crooked and longer than the other ones. I’ve been a customer here for many many years and I will not be going back!!! Even after I told the nail tech that I wasn’t happy about having to spend an additional 6$ to my $50 that I paid to get my nails done, she walked away from me and rolled her eyes. Super rude, save your money and go somewhere else where they actually appreciate your service!

I walked in. It was very very busy. Workers rushed around from one client to the next. The floor was dirty and the whole “salon” was a wreck. I sat down and some lady started to file my nails. She left me about five times. She then proceeded to ask what color I would like. I told her I never even got the chance to choose one. She laughed and pulled out some random glitter. I chose a color and she didn’t trim my cuticles and threw on the color and added this random glitter that I did not ask for. The service was horrible, and the manicure service was the worst I have ever experienced. DO NOT COME HERE!!

I usually have good experience getting my eyebrows waxed here but not today. I went to get my eye brows waxed and the lady who did it this time would not wax them how I wanted. She told me I needed to grow them out? So she left certain areas full of hair. Even though thats not what I wanted. She said I need to grow them out. Once I got home I looked closer into the mirror and it looked like my eye brows werent even waxed at all. Im pretty sure I dont want to grow out my unibrow! So I had to do my eyebrows myself. Waste of time and money.

I hour after my manicure and its chipping. They didnt seal the edges, and the filing was poor, too rough a grit with no finishing. She did not clean my nails at all after applying lotion and didnt take my direction for a round shape. It was fast to get in, that was the only plus side, otherwise a waste of money.

I went in for a pedicure and the entire time the technician was watching all the other employees & customers. Like she was their supervisor. She wasnt even watching what she was doing. Then she would tap at the back of my calf & I didnt know what I was supposed to do. No conversation at all. She seemed very disinterested and didnt do a very good job. Plus it cost way too much money...$60 for a pedicure, gel polish (its an extra 15.00), and a tip. Wont be going back there.

I’ve honestly been going here my whole life to get my nails done, but i will not be anymore. The quality of their service has severely declined (and it wasn’t the best to begin with honestly). Got my nails done on a Sunday and by Wednesday 3 of my gel nails are completely chipped at the tip and 1 is half off (no, i don’t do hard labor i’m an esthetics student). Also while i was getting my pedicure he filed my toe nails soooo short it hurt a lot and he asked me if it hurt because i was cringing i told him yes and he continued to do THE SAME THING! And as for my gel manicure, same thing with the filing too short that it hurt, but she then continued to literally cut my skin under my nails with a cuticle clipper... uhhh OUCH!? You don’t remove any skin that does not need to be removed. All of this coupled with the not so great customer service and obvious talking about you during services. I will not going to be going back anymore.

I have been here quite a few times but the service hasnt not been very good lately. The girl giving me a pedicure today concentrated on her conversation with another worker than doing the pedicure. Worse one I have ever had. My friend noticed it too.
