We booked in January for our wedding in August and with less than a month to go we got our deposit back in the mail saying that theyre closed. Okay thanks guy.

Excalibur was the best experience we have ever experienced on renting we did plenty of party buses and hummer as well in fargo. , by far the best of the best and the rates n great as well . Booked them last night and will be booking with him again this weekend and for every other feature events !!! Excalibur is awesome .

We cannot believe how great of a deal this was! The limo was clean, fancy, and fun! Our driver was friendly and professional!

Please be cautious when doing business with this company. Have an event on July 27th. Confirmed with him on July 6th and he said he would be there. He then texted at 10:00 o’clock at night on July 15th to tell me he is out of business. Not even out of courtesy did he call to explain at a decent hour. I tried texting and calling and did not respond to either. What type of business texts at that time to cancel? I honestly do think he shops for better deals!

Worst customer service weve ever experienced. The guy we talked to was rude and all he cared about was his pocketbook. As someone who works in the wedding industry I would never talk to a potential customer like he did. Never will we give his business the time of day.

We have used this limo service for years now and every time we have had a great experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

Never ever do business with this company. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. He didnt want any money down to reserve the limo. He didnt want us to sign a contract and not even a card number on file. Leads me to believe that he shops for better rides then uses the excuse that his car is broken down. A few years ago, he told us the same thing. Heard from others that he has done the same to them. Beware. You will have better service with Luxury Limousine.

His fiancee cancelled her reservation.In response to jaren novacek who left the bad review below on July 5th.The rest of the story is.....Your fiancee called today to cancel after holding the date for 4 months with a non-refundable deposit. I offered to return the majority of the deposit if the limo could be rebooked with someone else. What was perceived as rude was only me explaining how hard it would be to rebook at this late of a date, but would return $100 if I was able to find someone else for that date. The deposit was totally non refundable, I didnt have to offer that. Your fiance cancelled on ME, I didnt cancel on HER, and even offered to return most of the NON refundable deposit ...yet I get the bad review. I was just explaining how thin our profit margins are in this business. Weve done over 1,000 weddings with 1,000 satisfied customers, we always give people more than they expect.
