Guy didn’t even consider the lot and setbacks when designing our home. After months of “design” and paying his $5000 fee the town informed us the plan would not work, he then told us he wasn’t willing to touch the plans for 6 weeks. We ended up getting the exact plans designed in one week from another architect for $1000 less . Buyer beware.
