Worst experience ever. i bought unlimited membership online. Went for car wash camera not able to recognizing my license plate. Waited for 15 minutes, somebody showed up with loud and rude voice yelling at me “ why you came we are closed”. Me: “Come on Men, How can we know it was close with out any signs and google maps says it was open. May i know why it was closed and when it will open back”. He just ignored me and l left.

They REALLY wanted me to buy an all you can eat wash pass. Had to tell them not interested four times. And given the wash I got, Id never buy such a pass (my car looked like it hadnt been washed at all).

Very efficient and the only option available was $20 per month, unlimited washes.The pretreat spray was done poorly by a guy standing out front that also had to tell cars to pull up and put the car in neutral. Thats the reason for one star off - only half the car was sprayed.Vacuum and post wash areas were solid. Bring a couple buffing cloths and any car cleaning solution you want for your exterior and interior.

I cancelled my membership with them. They could regularly take my $, but could NEVER explain why my sticker never worked! And after paying $14.99 a month for Unlimited, but using it 1x a month on average because they are no longer cleaning out the inside of the car, all the worker could suggest was paying $25 to get my wash. So, I now use the car was on Rt. 1 in VA just beyond Potomac Yard and next door to the McDonalds on the way into Old Town. (I will post the name here later.) They are cheaper AND clean the inside of the car. They are FAR superior! Your $ is better spent there!(AND TO YOUR RESPONSE MR. WASH) Your employee also told me at your Falls Church location that the vacuums were NOT available. I would have opted to pay the $25 at that time and allowed your company time to FIX the mess. So, maybe it may be helpful for all of your employees to be on the same page with what you have stated in your response here. I am much happier with the new location and they clean far better. I will update this post to share their specific name and location for others who may need an alternative.

5 stars for the staff except for the guy at the enterance of the wash that never, ever ever guides left or right entering the wash which causes the aliment to go out. He does a good job spraying more soap than the previous guy but dont need aliment issues again. This place can be 5 stars if they get staff or a mirror to line up the left tire when entering the wash.

Super expensive (25$!) and the car came out almost as dirty as it went in... Just go somewhere else, dont waste your time and your money here!As a side note, I used to go before and they had other price options (expensive but not 25$!) And the car used to be clean enough, I dont know what happened or when it happened but Im not coming back here, Id rather drive a mile or two and go somewhere else.

Great place to get your car wash if you buy the monthly pass. Crazy expensive if you dont. The wash is pretty effective on tough dirt and it doesnt scratch like other car washes. The newer vacuum system works great but the location loses a star for the inability to stop random drivers from just driving up and detailing their vehicles for free, often for WAY longer than allowed. I cant even count how many times I have been vacuuming my vehicle and had drivers just pull in and use the facility for free... While I pay a monthly fee. Overall the place does what its supposed to do... Wash your car.

Don’t take your car here. The brushes mess up your paint for sure (not unlike other places), however where they really separate themselves is with any car with low profile tires. Both driver side rims on my Mercedes got so messed up. Literally lifted on the rails. When my cousin and I were in the car you could feel the jolt and when we were done I immediately inspected the car. Both rims super jacked up. They would not take any responsibility.

Update: Merrifield Mr Wash location has been converted to a quick wash, Express business. Automatic wash but vacuum is self service after the wash tunnel. Approximately 15 exterior vacuuming stations for individual use.

I came today to try my free LAVA Wax Coupon. I scanned it using the machine then the gate opened I drove forward then someone yelled at me with a rude tone saying Hey you have to let us know before using that coupon I replied It didnt say that in the instructions then he replied Next time you have to let us know. Well, I was about to get your unlimited membership but now NO thanks I am not coming back. I was like why are you offering free coupons if you are going to treat people with the coupons like this?

When i pulled in the attendant told me that their only machine was doing the expensive wash with wax and a bunch of of fancy add-ons like bug blast, etc. As i went through i felt the machines didnt do anything different than their normal wash since i have been there several times. When i pulled out and inspected the results there were so many missed bits to include a barely touched front that was still covered in bugs, and doors still with streaks which required me to scrub the grime away. Seriously for $25 youd think the machine would take a little longer and do a mid thorough job.Either the machine was set wrong, the attendance lied about the deal or my car was unreasonably dirty. Pretty sure my car wasnt the problem.Wont be going back there

Bad business practice.If you need only exterior wash do not go there. They will charge you $20-25 because they try to sell you monthly plan. They also say you can cancel at any time easily which is not the case.There are better car washes around better price and more service. I wouldt recommend this mr. wash car wash.

They offer only drive through mechanical wash. Manual drying, vaccum and internal cleaning are self served because of COVID19. They charge $25 per drive through wash.

The price you pay for the monthly unlimited washes is well worth it. The drive through does a decent job, especially if you use it every other day. A great concept - please open a location in Tysons Corner!

Mr. Wash was my go-to when I lived in VA, specifically their Arlington & Merrifield locations. I visited the latter yesterday and was disappointed to see the only choice of wash was a $20 Super (or some superlative) wash. Their new business model is to heavily push the unlimited monthly package which for me geographically doesnt make sense. I didnt end up getting the wash and sadly that will be my final visit to Mr. Wash.

This Mr Wash is by far the best one in their network. They have a massive number of self serve vacuum and cleaning bays for after your power wash. Its still not as good as when they had actual people doing this but its a great option until that changes!

Apparently they only offer one program to wash your car which is $25. We had to go through twice and our car was still not clean. The 2nd time we went through was free but like I said, still dirty so it was a waste of $25.

Decent automated car wash. Free self-service vacuum is a plus.

Totally a RIP-OFF for a one time wash!!If I could give this place zero Stars,that’s exactly what I would’ve done. For $25 which is the lava wash, it’s a regular car wash that you can buy at the gas station. All they do is make you go through a car wash machine and that’s it. It lasted 2 seconds. Really no joke. They don’t dry the car or anything. You have to be a member in order to get an interior wash and for them to dry your car. That’s totaled rip off. Please don’t waste your time or money!!!!The only way it is worth it is if you live around the area and then you can have unlimited wash , wash your car everyday for the low $17 otherwise DON’T bother going!

Im going to cancel my membership because it increased without my permission, I understand not having full service but they could at least wipe down the outside because of the water spots thats left on the cars.

This is one of the best car wash facilities I’ve been to. The automated car wash is fast an efficient and there are bays for you to wipe down and vacuum your vehicle. Someone hit my car from the back on the ramp inside the car wash and the manager is not taking the responsibility, says it’s between both of the parties, we can’t do anything, the ramp malfunctioned in the car wash.

As mentioned by other reviewers, I accidentally didn’t enter the track properly. They didn’t inform me of this until it was too late. They pointed to the side but said nothing to me and did not alert me of what was going on. They embarrass you and speak badly of you in Spanish (I’m fluent but don’t give the “appearance” I guess) when you don’t enter the track properly and try to say they warned you when they didn’t bother to inform you. The gentleman who came to help was nice but the woman holding the sign was not. She could’ve avoided this instead of pointing at a trash can and not bothering to say anything, then became defensive and said she did tell me when confronted by another worker. I said nothing throughout the interaction since technically, I did enter wrong but lord forbid you do so when it’s your first time being there!

This is a v good multi stages wash brunch. Next best to the one in Falls Church.

I would avoid. Been coming here for years on and off. Just went and was in a rush, somehow ended up getting some 20$ wash that lasted about 15 seconds, no drying. The gas station car washes give you much better value in comparison.

Great monthly plan with great self service vacuuming. Sometimes car wash is rushed and dont dry well.

Way to pricy, they only have one option, a 25 dollar full service, however, they do have free vacumes, which saves it from a two star.

Basically they are offering unlimited wash for $14 for the rest of the month but BEWARE not to make mistake entering the wash bay otherwise they will pound your glass to inform you that you didnt ride the track properly.

I left to go to Flagship in Vienna. The jets on this touch less wash seem to be as damaging as any brush has ever been on my cars. Also there is no area big enough to dry or vacuum thoroughly.

AVOID with NEW CARS!! Ive used this car wash for the 20 years that Ive lived in the Merrifield/Fairfax/Falls Church/Annandale area. Ive never had an issue with it until December 2020.My vehicle got off of the tire conveyor belt, and slammed into the side sprayer equipment. The MANAGER tried to BLAME me multiple times by asking if Id ever used this facility (yes for 20 yrs), have I ever taken this new vehicle through the facility (yes, 4 to 5 times), was I turning the wheel or putting it in gear (NO, been through the wash for longer than youve been working buddy), and some other VICTIM BLAMING.The car wash ended up doing $5,000 of damage to my 2021 Toyota Highlander!!!!! Their investigation came back saying driver fault. WHAT!?!?!?Never USE this car wash - Try Embassy Car wash, Sunoco ACROSS Street, ANY CAR WASH other than them. BEWARE - THEY VICTIM BLAME due to their faulty equipment or faulty loader at the front!!!

We have found Mr. Wash on Gallows excellent and fast. Today I was there while they were quite busy, but still they were fast, professional, friendly. Unlimited Wash Club for two cars, and its still economical. Great job including interior cleaning.

I went and signed up for the unlimited washes. After going through it I can say it didnt really do a good job on my Suburban. It missed the back.

This is the absolute worst car wash Ive ever been to, today is the first and last time I will ever go here. Right after the car wash I realized that my front right turn light had been ripped out of its socket completely, and the wires were hanging loose out of my new Subaru BRZ. They also dented the front right edge of my cars Hood, and all over the front of my car there were small scratches and dents, including over the headlights. Do not go to this car wash if you value your car and dont want to pay $15 to have it destroyed.

As a Mr Wash unlimited member I’m so proud of how clean my car is. The service is fast, easy, and high quality. I get complimented on how clean my car is and it’s so cheap and easy. 1 wash a month and your membership pays off. 10/10 would recommend.

The guys are sweet and polite. They are very efficient, fast, and accurate on cleaning the outside and interior of my car. Normally I wash my own by hand because Im very picky but these guys are most definently worth giving myself a break.

Quick stop on the way home from work. Never takes long but is thoroughly cleaned each time (at least by the guys on the far right.. Ive always ended up on that side). Money well spent. Invest in the 30 day package and just breeze thru never having to pull out your wallet!!

I drive a 2010 Burgundy Nissan Altima, I always love coming here because it is close to home. Its quick, easy and effective. Especially the interior cleaning! These guys have never failed me. Thank you Mr Wash Car Wash!

I like the Glebe rd location best. I’m at Gallows rd location now. Steering wheel is still dirty. Barely vacuumed. I hate having to detail my car after paying to have it detailed. The best part is the wash. The machine does it.

I routinely return to this Mr. Wash over the other branches because they do the best job. Their employees are really nice and professional. There is a comfortable place for clients to sit - with heaters in cooler weather. Just another example of their attention-to-detail at this location. I have the monthly plan, which works well for our busy family.

They will tell you its brushless, but its full of brush and they dont do a good job cleaning the interior.

Poor Customer service. NEVER subscribe for their monthly membership, it is a steal and they charge you even after you decide to cancel your membership with them. I cancelled on 4/7 and was charged until 7/7. PLEASE do your self a favor and avoid them.

0. They refused cash. The legal tender of The United States of America. When I went to use my credit card they attempted to coerce me into a plan by offering first month for $5. When I declined, they refused service based on Covid 19 and showed me the way to exit. I have never and will never use Mr Wash again. Lets see I think I have been using them for 40 years. The place is nice and the workers are friendly , I just hope someday they realize it’s best to leave some space between cars when they enter the wash bay as they try to keep pushing cars thru. Also, a lot of times when folding the side mirrors some of them slam the mirrors back to the open position and I keep asking them to take it easy when they unfold the side mirrors, and try to take it easy when they move the front seats. The new crew they got now is not as detailed as the old crew that used to work there, and you’ll have to keep asking them to wipe off dirt and bugs off the car’s surface. I hope they get the point.

Im not at all happy with this location and the recurring charges. They keep changing the charge amounts on me. They increased my monthly to $34.99 using the excuse that it included Wheel Bright (tire shine) which I was fine with. The car wash was closed for a couple of weeks and then I go in last weekend and find out that the tire shine machine is no longer available, but I was still charged $34.99 on my recurring payment. Im in the process now of cancelling my monthly subscription.

I wouldnt recommend anyone a Mr Wash Car at 3031 Gallows Rd in Falls Church, VA! A lazy guy at the entrance to car wash, who MUST spray a water to the front grill, windshield and both sides of the car refuses in principle to fulfill his direct duties!

FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!!! I asked for regular car wash for $15 yesterday. This morning Im checking my credit card activity and see that they charged $20. The person who charged my credit card yesterday said you dont need a check, you good, you can go. That was strange for me, now I understood. Thats unbelievable, are you nuts? Do you even understand if there will be more cases like this you go to jail.

This is officially the WORST car wash in Northern Virginia. Its too bad google does not allow a ZERO star rating. Every time Ive gone to this car wash, at least 10 times, they ALWAYS pressure me to get a service I dont need. The cashiers CONSTANTLY try to sell a monthly car wash membership and get you to purchase a more expensive wash than what you want. The last cashier I dealt with would not let me make a selection unless I listened to his entire sales presentation, which I did not have time for. Avoid Mr. Car Wash like the bubonic plague if you dont want to be taken for a Ride.

One of my easier job on my to do list for the weekend, taking the my car to the car wash. They do a pretty good job at a reasonable fast pace. I have the monthly pass for $49.95 for unlimited wash daily, which includes vacuuming and wiping the car inside and out. I wish they also do hand washing with the more exotic cars.

Decent car wash with lots of options from a basic wash to full detailing. I chose the $20 exterior wash only which was fine. My car was super dirty and the machine wash got it 90% to 95% clean. A hand towel afterwards would have been nice.

For $20..car enters automatic wash cycle and exits ..no interior..no drying it up...you leave with a dripping wet car.no good

I have been using Mr. Wash since 2013. While I wasnt entirely satisfied with the crew in Alexandria, I have been going to the Gallows Road location in Falls Church and they have done a top notch interior cleaning. When I saw that Mr. Wash will contribute $20 to its crew with a review on Yelp!, I thought it was a no brainer to praise them here online. Usually I have to tell guys to get those small areas with dust like the speedomter display or the cup holder areas, but this crew found every nook and cranny. The one thing I would like them to add is a credit card tip swiper. I dont always have cash and it would be nice to tip with a card or phone pay.

Place is a great value for a quick clean. Don’t well, only place better would be a serialist for a lot more money and time
