I loved my nails after they got done as did my cousin. My nails looked super healthy and shiny cuz theyre cool

Showed up at 9:30 for my appointment and was out of the chair by 10:10 you can see the results!!! The cuticle skin was NOT removed, none of the calluses were addressed and you can see the terrible paint job! Cuticles were flooded and I asked for square nails and they are clearly rounded and crooked I might add! I called the shop to let them know and all I got was “what can I do for you ma’am?” I WILL NOT be returning!!!

Tom does the best gel nails. I live in Fernley and NO ONE, I mean no one knows how to do Gel nails. The girls keep saying you have hard gel nails but their not they are regular gel nails. They have a huge selection and the price is good. I went a month before I got them filled and not one broke, chipped or popped off.

The nicest people around. I brought my daughter with me for the first time and the whole staff just loved having her there and they made us feel very welcome! Thank you! See you again soon!!! Thank you for not making a mom feel like she cant get pampered or look annoyed about having a 5 years old with me!

I called on a whim and got a fast appointment the nails look beautiful. I just did a classic white and pink. They look great I’ll be going back in a few weeks for a fill.

Well. I havent been there in a year and a half. My last experience was horrible. They are rude and the owners husband is a childish boy. All I can say I was a regular for a couple of years. One day I went in for acrylics. The husband was irritated because I put to much polish on and it was taking more time to remove and evidently made him mad enough that he intentionally was being rough so I would feel pain. So. I thought I would call and get an appointment with another tech. Update: Go to new place in town.She is awesome. Her name is Cindy and she is the owner of the Nail Garden. She is right next to Papa Murphys

Attempted to schedule a pedicure. This was recommended by my doctor to prevent future ingrown toe nails. They refused to schedule me. Just kept saying we dont do ingrown toe nails I tried and tried to explain that this was PREVENTIVE but I couldnt get them to understand. Possible language barrier.

My daughter got her nails done. Nice staff. Very efficient and did great work

Weve been going there a long time we normally loved going in the prices are pretty high especially if the gel nail polish falls off within a week sometimes the ladies are very kind and sometimes theyre not so nice I understand it gets busy one thing we dont appreciate is have an appointment made and have to wait a half an hour to 45 minutes after our appointment time thats very unprofessional other than that good people just not a very clean atmosphere 🙃

This was my first time going. I had a manicure and a deluxe pedicure. The young lady did an excellent job on the pedicure. Great leg and foot rub. The manicure was average. No hand message or lotion. They seemed not to like the fact that I didnt do the gel nails. Manicure is not worth the $20. But I will definitely go back for the pedicure!! I would rate the manicure only 2 stars.

They do a good job here. Prices are kinda high...but that comes with a small town/few options. They are nice too. My favorite nail spot in town. :)

This place was awful to me! The man would not cut my 1 nail said it was connected to my skin! False... i cut it myself in front of him! then would not scrap off dead skin on bottom of my feet, said because i got the basic pedicure! I have never been to a place that treated me so poorly...... i will not be returning to this establishment, and will continue to go back to Reno!

Went in for a pedicure asked for gel but got regular polish wasnt charged extra so thats fine.Im really picky about my toes and my French tip they arent perfect but Im satisfied with them. The sugar scrub and massage was incredible. Theyre all very very nice. Will return.

Took my husband to Pro Nails Salon on a two day trip we were coming back from vacation. They were very professional and we had a great time. He says as a man it is really important to take good care of your feet because they carry you everyday. Men you do not know what youre missing!! Get in and get your feet taking care of! He had the deluxe pedi...just sayin, get er done! Rosa and team are fantastic!

When I made the appointment, I told them I wore gel nails. When I arrived I was informed they dont do all gel nails.

As a one woman show she is sweet, quick and can do anything you want while keeping the health of your nails in mind. She is open late and has come in on a day off just to fix my nails. Best nail place.

I only get pedicures a few times a year...so very much a treat and a reward for accomplishing goals i set for myself. I had some unexpected free time come up today and called to see if they had an opening. As luck would have it they did and I was sitting in the chair in less than 30 minutes.I opted for the Spa Pedicure, which at $40 (not including the tip I left) was a great deal. Massage chairs are very comfortable and every bit of this experience was the pampering I needed. The leg scrub in particular smelled AMAZING....a yummy tangerine scent...and the foot massage.....very relaxing. I will definitely be going back....what a great incentive to accomplish more goals. :)

For a place that was rated 4.4 stars it did not meet my expectation. Absolutely not worth the money. Most places put lotion and oils on your nails and hands but not this place. They do the bare minimal. I asked for an ALMOND shape but instead they gave me more of a STILETTO. I do NOT recommend this place. Save your money and go else where.Edit: I am not telling lies, so please save your bs for someone else. Your customers shouldn’t have to ask for the lotion and oils, especially at your prices. You guys were too busy rushing through to even ask if everything was good. I told you guys exactly what I wanted and still managed to mess it up. I regret not speaking up, but I thought you guys knew what you were doing. Obviously not...You should Google what an almond and stiletto shape is since you incompetent mfs don’t know the difference.Like I said early DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I walked in for a deluxe Pedi and Mani with Gel polish and it was Amazing! Rosa was AMAZING!! She did both mine and my friends Pedi back to back. As a Travel Nurse it gets hard to find a good nail salon but I have found mine till this contract ends!Thanks for the Awesome Job Rosa!!
