As a business owner for many years, this is the first time in working with phone company and phone systems including internet, that I have had service that I can depend on and at a much lower cost that the other services, with increased capacity. I can even talk to a person that if they can not help, will get me the person to answer the question. Thank YOU

We pay $115.95 per month for 15MB to 17MB Download speed average. Its an aggregated dual DSL connection. We live in the country and have few low latency (for gaming) options. You can bet that CC Communications capitalizes on that. They are REALLY taking advantage of us. StarLink IS in our future EVEN at a higher price. We wont forget how we are being gouged. However, CCCs customer support people REALLY ARE top notch and we will miss that Im sure.

Been with them for years and am always pleased with the customer service and support when having issues.

Jesse & Jason came by today to set up our fiber optics. There were EXCELLENT! They even stuck around to help me with my phone and Alexa set up. Great job guys thanks again.

My family just moved to Fallon almost 2 years ago. After looking around we decided to go with CC Communications. They were easy to work with and quick to install. The house we purchased didnt have fiber. They came out with in a couples of days installed the fiber and completed the cable drops for each of our TVs/Internet. We havent had any issues. With the promotional rate we received, the cost wasnt bad at all!! Thank you CC Communications

Went from fairly good internet service to literally the worst Ive had. It goes out every 30 minutes. This is unacceptable and Im switching service.

This place is the worst they over charge for subpar service, when you have a problem with your service it takes them days to fix it. Do yourself a favor and go to anyone else

Good service tech who came to home nice very helpful. Knew his work very well an explained very well to me my problem which he fixed.

I highly dont recommend this place. they will lie to you just to get money from you. they lie to my sister been out town with her phone. they lie to me where roaming zone is. they lie to me when i want end my tv, internet, and phone and ran my bill over $1000 when i cant pay them. be smart and just walk away. if your looking for internet, your best off is charter.

All I have to say is...you stink big time as a service! I run a business in Fallon and you have crippled me for the last 3 days. Something is wrong when you cant hire and keep competent employees. All other advertizers in their phone book please join me in a boycott of services until they can get their act together.

I would give an arm and a leg for another internet service provider to have connection where I live, I pay WAY to much for way to little ($80/m for BARELY 10 up 2 down) trash service, only purchase internet from them as a last resort.
