Great service. The truck driver arrived in the specified time. He was very courteous and professional. Great personal appearance which immediately inspired confidence. He delivered the vehicle to our dealership and took pictures of the car at delivery and sent over to me. I would recommend Custom towing to anyone. The tow truck driver was Charles.

I cant say enough good about Charles and Custom towing in Fallon, NV. The first company I called would not tow my car because it was on a gravel road, apparently didnt want to get their tow truck dirty..... Called Custom towing and Charles says No problem sure we will do it, When do you need it done?I purchased a classic car in Fallon, NV.I needed my car picked up with a Rollback tow truck, taken to town (Custom towings yard) and then transferred to a gooseneck trailer that I hired to haul it back to Wisconsin and Charles got it done at a VERY reasonable price, plus very pleasant, courteous, professional and prompt.If I ever get out to Reno I will drive the 40 miles out to Fallon just to shake this mans hand and thank him again in person!I used to manage a Truck fleet and know the challenges of hiring honest, trust worthy, and reasonable services away from home state, seems if they know you are 1800 miles away, integrity goes out the window.Well, I am super happy to endorse and highly recommend Custom Towing in Fallon, Nv.Thank you Charles!Eric Schemm

Rave: Custom Towing Inc. is the BEST! I did some accidental mudding at Stillwater Reserve and Charles, the owner, hopped in his truck and came and pulled my car out. He’s a really nice guy and willing to drive all the way out there! 10/10 would recommend.

Had me sitting in my car all night waiting on a tow truck was told us be waiting a couple hours then they closed and were rude as hell when asked about the wait and was refused service I would never recommend this rude was group of fallonites
