I’m not sure why this place is so lowly rated. I made an appt for a ton of labs on a Monday morning... not your typical panel. I checked in and stayed in my car about 15 mins prior, and was notified by text to come inside only 3 minutes after. Once I came, there was 2 people in front of me and the receptionist called my name a couple minutes after. She was very sweet and informative. I didn’t get the receptionists name but my lab technician’s name was Robin and she was also very thorough and sweet. I will definitely be coming back here. I sometimes believe that service can be bad, but also might be the people coming in expecting great service while being rude or unprepared/late.

The front desk was overwhelmed and started yelling at customers. They wouldnt help a confused, elderly woman, so a customer did. It was beyond appalling to the point to where I had to speak up. Unbelievable. Will never go back.

Went during business hours the front door was locked. No sign on the door. I tried calling them but I wasnt able to speak to a live person. Poor customer service.

Had a wonderful experience at Lab Corp this morning. I had an appt at 9:45. Arrived 15 min early to be prepared. I saw some new faces and familiar ones. Didnt feel the blood draw at all. Was out of there and in my car by 9:45. Ive read some negative reviews but I have never had one there. Lab Corp has a lot of elderly patients who prefer to go very early in the morning due to fasting and we all need our morning coffee. I would recommend going later in morning, make an appt and remember your insurance card. I also bring paper copies of my labs not trusting all the info will be in their computer. I have gone without an appt and waited 30 -45 min. I hope this makes your experience a good one.

GO ANYPLACE ELSEmy husband was required by his doctor to have labs drawn prior to his doctors appointment . I had called our doctors office yesterday to make sure the lab order was at LABCORP since the labs were needed prior to my husbands doctors appointment... We did have a previous doctors appointment which we had to reschedule so there had also been an order for labs placed at that time as well....soooo there were now TWO SEPARATE LAB ORDERS under my husbands name at this facility.My husband went there this morning at about 7:30 and was told that there was no order for any labs for him...I called our doctors office and was told that not only had two separate orders been sent to this lab but that there had been numerous complaints as to the same situation happening at this lab....If this is a recurring problem as to simply receiving an order for a patients lab slip request ......what else might this lab be remiss in doing???There are other facilities that are local and I suggest that perhaps anyone who requires lab results consider other options rather than LABCORP

I walk in on Thursday at 8 am. Office people and Nurses greeted me with a smile and worked out all my insurance stuff. . I was seen within 10 minutes by a nurse who was all smiles and made me feel very comfortable. I could hear people in the other room the staff asking how their morning going. I was amazed how the staff of LabCorp in Fallbrook was very friendly and welcoming experience. I am a very pick person what doctor or any place i go to. I definitely coming here again and I highly recommend them for any sort of blood work need to get done

Large waiting room and quick service. The tech who drew blood panel was real nice and very easy on the draw. Will return to LabCorp Fallbrook for future draws/test.

I took my 6 week old baby who has Congenital Heart Disease here to get blood work done and it was the worst experience ever! They refused to do a heal stick on her even though it was completely acceptable for the test they needed to do, they didnt have the test the doctor ordered so they ran a different test instead, the lady who took her blood left the tourniquet on forever whIle she awed at my daughters vein, causing all the blood to lice, they didnt mix the blood properly so the blood and serum had separated and every level on her lab came back out of range. By far the worst experience ever! And scary because my daughter is sick and we thought there was something else wrong with her. Not to mention the lady didnt have a butterfly at the lab so she went home to get one even though I told her to do a heel stick.

Waited a half hour even when I had an appointment. Unfortunately my insurance recently changed they previously used Quest Diagnostics. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I had an appointment with Quest. The blonde at the front desk was rude, I think her name is Courtney. Because I wasnt fasting she got an attitude and when I explained to her my doctor has never had me fast for these tests she rudelysnapped that was their policy. I guess she knows more than my doctor or at least she thinks she does.

They changed their web site and now after 10 years I can not log on to get my test results. Took Fortran and Cobol in 1970 at CSULA and have been working on computers ever since, so I know its no me causing the problem.

They lost my results I had to do them again and the wait is too bad they never answer the phone they give you too many bad options
