Always loved our small local hardware store because of their wide selection and their great staff to assist with how to questions or where is it?Now that theyre part of Ace Hardware its hardware you can save some money with their coupons if youre inclined for that sort of thing.

Its a nice neighborhood hardware store. Unfortunately, for people that live in Fallbrook but have to work outside of Fallbrook, they close too early to make it an option for weekday shopping. Also they tend to be on the pricey side for the things I typically need to buy. So I shop there as a last resort.

OMG...this place is great, good service. As pretty close to any hardware store in the valley, little pricey at times. Like I said, its convenience that brought you here, so you pay a bit more.

This place is amazing, I like it better than Home Depot or Lowes, smaller but has all the same stuff and more. The other stores are better if youre looking to replace, Ace is better if youre looking to repair what you have. Ace also has dog treats at the registers so my dog prefers this store as well.

They have a good assortment of hardware and you dont have to buy a box of them, you can buy one bolt, or any single item you might need. They also have knowledgeable staff to answer any questions and help you find things. Very pleased they are where I live.

Its great to have a full-service hardware store right in town. I can drop in to let my son pick the color of spray paint he wants or search the drawers to find them size bolt I need. The check-out line is always short and the service friendly.

I just moved from Los Angeles or the San Fernando Valley. We had a couple or time Hardware stores up there but they had closed since they couldnt compete with Home Depot. Since I now life in the sane Village of Fallbrook, California Joes has been a welcome spot for me . People are nice. They have everything you want. Like they say from A to Z. People are friendly and knowledgable. Prices are fair and sometime meet or beat Home Depot and Amazon.So you pay a dollar or two for some things. A hundred years it wont matter. So shop and buy local. The girls at the register know a ton of stuff of hardware prices and How to things. They are funny and a welcome sight while shopping. They have a good garden section and lumber yard as well. It has everything from the do-it-yourselfer to home builders !So if you are a hardware NUT like I am. Joes Hardware is the place for you to be.

This is a small store, in a small town, but has everything you could want. Even better, they actually have employees that can be easily found and seem to know what your looking for and where it is. They have a small lumber yard, garden center and rescreen your screens.

They didnt have what I was looking for and told me which store to visit to find it. That is a class act of kindness. It is also the reason I prefer to support local businesses.

Its a great resource for a small-town. They carry many items that we need. The staff is friendly, polite and always willing to help. The only other option is to drive a half an hour each way to a different town for a bigger store.

I live in Fallbrook and Joe’s is usually my go to place for any at home projects I plan to do. But it unfortunately is no longer that place after today. Once I have all my stuff together I was walking towards the checkout when an employee came up to me out of nowhere and stood in my way of the checkout. I was a bit confused until he asked “is there anything I can do for you?” I then realized that he thought I was stealing and I replied “no thank you I’m actually checking out right now”. Still standing in my way he said, “ok go right over there (pointing to a check stand) and we can see all the goodies you got”. He then walked me over to a check stand to make sure I was going to pay for my things. I was pretty offended that this man was blatantly calling me a thief when I was literally on my way to pay for my stuff. I would not recommend going here because they make unwarranted accusations and assumptions.

Love the local hardware store. Its great for the small quick needs of the home and garden supplies. It has a pretty decent small selection of flowers. The garden supplies are in stock mostly like shovel, rakes, fertilizer and products to care for plants and flowers. They have power tools and supplies for plumbing and carpentry projects. Paint and lighting. Joes will supply you with the immediate needs. The prices are a little high but I think thats expected. The staff is usually friendly and helpful when wandering the store. They are sadly enforcing the mask stuff which is upsetting given the fact it isnt actually required at this time. Refusing entry and service if you dont wear one. For that I took a star.The mask Mandate is actually not a law. It is unconstitutional and violates federal and state laws protecting people with disabilities and people who dont believe in the mask. The box says they dont prevent it. The governor can NOT enforce a Mandate which is not actually a law and is NOT ENFORCEABLE BY ANY PUBLICLY OPEN BUSINESS (WETHER PRIVATELY OWNED OR NOT.) Because you enter into a contract that you will serve EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF RACE, DISABILITIES, SEX, RELIGIOUS BELIEFS ETC. If you deny entry you risk a federal lawsuit against you for violation.The Supreme Court ruled Newsom was wrong to enforce it and people have rights also. There is a site where you can file a suit with the Justice Department!! Please make yourselves aware of what is actually law and what is wording that scares owners and people into compliance .There are particular laws both federal and state that cover ALL CONSUMERS.Ps I am a disabled person

So I went to Joes last week hoping to find toilet paper for my aunt. I did see that they had two packs of 36 rolls of Scott, however, they were priced at sixty dollars each pack. It was the cheapest version of scott toilet paper and I was saddened that they felt the need to over price that.

My family and I went to Joes Hardware again today as we normally down the weekends. When we got there we got our goodies (some stuff that we dont need, but, we love supporting our locals) and a Big Green Egg caught my eye, especially since I was already planning on smoking some ribs and a try tip today. I spoke with a couple of very helpful and customer friendly guys Sal and Mark. We spoke about the Large Big Green Egg for about 40-45 minutes, and ultimately decided to make this purchase. Tresa helped us out, Mark and Sal and Christian, Braulio and Mike also helped us get the Big Green Egg out of the store and completely loaded safely and nicely in the back of our truck. It was a large purchase, and in these times, one that we happily made because it meant supporting a fantastic local store here in Fallbrook. I have a san diego painting business, Americanpainting.co and recently contracted to refinish some kitchen cabinets for a Fallbrook family. 1/2 hr. into the job i realized i didnt have the right materials for the job and i headed over to joes. the man who met me there was very knowledgeable (i had brought a drawer for reference) and he immediately steered me over to the right stain for the job. i got back to work and applied it to perfect results which gladdened my customer and myself. through his expertise i was able to offer the job to my customer at a fraction of the going kitchen cabinet refinishing rate...i also noticed that joes had a great selection of stains, varnishes and oils, definitely better than many of the paint stores in san diego. i am very pleased my client told me about joes!

I believe that Joes has just about anything one needs in order to perform any home repairs, garden projects, tools, and cute gifts too for the garden and home. Theres always alot of friendly help as well!!

Joes hardware is great. Needed to replace 2 deadbolts, but wanted to keep my current key. When I did this before Lowe s told me to use a locksmith to do the rekey. At Joes they had the locks and only cost 6.00 to relay them. It was quick and the locks worked

For a small hardware store they carry quite a bit of stuff and have saved me a few times when Ive been out in Fallbrook when I needed things I didnt have with me to complete jobs.

I hope this local gem I’ve heard so many great things about is open Sundays. I want to see if anyone can assist with major DIY issues I need help with on a limited budget. My husband is 100% VA rated disabled and my sons are also both disabled. I have mobility issues and broken disability accessible tub and shower needing repairs, a big back yard for tiered gardening since there is so much perimeter for creating raised edible gardens around the perimeter of the house and fences, I hope they can help me see how to get rock in my front yard removed so it can completely be covered in concrete. Weeds won’t grow, the drains will not get clogged and I can mount my son’s basketball hoop. I’m turning our shed into a free range chicken coop for eggs and make the best use of all hanging areas, trees I’ve got growing in containers, honeysuckle to cover the shed to insulate the chickens in summer. I would love this to be my go to local place for the completely edible garden backyard I’ve worked so hard for. I’ve got two hills on Bith ends of my yard, and I hope they can advise me how to grow so much food I can donate to neighbors and the food bank. I have honeysuckle, jasmine and marigolds for edible plants, self pollinating Fuji apple tree, sweet lemon tree, dwarf lime, mandarin, snow peach, 2 larger peach trees, plum tree I didn’t realize needed a cross pollinator, banana tree, cherry tree that self pollinates and grows three different types of cherries year round (Bing Jubilee and A pretty purple type I’ve never tried before!). Many raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, strawberries, container and hanging tomatoes - red and yellow, cherry size and sandwich size, so many herbs I will be a happy cook here. I don’t know anyone who can help with the manual labor needed - hopefully cheaper than Home Depot (even with the 10% military discount I can’t afford to keep up with the projects I have going!). I see they’ve got plants and paints (which I need!) materials to build trellises with. I am hoping they may know horticulture interns or individuals who are unemployed, on disability and need honest work (skilled with concrete and helping to fix the pipe keeping the sprinklers from functioning) maybe even help me cut wood for the raised beds I’m planting everywhere. I’m hoping they have rain gutters or know how to install them properly because we need them. Being new to a town, I was elated to learn that there was a place right down the street that may be able to help me with many of the needs I have but end up traveling to Home Depot or Lowe’s to spend more money than I need to and never seem to know what they’re talking about when it comes to home improvement projects. I would love to support this local business and I have found Fallbrook to be so military and veteran friendly. I have many medical needs my insurance won’t cover and I have two disabled kiddos to care for, so I can’t always do everything that I wish I could, but a worker at Home Depot (shhh!) Says that Joe’s is the place to go for these questions. Not sure if they’re open easter or during COVID but I feel like this will be one of the best places for me in our new hometown. Working from home on my consulting business (helping companies learn of government incentives to hire & retain autistic workers at livable wages, and spotting talent and skills rather than the social “norms” that have nothing to do with performance of skills but often prevent getting & keeping jobs. It will be easier not driving out to Oceanside for garden supplies. My 22 year old son’s great with DIY projects and may find a place to learn more how to expand his abilities and skills. Hope to see them soon!

Always found what I needed there. Good assortment of tools, equipment, paint and general hardware stuff. Youre likely to pay more than some of the larger chain stores, but the convenience of getting what you need in town outweighs the hassle of having to go to Vista or Temecula to shop.
