Agree with other reviews about a certain lady being rude with customers. she always refuses or challenges everything i bring in and makesrude remarks like telling me my package smells. i literally avoid this place and do my shipping needs elsewhere, and apparently its not just me that it’s happened to. shame

Literally the worst place. a print is about 3 bucks for a sheet of paper. i see a small lady there every time i go and she is literally no help. always tells me they cant do a task and never seem to help. id suggest fedex

They always do a good job packaging and sending my delicate stuff. They also recycle my plastic air packaging, bubble wrap and peanuts. An added plus for me & the environment. Thank you!

I’d literally toy with the idea of rolling around on rose bushes before ever returning here. The tiny, female you have practically running the establishment is almost an embarrassment to humanity. I’ve never, EVER seen anyone handle customers in such a disrespectful, passive manner. This has not been a COVID issue, either. I began utilizing this store for my Amazon returns since March and her attitude and behavior was the same then. Please make sure she understands, THAT IS A UPS STORE FOR AMAZON RETURNS. The laminated sign attached to the front of the register monitor is directed to us, your customers. Maybe flipping it over for a few days would be beneficial your employees?

No printing and close to zero help

Possibly the worst customer service in Fallbrook. The staff/owners come across as rude and very unhelpful. In future I would rather go out of my way to use a different store rather than returning to this UPS Store in Fallbrook. Very disappointing.

I have been to this business several times in the past few years, and not once have been greeted. Recently, I went in to simply make some copies, and waited for assistance since one of their copy machines was out of order and the other one had some technical difficulty. The woman who was working at the time would not get off of a personal phone call to help me. She just kept saying she would help, but then disappeared and kept laughing, talking to her friend. After a while, I gave up and went to Postal Annex. Rick is very busy but he also knows how to juggle customers and doesnt put personal needs first, hence why I will be giving him my business from now on.

Completely unprofessional and rude. I called and was told they package and ship for a fee. When I went in, one lady complained about packaging the item, and actually demanded that I tip her again and again. Then when it was packaged she said she was going to put down that I packaged it because she would have done a better job if they were going to add the extra insurance they provide for packing it. What is the point of me coming here then? I hope the owner finds a new employee otherwise he is going to lose a lot of business.

Honestly the employees here are either nice or rude depending on how much help you need, the easier you are to handle, the nicer they areBut really the less contact is okay with me

I love this UPS store. They are so friendly and eager to help. No matter what I need they have always been so helpful and polite! We are lucky to have them! They work very hard for us....

Excellent service, I watched the mgr Resh very politely handle an unruly customer, give him directions, then help others that had items actually ready. Great people skills, thank you and I am sure the others inline thank you too !

They told me my very important certified letter would be in the mail later that afternoon. The next day, I tried to track the package on USPS website and the website said package tracking status unavailable. I called to find out what happened and they said my letter didn’t go in the mail as promised and hopefully they will update their system with our information. So unprofessional and now I don’t know if they lost my package.

I completely disagree with some of the reviews about this place. The new ownership and new employees are extremely better than the previous ones. Every time I have been here they have given fast and friendly service.

Wonderful customer service. I had 87 pages of documents sent to me to close on a house and they helped me notarize, scan, and mail all of them and couldnt of been nicer doing so. Highly recommend and thank them for the tremendous experience.

Very unprofessional, they argued in front of me of who’s going to help me. Then the filipino lady charged me for computer use when it wasn’t my fault their printer couldn’t read my USB stick. ( SHE went on the computer for 5 seconds to print my form) that was a $3.00 computer use charge.I pay 15cents per page at the library. Here I paid over $3.00 to print just two black and white pages.

As soon as they changed ownership at the Fallbrook location, everything went downhill. They are SO extremely rude. Ive given them a couple of chances, but after the most recent time with a short haired woman with more attitude than my toddler, I will never be back to this location. Youve lost my business, just like youve lost all aspects of decent customer service.

Five stars is not enough. These people gave me the best customer service Ive ever had in my life! Ive never written a review before but Im doing it for these guys. They completely went out of their way, and drove out to a supplier for me to pick up a rare plant which I was unable to do because I live far away. It wouldnt have happened with an ordinary business. These guys are simply awesome! Ten stars!

I was frantic to return a piece of electronic equipment to Spectrum.Despite the fact that I didnt have my account number, Reshma went out of her way to package the cable box and remote.She used information on the cable box that was encoded on its back to determine where it was to be shipped.She was very sweet and polite emphasizing how important it was that I keep my receipt in a safe place.I shook her hand and told her how happy I was to have done business with her. We were both happy!I left the store with the huge smile on my face and gratitude for Reshmas extraordinary customer service. 👏😀👍I highly recommend this store.Richard

Reshma was very helpful with my 2 transactions today! I have always been treated with kindness, promptness, and respect at this location!

I needed 194 color copies, and was told .55 each, ouch. When Reshma checked me out at the register, she wanted even more than that. The associate, young lady, working told her there was a discount for copies over 100 quantity. She said she was not going to do that. They stopped doing that, even though the register was automatically charging me .39 each. I told her I was unhappy with her not offering me the discount, and she then got rude and told me she was not going to give me the discount. I told her again how unhappy I was with her treatment of this sale, and she then said she would give me the discount just this once, never again.I thanked her, she asked me if I Got it. I said yes, thank you. She continued to ask if I Got it. Just to get out of there with the discount, I replied pleasantly, thank you, yes I get it. On the third time she said it, I told her not to say that again to me. She was disrespecting me and my business. I will NEVER go back to this store. She was trying to upcharge me for a huge bill and override the register. The owner of this store needs to change his employees before they ruin his business. Do not go into this store, they will nickel and dime you on everything. Even charged $3.00 for me to email the files to them for the printing. RIP OFF.AND while she was helping me a male customer came in and she over-greeted him and went up and HUGGED him, arms around his neck. It was so awkward for him and other customers. Very inappropriate.

Walked in and the people working there seem to be very busy, no hi or how can I help you, lady with short hair has a very rude attitude, decided to walk out and do business else where.

I love the UPS store so much more than postal Annex they’re so much cheaper and a lot more professional, I’ve been coming to them to do a lot of my shipments for a business and they are amazing to me each time I go and do a shipment :)

They are extremely rude to customers at this location and some of the people there refuse to use face masks even though they are working directly face-to-face with the public during the pandemic.

Updating my review! Since my last complaint 3 years ago, they really stepped it up! I love the people who work here, I always feel safe and respected coming in and never have to wait in a long line.

Terrible customer service. Lady who works there is extremely rude and unhelpful. Package was delivered to this store (I know because I received notification) after I was unavailable to sign for it. She didnt acknowledge me for ten minutes. Finally her co-worker mentioned that she had a customer. He approach lacked tact, and she refused to even go back and look in the store for my package as she believed it hadnt arrived yet. Worst UPS store Ive ever been too. Avoid at all cost.

We were out of shipping boxes, so we went to this UPS store in Fallbrook. The one box alone was $12.00, half of the cost Uline would have charged our company for a bundle. The box was paid, then we asked to have them please tape the box, being we were needing it shipped then and our tape was back at the office. Well, they then wanted $7.00 to simply do two stripes of tape, one on the bottom and one on the top. We refused, went across the street to the Family Dollar Tree and purchased a roll for 99 cents and took our business to USPS to ship for us. This business is - not a good business, future customers beware, they will rip you off!

This location refuses to accept a shipment for you and hold it if you dont have a p.o. box with them. They wont even make an exception to their own store policy if it meant them making money.So, I just went 15 miles south to the UPS store in Vista on S. Melrose and they not only will accept and hold a package for you if you dont have a box, theyll do it for free. Ask for Jennifer the owner!

Never open on time !Its 9:00am and they open at 8 ! Been sitting here again waiting for someone to show up! .Change your hours if you cant open on time !So lame!

Honestly the worst place in Fallbrook to ship, scan, buy stamps etc.... I have had multiple problems with the lady who owns or runs this location. She constantly finds reasons to overcharge on multiple items and on multiple occasions.She is bad business for Fallbrook.Take your business elsewhere and to a business that will not take advantage of you.

This has to be one of the worst owned franchised stores in San Diego County....Starting with one of the most disrespectful, uncurtious, unprofessional business owner or employee?? By the name of Sally....Men keep your hands on your wallet and ladys keep your eyes on your purse. She will try to penny pinch every dime youve got for un-rendured services. Be very careful with your dealings with this store and this woman personally. Her smile is Fake As her services are too....I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. Make sure all your information is in order because this store will will charge you to add a sticky note with your name on it for your P.O box THEY CALL IT PAPERWORK PROCESSING FEES Good luck and be careful if you are dealing with this store.
