I love walking in and seeing Christian and/or Robyn at the front desk. They are always smiling and remember who I am. If the guys find something else that needs to be fixed they’re not pushy and understand if I need to wait a couple weeks to fix it. They’ve put fluid in my power steering free of charge when I couldn’t afford to fix the he leak right then and there.

We had a great experience yesterday. I felt the owner treated us more than fairly, letting us know what service items might be coming up for us in the future but not pushing them to be done immediately. He could easily have recommended many things be done immediately and I would have possibly agreed to needless service. I felt grateful for the honesty and will definitely come back for return service and will use them for whatever I can.

Manager Christian is the most personable, professional, kind and excellent conversationalist. He looks out for what you need, makes terrific recommendations and I am Always satisfied!!! It’s nice to chat and ask about his girls at home too! Their dad is one cool person with an outstanding personality and down to earth goodness exuded. Thanks Christian for being stellar and also fun! I always enjoy coming to see this shop. Also Jose is phenomenal at what he does as an ASE technician! Jose is friendly and welcoming also to name a few.

Every visit here has been WONDERFUL!! Christian is so very kind, and the crew working at Fallbrook Meineke are down to earth and happy people. Chris was awesome. Helped me find my phone when I thought I left it in my car. Replaced filter that needed it but allowed me to make that choice without pressure. AAA pricing was appreciated. All in all my car is driving better now and they made my oil change quick and easy with no appointment

My wife took her car to the Meineke in Fallbrook for an oil change. She had a coupon that we received in the mail. The coupon was for a $69 oil change, including a vehicle inspection and tire rotation. They refused to include the tire rotation. Wanted to charge her an additional $30 to rotate the tires. Said they are an independently owned store and did not have to honor the coupon and added another $5 to the costs of the oil change. Wont be going back!

Luckily they found a rat’s nest under the hood before it could do any damage. I’m very glad I took my truck to them for their professional and friendly service.

Had a brake issue with not being able to get my brakes to bleed with new parts. Turned out they were faulty from the box. After getting the new part in the mail they had it installed and done within 2 hours of dropping it off. They really saved me a lot of trouble. I recommend them.

We will never do business with the Meineke in Fallbrook again. We left our automobile with the shop early on a Friday to check out a idling issue. They never touched the car for 4 days till I called and complained midway on Monday. I came in to speak with them on Monday afternoon and said they found no issues but charged me $150 diagnostic! Done! Never again. Pathetic service from the manager and the staff. Horrible customer service!

I usually use Meineke for the oil changes on my 350Z but they also put in a clutch which feels better than my newer car! No pressure to add services but Mike did give me a quote on tires more than $200 less than competitors. I have used them for four years and trust their work and that it is also at a good price.

I’ve been going to this Meinike for some time now, they’re always so pleasant and helpful. I’ve always sat and waited for the service instead of dropping off my vehicle and they get me out of there in a timely matter. I appreciate them for squeezing me in most times.

I am not a fan of big name auto mechanic shops, but I just moved to Fallbrook and I needed to find someone I can trust with my cars. Im so happy that Meineke ended up being friendly, trustworthy, inexpensive and now my wife and I have been taking your cars to them for the last year 1/2. I am very satisfied and will be a dedicated customer for awhile.

Christopher answered my call and gave the quotes pretty quick. I needed a front wheel bearing and some brakes/rotors.Luckily I took my vehicle in the next day and the work was done pretty quickly. Chris also showed me Things that will need work in order to avoid any future problems. Will definitely go back.

I always have good customer service even if you dont ever want to hear the other things wrong with your car. Maintain your car folks or it cost more to fix.

Service done to the car was done very well. Only issue is when you have a coupon for a free diagnostic of the engine light but then say you have to charge $125 for the diagnosis anyways I think that is a bit misleading.

This place will rob you. Went from an easy 110 to a 600 total without tax. But what place doesnt rob you smh. At least this place fixes the problem relatively quick and give you a year warranty on the piece.

The Fallbrook Meineke is worth driving to! I highly recommend them, and it’s just over a 30 minutes drive from the coast. The owner, Les, and Manager, Chris, are the nicest down to earth guys. They treat everyone with respect, kindness and are straight and honest about what’s going on with your car. After I was treated really rudely by the Meineke in Oceanside on Plaza Dr, I couldn’t have been happier to drive out to Fallbrook to meet and work with professional respectful honest people who don’t play-pretend in any way. The work is also quality bc they use quality parts and to quality work without gauging you. This is my new place for brakes and other auto services they offer. Plus Fallbrook offers quaint shops and eateries. I can’t recommend this particular location more! Thank you Les! :-)

Andy and Les worked with me to resolve an elusive issue with my 2011 Nissan Rogue that would have cost twice as much to fix at the dealership. Andy is a very knowledgeable and no nonsense guy who treated me fairly and respectfully. From oil changes to more complicated repairs theyve been efficient and thorough. I went to this business to get a part in my engine replaced. At the end of my appointment, the manager took me into the garage and told me that my car was leaking oil. I was worried, but my family convinced me to get a second opinion. Turns out that there was no oil leak. They were just trying to scare me and spend more money. I won’t be going back.

Been here several times and do not feel we received good customer service. Today was an oil change, We did not bring coupons and when closing out asked to use AAA discount and he said he couldn’t because he already invoiced it, and our card was not yet processed (pin not even entered). We even agreed to wait since it was busy. Last time giving them our money, We would prefer to be patron of our local small business.

Andy really knows cars and trucks. He is knowledgeable courteous and reasonable fees. He will tackle small unusual requests such as welding on a broken door handle part. I thought they only did mufflers, but they do all kinds of repairs over there. Oil changes etc. Even fixed a flat tire for me. One of his staff over there even lent me his iPhone charger for my phone while I was waiting. Five stars for them over there.

Consistently the best, most honest auto shop around. I live 30 minutes away and its always worth the drive. Theyre definitely not out to gouge you like many other shops. Im an Uber driver, so keeping my car in top shape is very important to me and theyre highly qualified staff always keeps me on the road.
