Tremendously knowledgeable technician (Robert) and Eric the owner is perhaps the most honest guy in the business. I highly recommend this shop for any make or model of vehicle.

My review is based upon my first phone call with Eric.We briefly discussed an auto electric issue. Eric gave me the time to explain what was going on. When I asked for a diagnostic estimate, Eric did something amazing... he was HONEST!!! He admitted that his technician could possibly find the issue in a certain amount of time but could not guarantee that time frame. Eric went on to recommend another shop in the area that specializes in automotive electrical repair... not just a recommendation but a mechanic he would trust to diagnose his vehicle.I am confident, based on this conversation, that Eric is not out to gouge a customer for money. He is a person with integrity.If I ever need a mechanic to work on my families vehicles, I will call Eric FIRST!

Good work, no runaround. Theyre busy because the work is quality and you can trust what they say. Might take a few days but they wont rip you off and the work is solid. The owner is always around and usually the man you speak to as a customer. That right there should tell you everything.

Had an electrical problem with my daily driver and tried to address the issue myself. Having just replaced the battery I didnt think to check it and proceeded to replace a few inexpensive switches and relays but couldnt figure it out. Long story short it didnt take them long to discover the new AutoZone battery was junk. Only charged me for the diagnosis, this is an honest and professional establishment in my experience.

I took my truck into Eric’s about 3 weeks ago to have it looked over and to receive a simple estimate on tires and an alignment. The technician who helped me that day was very polite and helpful. The man at the front desk said he’d have an estimate for me by that afternoon. Three days later I called back and the man said “I haven’t gotten around to it yet. I’ll let you know this afternoon.” Well three weeks later here we are and I have still not received a quote. I have since taken my business elsewhere. The only reason I’m even giving this place 2 stars is for the technician who helped me on the day I went in. If you don’t feel comfortable working on someone’s vehicle you should just say so and not have them waiting in limbo for 3 weeks!

I had spilt an energy drink in my cup holder of my vw toureg which caused my entire car to shut down. After multiple places telling me it was sprobably my starter and unrelated to the energy drink. They found it was caused by the spill fixed it in a really good amount of time given what a weird issue it was. For an insanely reasonable amount as well. This was months ago and my car ran perfectly the entire time. Until again soemthign spilt. I am no longer close enough to go to them and after calling technicians around me and not feeling 100% comfortable with it I called erics auto works to see if they remembered or could pull up what they had done to my car they were able to email me the file so I can have a generally idea going into a new mechanic actually really sad I am not able to bring my car back to them.

Eric is honest and gets the job done. You will always want to come back. The staff is friendly and the shop is really clean too! We moved across the country and I wish we could bring this shop with us to work on our cars. I highly recommend them to anyone thats looking for a good mechanic.

Went into Erics to get my air conditioning fixed and sooner than later my husband and I noticed fumes coming out of the vents... When i told the owner Eric, he accused me of the time difference between the last visit and now, like half of America didnt lose their jobs... The carbon monoxide coming through my vents could harm my family and I. And the owner Eric cared less. I would not recommend this shop.

Erics has serviced three of my vehicles over the past three years and I have always been impressed by the professionalism and expertise exhibited by everyone there. I dont dread taking my cars in for a simple oil change because I know they arent going to take advantage of me by making up some phony issue that really isnt a cause for concern. I love the small-town vibe - Chief knows who I am when I walk through the door, and the shop is always clean, with plenty of coffee and magazines on hand (or I can catch the news on their big screen). Very glad we switched from Meineke back when we did. Erics has definitely earned my trust and respect.

Treated me and my twenty-year old Silverado like someone with a valuable vehicle. Did just what I needed first visit, some serious smog work to make it pass. Later handled pulling the dash apart to get into hard to replace A/C control motors. Since been back with the truck with fresh paint, new body trim, interior work, really cleaned up since Eric got it running so sweetly...had em do the suspension work to lower it a couple of inches, plus go through the brakes. Did a grand job, and found the brakes needed less than I anticipated-only did what was needed. Worked magic on our van with electrical ravaged by rats. Very pleased with the bill.Treated well, work done excellently. Fair prices, not cheap, but things get done right the first time. You get what you pay for. Eric runs a tight, very clean, honest shop with good people who are happy to be there. Cant miss I dont think.

I brought my car in for an oil change and to have the differential fluids changed. I was putting off a transmission service due to funds. When I picked up my car, the guys here told me that they were able to do the transmission service anyways because the diffs and transmission were housed in the same location (at no extra cost)....they didnt have to do this, I wouldnt have known any better, and they could have charged me separate costs, but they have integrity! Absolutely recommend them.

My 2009 ford econoline was having difficulty with swerving back in forth when going over 60 mph. It was very scary and several mechanics couldnt figure out the problem. After a detailed diagnostic and test driving by Eric and his staff. They had found the ball joint was bent and router had became destroyed by the friction. Long story short not only did this auto repair facility save me time, I can say they looked out for my safety and well being of resolving the issue and making my vehicle safe to drive. : ) Highly recommend

Suggest getting a second opinion before having anyone work on your car here!!! They charge over $90 for a diagnostic test and the diagnosis of the vehicle issue was totally wrong plus their charge to fix this wrong issue was almost $1,100.Took my car to location in Temecula (whom I called first and he told me on the phone that what Erics told me didnt sound right) First, this place does not charge for diagnostic testing. Second, had an excellent mechanic who diagnosed the problem correctly and did the repair for $600. As you can see, Erics was going to charge me almost double to fix the problem with my car which wasnt even the right issue!Would not recommend EVER taking your vehicle here!

Excellent service and price! The employees are very fast and reliable. I took my wifes 08 Aveo in for a new timing belt, serpentine belt, pully, and water pump. It took about 6 hours for them to get it done, and with a military discount of 10% it cost me about $500.00. The work also came with a 1 yr warranty. My wife has been driving the car for 2 months since the work was done with no problems at all. I couldnt have been happier with the whole experience. This place is the best around!!

I have been a customer of Erics since moving here from Florida for 4 years. In that time I have found his shop to offer superior service and excellent value and superior diagnostics. My cars are not easy to repair but my 1999 Mercedes SLK 230 has been restored and in its former glory thanks to his shop. I have had my seats, top, headliner, supercharger, windshield wipers motor, and brakes repaired and he also fixed what another shop didnt do right saving me over $100. To compare prices a Mercedes dealership wanted $1200 for services I paid Eric to do for less than $700 and I had genuine Mercedes parts and an excellent mechanic who has been with Eric for years specializing in German cars. Same with my Mitsubishi. I have full confidence in the service I had at Erics, a shop I wont mention missed bad brake fluid which the mechanics caught at Erics. They know cars, including the more complex ones and mine runs great, hit 130mph but dont tell that freaking CHP that tours town on the BMW that issues tickets like a Chinatown ******* spreads crab lice.
