I wanted to take the time to write a well deserved five-star review about SERVPRO in Oceanside. Unfortunately, I had water damage in my condo, and I needed mold remediation. I work out of my home, so I had nowhere to go while the cleanup took place. Everyone at SERVPRO has been phenomenal in terms of customer service.I’ve had the pleasure of having Matt Luecht and Alix Sullivan as my job managers, and both of them have gone out of their way to make me comfortable and explain everything to me. The excellent service doesn’t stop with management, because every employee on the job has been equally as good.Don’t even think about any other company; these guys are great, they show up on time, and they over deliver on their promises!

What can I say, we wouldnt have survived the storm (literally and figuratively) without the help from SERVPRO Fallbrook. Our home flooded due to 3 days of heavy rains in January and the water came through the walls of our home. It was a very traumatic event for our family. 2400 square feet home, damaged in a matter of minutes. Randy came in right away and helped us understand the severity of the damages even before the adjuster was able to make it out from FEMA. He got started with the mitigation the minute the adjuster gave us the go. He knew that we needed to get going on the remodel as I was 8 months pregnant and timing was everything. Randys team was kind and hardworking with a lot of knowledge. Randy was in constant contact with my husband as our home dried out. He had a number of machines (dehumidifiers and air cleaners) that helped speed the process up. He took care of demo, dumping, clean up as well as the necessary drying out and even offered to store our personal belongings. We are very confident in the work his team did on our home and very pleased with his support and knowledge. We quickly learned that water in a home is very dangerous. Glad it is all done and we are back in our home.

Servpro of South Oceanside is such a step up from the last restoration company my husband used 3 years ago.Knowing that this company values its community and it’s customers is such a great feeling.Their team was wonderful and very well mannered, their VP of Operations explained the entire process thoroughly and first and foremost provided a free inspection which lead to them completing the job.I want to thank this Franchise for their outstanding work and would recommend for everyone to contact them for all of your Restoration needs.

Weve been working with the Fallbrook SERVPRO for almost a year now after our house fire and they are simply THE BEST. They have not only done an exceptional job with inventorying and storing all of our personal possessions, but they are also a highly professional team of compassionate people that really care about what they do. Not sure where to start other then this is the ONLY company I will ever use!!!I had originally contacted Servpro out of San Marcos, due to a pipe that burst, and it was an absolute nightmare from day one! Everything from the run around to literally getting yelled at by the manager! I was so lost as to what to do so I asked my plumber who they would recommend and they gave me Randy at Servpro Fallbrook/Oceanside!! He made the whole process so easy and pain free! He took care of literally EVERYTHING!!! I got to hand him the keys and came back to an amazingly finished job!! I can not say enough about how accommodating not just Randy but his entire team was!!! I dealt with several of Randys employees all as nice and knowledgeable as the next! He also dealt with the insurance company with ease as his knowledge of the insurance side is beyond extensive!! If you need restoration work this is the ONLY company to use!!

I had major issues with mold at my home in Del Mar after water had leaked from my roof inside my walls. It was a disaster and really disconcerting given how toxic that stuff can be. I called Servpro of South Oceanside and they set up an appointment to come to my home later that day (I called them in the morning). They came out they showed me the full extent of the problem; it wasnt good.Needless to say I wanted to start remediation right away. They resolved the issue in a couple of days and took care of my familys health. Thank you again to Randy for being so responsive.

I had a water loss in my home and I contacted Servpro to come assess the damages. They answered right away and were able to put my mind at ease and were at my house within the hour extracting the water and setting drying equipment. I’m truly thankful for the Servpro team and would and will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Randy and his whole crew were amazing. We had lived in our new house for like 2 weeks when a poorly installed toilet flooded our downstairs. Because it was sewer water, we needed all kinds of remediation. As first time homeowners still in the process of moving in, it was so comforting to have Randy there to help us through the drying out process, the insurance claim process, and even getting our house put back together. Randy and his team are honest, fair, caring, and lifesavers!

I would give them 6 stars! What an Honest, Extremely Knowledgable, Efficient, Hardworking, Prompt, Friendly company. I could go on and on about the quality of this company. You just don’t encounter many like Servpro of Fallbrook/South Oceanside, these days. What an amazing group of people!Randy was available around the clock for questions, of which I had several, daily. (He is extremely knowledgeable and kind, and has to be one of the calmest people on the planet). Randy, Kier or Matt was at my home, usually within hours, each time my contractor discovered a new “problem”. When I commented on how friendly, hardworking and honest each employee I encountered was, I was told that each is hand picked. Well, it shows. They ALL show up ready to work. And I would not hesitate to have any one of them in my home again. They are all quality individuals.After, unfortunately, finding water damage and mold in my home, Servpro came out and assessed the damage, called a plumber out immediately to fix the leaky pipes, placed their “air scrubber” machines in my home, then returned as soon as I called for them to start the work. They then Safely and efficiently removed all of the moldy/water damaged materials. What a relief that was. Truly.Randy was also prompt about submitting the necessary paperwork to my insurance company for me. (I was actually told by my insurance company that they prefer their clients use Servpro’s services).I am 110% satisfied with the job they did! Do not hesitate to call them to assess needs for your home, you will be very well taken care of.**This is the first review I have ever written. The honesty and quality of service of this company was just too awesome not to mention to others.

I had a leak in my downstairs bathroom. It flooded my bathroom and part of my living room. My insurance company recommended ServPro to do the water damage emergency clean up and they were at my house in less than an hour, dang! This was Friday night and I didnt expect anyone to be available. They dried out everything. They have have a construction licence so I even used them to rebuild the bathroom, walls, flooring plumbing...everything. Glad AAA sent them to me it made it all easy to and stress free. Ill call SERVPRO Fallbrook South Oceanside if any of this happens again. Thanks Randy.
