Truly an amazing experience. Hectmar is such a sweetheart and so informative she makes you have the best experience ever. Christian and and the Captain are very friendly as well. This snorkeling experience was everything, worth every penny. You’ll catch some amazing views and the Island 🏝 is too die for. So beautiful!!! Also the food they provide was so delicious. Christmas break 2019 we took this tour.My kids loved the snorkel part and after that they took us to a very nice beach. After the snorkel they provided lunch on the boat. We had a great day on this tour and everyone in the family enjoyed. The best part was the crew. They were very helpful and kept us entertained. Some kids were jumping off the boat and they had a blast. I highly recommend this tour.

The fresh made drinks are the best of any of the three tours I went on.Pandemic precautions are taken seriously and all the gear is sanitized and provided to you, which is unique, because the other two tours I went on dont offer ask the gear included.The charming crew, I was privileged to have Hectmar and Kristian as guides, are experienced locals who speak engagingly and welcome conversation. They are knowledgeable about safety, history, geography, weather, fish, ecology, marine biology, and celebrating. Hectmar made me feel safe and seen. I enjoyed speaking with Kris about the different fish we saw; I ran into an Eagle Stingray when swimming past the pier!Because the crew makes everyone feel so comfortable they are able to take beautiful candid and choreographed pictures of you, especially underwater, which you will be able to cherish forever at no additional charge. Ive gotten many compliments and friends inquiring who the photographer was.

I want to say that this was my first time ever snorkeling, ever venturing out on open ocean like this, and ever exploring the island of Icacos. From the time we arrived at the dock Kristian greeted us with the warmest of welcomes. We were early and he gave us a brief overview of the day and allowed us to stow our belongings and explore the marina. He and his partner Monica made everyone feel so comfortable that by the time we actually got on the boat we felt like professionals. My gf doesnt even know how to swim and they assured us it wouldnt be a problem. Theres about a 25 minute ride on the most amazing water out to the snorkel location and the reefs off of Icacos. This is real ocean water, about 15 to 20 feet deep. Those with prior experience went out first with Kristian, and the novices stayed with Monica for some one on one training and guidance which was wonderful. Eventually we ALL were in the water exploring the reefs. Monica took extra care of my partner who was scared and was so patient with her, even swimming along side her till she was comfortably splashing along. This meant alot as it turned what could have been a very traumatic experience into a wonderful time for all. The crew took pictures underwater and throughout the trip and sent them to everyone for free that evening. We snorkeled for an eternity then were back in the boat for lunch and a ride over to the island for a few hours of beachcombing, exploring or just basking in the sun. The crew had drinks, snacks, fresh fruit, great lunch, music to dance and sing too and really took time to get to know each of us individually. If I could give this tour 10 stars I would. They are amazing and I look forward to our next trip as we will definitely be joining them again. Dont change a thing... you guys rock.

This was beyond what I expected. From the time we got there to the time we left it was nothing but a great time. The tour guides were absolutely amazing and loved to make us feel comfortable. The other person in my party wasn’t too confident with swimming and they took the time to help him until he was comfortable and out snorkeling on his own. Where we went snorkeling was SO beautiful, and SO interesting. After that we had a great lunch and unlimited rum drinks. I was expecting like 2 a person but it was an “open bar”. With the extra time we had left we got to explore the beach and learn all about that. Overall we met some pretty great people and had more fun than I expected. I can’t wait to come back in a few years.Definitely give this tour a try, you won’t regret it.

We went as a family to visit PR after not having been there in many years. It was my kids first visit and wanted them to experience the beautiful ocean. Was having a hard time finding an activity that was open to a 3 year old. Decided to call in and ask and it was the best decision. Recieved excellent customer service from the 1st phone call while at home until the moment we left the the facilities. Our group was composed of 2 kids 4 teenagers and 3 adults, we all enjoyed the trip from youngest to oldest. Will definitely check them out again next time we are in the Island.

Family favorite excursion while in PR! The crew, Hectmar, Kristian, and Capt. Danty, were so friendly. Kristian was even patient enough to tote me and another participant around as we were hesitant about snorkeling. The lunch, drinks, and afternoon fruit tray were all delicious. Very clean and felt safe with all their Covid procedures in place. Cannot recommend enough!!

I thought I reviewed after my trip, but we were so exhausted I think I forgot, so here is my review a little late! We visited PR for a birthday AND bachelorette party and the crew and team for this boat trip were AMAZING! They let me send decorations to them in advance and decorated the boat for us so when we got there it was a surprise for the bday girl/bride! Honestly one of the nicest things a company has done for me hands down. Then the whole day was so, so fun, they were so relaxed, we went snorkeling then hung out on the beach of one of the islands for awhile. The crew basically let us decide how the day would be spent and were so very accommodating. It was of the best parts of our trip and Ive been to PR before, these guys really stood out from other companies weve had boat excursions with. Cant say enough how great they were! 100% would rec. Cant wait to get back there one day.

This is easily the best part of my vacation! The crew is very nice and helpful. They took us to an area where we can go snorkeling. We saw a flounder, eel, jellyfish, squid, and a lot of fish! After they feed us lunch/drinks we went to an island and walk along the private coast. After we finish they feed us more snacks! Highly recommend and will come back.

The crew are amazing, super friendly, hospitable, and informative during the entire trip. Best snorkeling trip I’ve ever had by far and the island is incredible. The food and drinks were wonderful. I had someone with me that became sea sick and the crew went out of there way to help. Everything exceeded expectations - highly recommend!!!

A fabulous experience from start to finish. Great instructors, delicious food and drinks and stunning scenery. We stayed in Old San Juan but it was well worth the 1 hour drive. I would recommend this to anyone.

Did the tour on 3/12/2021. Amazing to say the least. Wonderful crew. The ride to Icacos island was breathtaking. The food and drinks are more than enough. The snorkeling was everything plus more. Monica was a great guide and had so much patience. She truly loves her job. Icacos was gorgeous. Truly paradise. I definitely recommend and would love to do it again with a bigger group.

Checked out several snorkeling places around the island but knew this one would be the best. The tour doesn’t just end with snorkeling, you get refreshments, a boat ride, a hike, a fun time on the beach, and lunch all for a great price. The captain and tour guides were awesome. They take pictures of the sea life, corals, and you at no extra charge (just be sure to download the WhatsApp). The reefs are beautiful, probably the best snorkeling on the island!

Our snorkeling trip lead by HectMar and team was absolutely fantastic!! We loved the more intimate and personalized experience of a smaller tour group. The trip had the perfect balance of structured time (~30 minute swim around the reef) and free time (~30 minute free snorkeling in the water and ~1 hour at Icacos Beach). Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen - theyre take care of everything else to make sure you have a good time!

We had a great experience with Innovation. The crew was great, Kristian was our guide and he was very knowledgeable. What we loved is that we were free to stay near by the tour guide and listen to what he had to share but also had a lot of time to just enjoy the snorkeling on our own. We went in January and the water was wonderful and we were able to see a wide variety of beautiful fish and coral. The time relaxing on the private island was also an amazing experience. Awesome sunset snorkel trip on the May 19th out of Fajardo PR. Christian (Chris) was an awesome guide who made sure we had one of the best, if not the best, experience of our entire vacation. Highly recommend but book in advance! PR is hopping right now and we were very lucky to snag a spot for 3 same day. All tours are currently booked out a week minimum, average 3 weeks out.Also, I believe Monica was the associate that assisted me with booking the trip (if I’m mistaken, my apologies) but she went above and beyond, also recommending other things we could do.They really are an awesome team and we will definitely book with them again when we travel back to PR! 10 out of 10!

The entire crew was so welcoming and knowledgeable! This boat tour felt like it was straight out of a movie. The drinks were unlimited and delicious, the music mix was great (mix of great salsa classics, reggae, etc) awesome for families and for couples. The snorkeling was life changing. Bathrooms on the boat were really clean too.The tour started in the marina with quesitos de guayaba and juice. After the intro we left the port and set off for Icacos. Once we got out on the water, they separated us into groups based on experience level to start snorkeling. It was my boyfriend and I’s first time, and he isn’t a strong swimmer. They took extra time with him to make sure he felt comfortable in the water. Then, they took great pictures of us snorkeling.We hopped back on the boat, Had an amazing lunch with chifle, chicken salad, fresh pan de agua, deli meats. They also had sodas, water, Coco Rico, pina coladas, mojitos unlimited. When we got to icacos, the island views were breathtaking. We chilled there and we able to go out on our own for a while. Some stayed on the boat and chilled, others went with Christian for a small island tour, others laid out on the sand in the crystal clear turquoise water.This was my favorite day of our entire trip not just because it’s an experience of a lifetime, but because the crew is so welcoming, they make you feel like family, and the super chill vibes from the minute you get there to the minute you leave.

We were running 10-15 mins late today due to unexpected traffic. They called us and said they would not wait, and would not reschedule us. We had to turn around after driving over an hour already which was really sad considering this was our wedding anniversary celebration and we took time off work. It was just very unfortunate.

Team was great and super hospitable! Great value for 6 hours. Beautiful sights, snorkeling, drinks (rum only plus sodas), and perfect amount of food (deli sandwiches, pasta salad, chicken salad). Excellent trip! All of the staff were great including the captain. Each staff member was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. There were several staff who jumped in the water and explained how the coral functions in the ecosystem and also noted all the varieties of marine life we saw while snorkeling! Pepe was such a good host and a good time! He had a charcuterie board for us and alcohol on the bot for us! He was a great guide when we went snorkeling and taught us a lot of useful information! My friends and I went on this snorkeling tour while visiting Puerto Rico and it was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The crew was so hospitable, always making sure we had enough food and drinks. The most memorable part was when we were heading back to the main island, they were telling us places to check out in San Juan that locals frequent and most tourists may not know about. That lead us to even more memorable adventures. They took pictures for and then sent them afterwards, the drinks were delicious and they had beer on the boat to purchase. Id say its a 10/10. My husband and I have been to Puerto Rico several times and recently went back for our honeymoon. Since we have done most other activities on the island we decided at the last minute to do the snorkeling excursion to do something different. We are so glad we did! The staff was amazing and made the experience even better than it already was. The snorkeling site was beautiful and we were also able to do a hike on the island we snorkeled off of to see an old mining town. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. We cannot recommend this experience enough.

I had the most wonderful, greatest, lovely and happiest experience!! This is an activity that I will do everytime I come to Puerto Rico. This was a great experience that was well worth the money. It was priced very fair, but you get much more than you pay for. I found them through Airbnb, and contacted them because there were no openings on a short notice.They replied quickly with an opening the next day and had me setup in no time. They even helped me find transportation from my resort to the marina which was very nice.Upon arrival we met Hecmar who was super fun and energetic. In addition, she was also incredibly knowledgeable about the local environment and was willing to tell you everything she knew about the area. Her shipmate Monica was also very fun to be around and they both offered an incredible time on the boat.We opted for the sunset snorkeling cruise and saw some beautiful coral reefs full of life. After Hecmar guided us through the snorkeling, we returned to the boat for snacks and drinks while taking a nice cruise back to the marina.Our captain was an exceptional boat pilot and handled the rough waves without any trouble. This crew honestly deserves higher than five stars. Cant say enough good things about them. You wont be disappointed by choosing them for your snorkeling adventure.

The tour was fantastic. Hectmar, Kris and Captain Danty were hospitable , friendly and provided great service to our group. Good food, drinks and a lot of useful information on history and culture of Puerto Rico. I will gladly go again!

This was the most amazing snorkeling tour Ive ever experienced! The crew were so friendly and so much fun to be with. They took care of all our needs. I didnt even have to worry about taking pictures because Christian took care of that. The pictures that they sent back to me were beautiful. Thank you Christian! Our captain , Christian and Maylin or Daylin cant remember were the best, fun and attentive. The food, drinks, fruits and desert were all perfect! I highly recommend The Innovation Snorkeling Tour. I will see you again for sure the next time I go visit!

FABULOUS! Did this tour over xmas break 2020 with Captain Dante, Christian and Hectmar. Very well organized, knowledgeable staff and a picture perfect route! Great lunch, drinks and wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The tour was incredible! It was our first time snorkeling and the crew was great at making everything simple and easy to follow! We were scheduled to go snorkeling on Monday but due to the weather we were forced to cancel. The company was great at communicating with us and rescheduled us until further notice. Their communication was great! I highly recommend it! Not to mention the view was incredible! Thank you for making this a wonderful experience for me and my friends!

This might of been the best part of our entire trip to Puerto Rico. We had originally signed up for the Biobay (bio-luminescent ) tour. But instead of giving a less than stellar experience we got a call two days early saying that the glow was low due to an excess of sea grass. They offered us a discount if we wanted to to do another tour option and we decided in the Innovation Snorkeling Tour!We got a 6 hour trip with complimentary pina coladas and Coco libres (as well as a good lunch and snacks and other drinks). We took the innovation charter boat to a nearby nature preserve and saw amazing fish, but the friendliness of the guides is what really stood out for us. We cant wait for the complimentary photos they took of us in and under water!TAKE THIS TRIP! They care.

Had a great time on the snorkeling tour and boat ride in Spring 2019! The crew was great and super accommodating during the boat ride. They are also loads of fun and their positive personalities made the experience awesome. Would highly recommend!

Truly one of the best experiences I had while in PR. They take you to a beautiful island and lead a great snorkel session. What makes the experience is the polite, and outgoing staff who made us feel so welcome. When I come back to PR, I look forward to doing this again.

This was the most personal tour experience! I brought my friends when they came to visit me while I was working on the island, and we all got to see the ocean in a way we never have before. Beautiful experience with really great guides! I wish we could go everyday!

Wow, what an adventure!!!! You will definitely want to go snorkeling with this company. They are professional but have a great sense of humor and they love their island and waters. If you want to be in beautiful waters they can get you there!

This was an excellent trip with great value right in Fajardo. The quick trip to Icacos Island was beautiful and provided excellent snorkeling. Even better was our crew, Capt. Danty, Kris, and Hectmar. Hectmar and Kris are wonderful snorkeling guides with a wealth of knowledge of the area and marine life. The lunch that was served was tasty and plentiful and the specialty drinks were delicious! I’d definitely book with them again!

This was an amazing experience, fun trip, very friendly and helpful crew. Loved every part of it, from snorkeling to lunch, to walk around the isle, swimming, drinks. Theres also a great restaurant not far from their office, be sure to check that out, too.
