Update: January 19, 2021 they called me to inform me that in my residential area they have coverage !!! More than three months on hold, so you dont do business.More than a month waiting for my coordinates to be verified to see if they can provide me with the service. I like to support local business, but customer service is the key. I dont know how this business has been maintained.

If I could give it 0 stars I would give it. I switched to this company for good prices, but as always, cheap is expensive. The internet goes out every so often and they always have a breakdown. When I call they always tell me they dont know when they will fix it and they dont have technicians on weekends either. The last time I called, I asked the customer service department if the boss was aware of what was happening and told us that he has no way of communicating with him. How come you dont have your bosss phone number!

You call to request service and they leave you waiting for the installation. Ive been trying for months to get connected for the good price they have, but apparently they dont need more clients. We regret in service.

Two weeks ago I called PORQ it didnt work for me. It was the technician and I changed the Porq antenna was damaged. That first day it worked very well. Since the third day I have not been able to connect. I call the offices and they dont pick up the phone.

I took more than a year with you and everything always went well but since January for good service here right now Im without internet since yesterday and not today in offices until Monday means that I will not have internet I have little pq gigas on my phone have WiFi or WiFi I thought was I called every day and not have given me a discount rate nor is it supposed to be. Please do something or I have to go to another company. God bless!!!

I have been using its services for more than a year and the point is that it worked 100% of its speed at the beginning but now it does not work well, It is being paid for a speed that only works for about a range of 19hr - 16hrs even having a signal 100% (5hrs to 8hrs that the service is impossible to use). It is equivalent to approximately 150 hours that are lost in 30 days of service. People who are going to acquire their services think about it. The only good thing about the internet is that it is stable.

In service they are the worst. You call because you dont have service every day and they want to charge you the month anyway. Do not provide a stable service, not even 1 mega speed arrives. I would not risk you.
