Amazing Experience!!!The staff was so nice. We went snorkeling for an hour and then lounged around at the beach the rest of the time. I wish I could post videos so I can show you all the fishes we saw while snorkeling. It was so relaxing and definitely worth the money.

I took this tour and it was my first time in the ocean snorkeling, our captain Tito and his crew did an amazing job getting us to and from and making sure everyone had a blast and was safely doing so. The experience was definitely a great one from the music to the very end we enjoyed every minute of it. So needless to say when I come back I’ll definitely use Caribe Bliss again. Thank you for the wonderful experience and keeping me and my family safe!!!

The crew of Caribe Bliss were knowledge, friendly, and professional on our snorkeling sunset cruise in San Juan! We had a large group of adults and teens. Some of the group had prior snorkeling experience but others did not. They were great to give extra assistance to those that needed it. The crew was wonderful. The snorkeling was fantastic at Icacos and the island was the quintessential idea of a little uninhabited island in the Caribbean. The clear blue waters were as dreamy and stunning as the photos and even more in real life. It was definitely a party boat, so if you want serenity and quiet, you will not find it there, unless the whole boat wants the same. It was an adult day. Fun was had by all people on the boat and with 3 birthdays, everyone there was interacting and chatting after a few piñas. It was our best day in PR. Book a few weeks out. Once you are on the island, it is hard to get a spot on any charter.

Had such a great experience. The crew was amazing and Tito the captain was a great ball of energy. They made us feel like we were family and very comfortable. One of my friends doesnt know how to swim and was scared even with the floaty on. One of the crew members was SO nice and spent over 30 min just 1:1 with her for swimming lessons. All around good people and a great experience. Cant wait until Im in PR again!

Hands down BEST thing we experienced during our trip in Puerto Rico! Jon was our captain along with an amazing crew. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive and so fun! First time in PR and two of my friends and I found this excursion and decided to try it out. From start to end the crew was friendly and helpful. Everyone was great and the experience was amazing. We snorkeled for a few hours and had lunch with unlimited drinks between two options. The beach is beautiful and worth seeing. Music was on point as well. Overall a great experience and highly recommend! Would not disappoint.

My friends and I (group of 9) had an AMAZING time on the boar tour. It was more than we ever could have imagined. Tito and his crew really made the experience. They were very helpful, nice, and entertaining. The best part was the snorkeling, the water is so clear and beautiful. Then we docked and had a few hours to just chill out and do what we want. The music was great. The drinks and food were very good. Since we had a bigger group we were able to sit on the top deck with Tito so it was nice to have a little area on the boat to ourselves. The experience is more than worth the price you pay. Do not hesitate in booking this boat tour. Hope to return again one day.

We had an amazing day on the water thanks to Ken and Caribe Bliss! We were a small group and it was so nice to go out on a boat with only our 2 families. Ken started by taking us to Icacos which had such a pretty beach line. His pina coladas were so good but the guava coladas were even better! The best part of the day, though, was when he took us to his “secret” location beyond the reefs. We were right near the edge where the Atlantic meets the Caribbean and the view was stunning! He anchored along a sandbar where we decided to spend the rest of the afternoon. We had a great time relaxing on the float mat, and even under the umbrella he put up in the water for us! Lunch consisted of really delicious sandwiches and homemade pasta salad and bean salad (they were both so fresh and yummy!!). We loved the flexibility of our day, and Ken was so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly from the beginning of the booking process all the way until the end of our day. We will definitely book another day with Ken and Caribe Bliss when we return to Puerto Rico!

Wow! Where do I begin? This tour from the beginning to the end was absolutely AMAZING! I booked this tour with my group of 26 for my Jack & Jill and we all had such a good time. This was the best day trip we’ve had with friends in Puerto Rico. Ken was a great guy, kept us safe, and brought us to multiple spots. He also has lifelong experience and knowledge of the sea, which only added to our trip. Food was great - everything was perfect. Literally zero complaints. Wonderful op and very accommodating. Did there all inclusive snorkel and beach tour. Boat is big enough that the open ocean crossing wasn’t bad at all. Felt comfortable even with my 4 and 7 year olds. Beach stop was amazing. Drinks were good and the food was perfect for a beach day.

This excursion was AWESOME!!! We scheduled this excursion as part of our friends birthday celebration. It just so happen there were five other birthdays onboard so the turn up was REAL!! The whole crew (John, Angel, and I forgot the other names) were super friendly and very accommodating. I can’t say enough about the musical selection!! Omg that sound system !!!! This group was pretty diverse and they played songs for everyone!!!! Great way to spend the day in PR!!!!!

I was recommended this tour by some friends and had the pleasure of enjoying the most awesome experience on a day tour I’ve ever had. The check in process was flawless, the boat very clean and organized. We even got to meet the owner who was really nice and professional.The staff is really fun, extremely friendly and detail oriented. This was not your common “touristic” tour it was definitely high level hospitality.I come to Puerto Rico a lot and love day trips to the smaller islands and especially Culebra. This experience was amazing. The crew was super friendly and professional. We went to an amazing skorkel spot and even better beach with the clearest water. The drinks they make you throughout the day are amazing before, you do not need to bring anything other than maybe some extra water. Other than that the vibe in the boat is great. I came with a group ofn15 and we were still able to meet new people in the boat and have a great time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good time. I would certainly book them again, just maybe for longer next time.

Our family had a great day with Ken on La Tortuguita. Ken is an excellent captain who took care of us and made sure we had fun. We snorkeled at two locations, spent some time on Icacos beach and swam near La Paloma. Highly recommend Caribe Bliss. The booking was also very easy.

If youre coming to Puerto Rico with a large group, THIS is the tour company you want. We were group of twenty, and Caribe Bliss organized transportation on a shuttle from San Juan to the marina where the boat departed. The crew was extremely professional and spoke in both Spanish and English since not everyone in our group was bilingual. They provided mixed rum drinks and lunch on board the boat. During the day, the crew provided service better than you would find at most restaurants. Will definitely contact them again in the future the next time I am in Puerto Rico.

If you’re vacationing in PR this is a must! The crew was great and so fun! I came with a party of 4 and we had a blast. Great drinks, and views. Would definitely go again. The water was so clear! Still can’t get over it.

We took the boat trip to Culebra with snorkeling and then over to Playa Flamenco. The boat crew was excellent they were informative and fun. We went snorkeling on a reef and had lunch when we got back on the boat. Then a quick ride to Flamenco. We swam from the boat to the beach in the clear warm water. The beach is about a mile long crescent of beautiful white sand. At the far end from where our boat anchored there is a WW II tank. It is rusting away but is decorated in local graffiti. This is a top rated beach in the world and it stands up to that rating. After returning to the marina we had dinner at the resturant there for a perfect day. This boat trip is worth it, they take care of everything for you. You need to show up with a towel and sun screen.

Absolutely amazing! We had the best time. The captain and his crew were so amazing and very helpful. The entire excursion was so well put together. We left on time. They are very organized. Very specific with rules and expectations. They were willing to give a small snorkeling tutorial, and actually helped someone get out and they guided them as they looked around under water. It truly warmed my heart seeing that. The food was amazing and there were plenty of drinks to last the entire day. I am forever grateful for the crew member that helped my husband, who doesnt swim and is terrified of the water, get off the boat and make it to the beach where we spent over an hour walking around and exploring. When it was time to go back to the boat, she came back, helped him make it back to the boat safely and never once made him feel embarrassed or less than because he doesnt swim. I am honestly so grateful and will be forevered moved by this crew. I am so happy I chose this tour and I feel every penny I spent was absolutely worth it. You guys have a great operation, and an amazing boat, captain and crew. Thank you, thank you and thank you!Forever grateful!!

It was incredible!!! We celebrated my 30th on the boat with Captain Ken with the all inclusive formula. He treated us so well, the food he prepared was excellent, his cocktails so tasty, amazing music and vibe! He brought us to the nicest spots. This was a memorable day! I can only recommend 100%!!!

It’s a nice experience to do if you’re a tourist in PR for vacation. But I live here and I went on this day trip to Icacos with my husband and it felt like we were at an American college frat party or a dance club. The atmosphere was immature but that was because of the passengers on the trip with us.The crew was great, friendly, and professional. Pasta and bean salads were good but I did not enjoy the vegetable sandwich because the bread was too sweet like a brioche type of bread. My husband enjoyed his ham and cheese sandwich. Beverages were very good too. We had the piña and the guava coladas, you can choose virgin or with rum.Overall, it just wasn’t the atmosphere or boat experience we were expecting so I can’t give it five stars. I would not go again unless I rented out the entire boat with my own friends and family so it would guarantee be a better experience.

****DO NOT BOOK THEM PLEASE!!!!****** I was a tourist, I had to gps my whole entire trip. I called the office looking for my pick up guy since 6:30 AM. Never received a phone call or email to confirm the day of or the day before. I called the office an spoke to a very rude guy at 7:10 in which I Informed them that I was 10 minutes away according to the gps. The guy informed me that the bus will be gone by the time I make it. I asked if I can Uber he stated the boat will be gone as well. I asked for a refund since he was rude and the entire experience was a nightmare. He indeed informed me that i will not get no money. The guy continue to brag about not getting a refund and harass me terrible. I do not recommend this tour for tourist. I will give them a 0 star!!!! I’m going to report them to the BBB

Don’t look any further for an excursion to Culebra. What an amazing experience. I cannot say enough about my trip. 1. The boat was pristine, immaculate and extremely well kept. 2. The Captain and his crew were uber professional. Attentive to everyone’s needs. Always checking on everyone during the excursion, making sure everyone was safe, had what they needed, following directions, enjoying themselves. I just cannot say enough about the crew. 3. The lunch was perfect. Just right,a nice display of cold cuts with a pasta salad beautifully displayed. Then after swimming cut fruit and chips and salsa and finally cookies for everyone to leave with. 4. The bar was open and available from the time you stepped foot on the boat. Not only could you get something to drink but the crew consistently asked if you needed something to drink or if you needed water. 5. The snorkeling was phenomenal. They made sure everyone was accommodated. 6. When we arrived at the beach to swim and relax, the captain would bring drinks out on a float to everyone all while making sure everyone was safe and accounted for. He and his crew made sure everyone had a good time and provided a varied musical playlist to get things going.I cannot day enough about my experience. DO NOT BOOK ANY OTHER EXCURSION TO CULEBRA OTHER THAN WITH CARIBE BLISS!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

19 members of our group met at Puerto Del Rey Marina around 9 a.m. and were greeted by the owner, Ken, and Captain Galdy and his crew. Couldnt have asked for a better crew. Safety was top priority. After going through the guidelines and rules required of guests, we were treated to a memorable day of food, drinks, and fun at Cayo Icacos. Our every whim was provided for. I loved the open deck and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the upper deck with Captain Galdy. The sea was a bit rough that day but I never questioned our dedicated crew. Once we arrived at Icacos, we had an amazing time. It really was CARIBE BLISS. Everything was provided for an all day adventure. Snorkeling was fabulous. Im an avid snorkel fan and greatly appreciated the crews request that, as guests of an uninhabited reef island, we respect our surroundings. As I was gearing up I overheard another chartered boat advising guests to be safe and have fun while snorkeling. This other boat failed to inform disrespectful guests to avoid standing/disturbing an endangered reef. Those guests did as they chose; clueless to the potential destruction that they could possibly be unleashing. I gained further respect for CARIBE BLISS for being informed. Excellent accommodations. Zero worries. Extreme fun!! I recommend CARIBE BLISS because while cruising the waters one is not locked inside a cabin. You can enjoy the open waters and fresh air. To me, getting there is part of the experience. I want to feel the wind in my hair, smell and feel the salty sea air. This was a perfect island excursion. Had the ultimate party. Music, food, drinks, floats, snorkel gear provided. Most importantly, this crew is so friendly and every whim is filled. I will definitely call on CARIBE BLISS for my next island adventure. Another great tour on Caribe Bliss! A friend came down to PR for the weekend and I immediately booked a trip to Icacos island. The boat is clean and the crew is very attentive and professional. After that we went to the Luquillo kiosks for some beer and fritters. Nice and easy Saturday.

Highlight of our Puerto Rico trip! I go to Fajardo often, and my friends and I had the best time on a private charter with Captain Ken and his crew! Drinks were amazing (rum and iced tea was delicious and refreshing), boat sound system was jamming, and they had all the gear for beach fun: paddleboards, lily pad, frisbee, soccer. The crew was professional, friendly, and we loved their energy. Best of all they even worked with me on the itinerary so we could get a pick up in Vieques. 10 stars!!

We had the most wonderful day on the Caribean Sea with Tito and his crew. The water, the waves, the sun, Icacos Island, the pina coladas, the delicious lunch...everything was just fantastic. We cant wait to do it again! And Ive got to get the bean salad recipe.

The best experience for something to do in Puerto Rico! 5 full hours of fun for the entire family.VERY IMPORTANT: Pay for the $25 transportation they offer, even if you have a rental! From my hotel, it would have been over $100 for an Uber. Plus the time didnt in the sun and the drinks may have you disoriented afterwards so driving back to your stay may not be a good idea.Snorkeling was amazing! Beautiful fish and sea turtles underwater. It is safe for all ages and Tio was great with one in one instructions.The staff is awesome and very helpful. Too was a great host. They are all very patient and love what they do.For adults, the rum bar is great! Unlimited drinks of pina colada and other rum mixed drinks.The views are perfect! Charge your batteries and bring your best cameras!My family and I definitely loved the entire experience! Will be going each visit to Puerto Rico

Caribe Bliss far exceeded our expectations. Right from the start, we noticed the boat is meticulously maintained. 20 years ago I was in charge of a 50 scenic cruiser boat and my hardworking crew wasnt able to keep our boat as well as Caribe Bliss. At the dock, Ken gives a great safety speech and a bit about what to expect on the journey. It is an open craft and so the seas can play a role so you should be prepared to get wet - but they explain all of this very clearly. Theres a bath (head) on the boat that is spotless and works well. After the ~50min boat ride to an island that is nothing short of paradise on earth, they gave us a safety spiel on snorkeling and we have a fantastic time snorkeling around the reef with their well-maintained equipment. The crew is super friendly and gives an exhaustive briefing before every activity. Of course, one jerk on our trip stood on the reef despite numerous warnings not to do so - I note that a negative review stated that someone cut their knee on the reef. As far as were concerned Caribe Bliss could not have been clearer that the reef should be treated with caution and should not be touched.The last stop at Flamenco beach is so much fun we just wish we could have stayed longer!We could not speak more highly of the crew and owner and would recommend this outing for anyone interested in a short jaunt to one of the best beaches in the world.

Our trip with Caribe Bliss was the highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico. The boat and gear are maintained very well, the instructions were clear, the guidance was awesome, the rum drinks were great, and the music played on the boat was well enjoyed (really tied the trip together). I am a Wisconsin native not accustomed to the sea or snorkeling (I am an avid boater/fisherman/water sportsman on lakes and rivers, however), but I felt safe the entire trip. The crew, especially the captains, were well versed with the sea and one even told interesting stories of multiple week sea sailing trips. They know what they are doing for any cynics considering this trip. The trip is definitely worth it and takes you to places that would be hard to access as a typical tourist to Puerto Rico. Flamenco Beach offered one of the most beautiful beaches I have come across as well as the clearest, bluest water. This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and first time snorkeling. I am glad that we purchased the trip. 10/10 would recommend.

We booked my moms 54th birthday in Puerto Rico, and one of our first excursions was the all inclusive boat ride to beautiful Icacos island. From start to finish the excursion exceeded our expectations. We had a shuttle come and pick us up from our hotel. He did a temperature check and provided sanitizer for our hands. When we arrived at the port in Fajardo we were greeted by the crew. They were very professional. We had to take our shoes off and be sanitized before entering the boat. We did have to wear masks unless in the water or eating/ drinking, but even with these restrictions, we had an amazing time. The music was great. Shout out to the DJ. The rum drinks were strong and perfect to set the tone. Lunch was good, especially that bean salad. OMG! And Im not even vegetarian. The crew was perfect. When we got to the island our boat played the loudest music which was a plus for me. We had the most crunk crew that led to a phenomenal experience. Mom danced the whole time. She even jumped off the boat. We had floating toys and great snorkeling spots. The water was crystal clear as if we were in a pool. Now how incredible was that?

Perfect day in Puerto Rico made better by this outstanding crew. The boat was spotless and comfortable, the food and drinks were great, the beach was beautiful, but it was really the customer service that made our day so special. They thought of everything, right down to the floating bar as we swam around. We can’t wait to go back again!

We had a great day on Icacos island with Caribe Bliss! Professional and fun team, food and drinks were very tastefu( thums up for beans salad)l. Icacos island was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. Would definitely go again!

One word: Amazing!The crew was professional and friendly and made sure that everything was in check. The boat was extremely clean and looked good as new! The first stop at snorkeling and the second stop at the beach were well worth the price they charge. In addition, the sandwich lunch that have is filling and enough to tie everyone over (in addition to the bartender and drinks). This trip is great for a fun day out with friends and family and I 100% recommend it to others looking for a fun day in Puerto Rico. If I ever come back to Puerto Rico, this will definitely be on my to do list!!

Caribe Bliss Snorkel & Beach Tour to Culebra was amazing! The lady that helped us over the phone was actually one of the owners. She was so nice and helpful. She even helped us find a Bio Bay tour with another company whom she knew. Her husband (the other owner) and her ran a really professional operation. The boat was immaculate, the drinks were on point, snorkel gear all new and clean, and last but certainly not least the staff was extremely awesome! And this is coming from the guy who wanted a private boat tour for my wife and I and didnt like the idea of being on a boat with 15-20 other people...Plenty of room between the top deck and the open air bottom deck. The day couldnt have been better, highly recommended.

Absolutely Brilliant and well organized Tour! Safety instructions were very loud and clear. Food and drinks were great. Nice and Helpful boat crews. Most importantly “the experience” - not to be missed out the real paradise on earth . Cristal clear blue water and great snorkel area !

So, have never written a review for any company. But, I have to say that Kevin, Darlene and the staff aboard The Tortuga were AMAZING! If you want to snorkel and enjoy a beach day at Culebra Island, these people are the way to go. Very helpful, funny, food was good. Fantastic experience.

The attentive captain and crew go out of their way to ensure that everyone has a safe and yet splendid experience, whether zipping out on a paddle board to help our 7-year old snorkel or reassuring us that going to Icacos Island instead of Culebra (due to ocean conditions; happens sometimes) is still a worthwhile trip (it sure is). What a clean boat the Tortuga is, and what a friendly and fun experience they offer. Food and drinks were excellent and we felt like we got a huge taste of PR ocean life as part of our trip. A fellow tourist recommended them to me and I’m already recommending them to others. They truly take care of everyone, and as a small business, need our recommendations and tourist dollars. Our trip was on 2/20/20 and was truly worth it!

Flamenco beach is spectacular. However, this review is not about the beach. Caribe Bliss Ocean Tour had to provide these things: (1) boat ride to the location, (2) sandwiches and drinks (3) snorkeling (4) boat ride backBoat ride to the location: Dont know if the sea was extra choppy but seawater was hitting those seated towards the rear during most of the ride. It was very uncomfortable, with the salty water stinging the eyes and clothing soaked to the skin.Sandwiches and drinks: average fareSnorkeling: The crew should have provided better instructions. Some of the newbies had their knees bloodied on the reefs because they didnt know any better.Boat ride back: I went on the upper deck, thinking that I wont get hit with so much water. It was BRUTAL. Felt like Im in some kind of storm. Seawater was hitting me relentlessly the whole one-hour ride back. Had to sit with both hands clutching on to the railings as the boat lurched in the choppy sea, throwing water on to everyone. At times I was wondering hows this even legal? Is this a pleasure ride? Ridiculous. A beautiful day out to Culebra was totally ruined by a miserable hour-long boat ride each way.

Captain Kens boat was leased to carry a group of us to a nearby island for some environmental work. We were on Kens boat the Tortuga daily for 3 weeks. From day one I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire Crew. The Tortuga is a modern boat with all the latest safety equipment and is kept spotless clean and well maintained. Captain Ken is a highly trained sea Captain with much experience in much larger boats and ships. I have vowed to come back on vacation and take a cruise on the Tortuga. If you want a safe boat, an experienced Captain, friendly Crew this is it, you will not be disappointed!Thanks!

Boat left on time to the island, they offer a transportation service that also arrived on time at the pickup spot. Amazing staff, amazing service and amazing tour. Great food and they had everything to make our tour unforgettable, I’d definitely recommend and book them again!!!

I recently went to Puerto Rico after 12 years. I decided to take my best friend on a fun adventure and we ended up doing the culebra tour. I am so glad we had these guys. They were fun, made sure we had everything we needed. Lunch was way better than I expected. The drinks were awesome, I would give them more stars if I could.

Captain Kenneth and his crew are Angels on Earth! Caribe Bliss was the only boat ( that I know of) to travel 3 hours there and back on bumpy water, leaving their families behind, to come rescue people off the destroyed island of Tortola right before being hit by another hurricane. If it werent for Caribe Bliss (and Doug Hatch), there is no way to know when we wouldve been able to get home. Everyone made me feel protected and loved during one of the scariest moments of my life and for that Im forever grateful.Although Hurricane Irma has come and gone, I will NEVER forget how absolutely phenomenal and heart-warming this crew and everyone in connection to them were to all of us. All the way to Kenneths amazing, beautiful, caring and compassionate spouse and mother, to the chefs that fed us the most DELICIOUS hot food we hadnt had in days, to the guys that drove us, in the middle of the night, to shelter that had already been arranged when we made it to shore. I can truly go on an on about everything this crew did for a few strangers they had just met, but the main point I want to make is that this company is not your average tour boat, they are Life Savers!Although this review may not cover a traditional guided tour experience, it was still a tour that they took care of every single one of us on that boat ABOVE and BEYOND anything we couldve expected.Thank you Caribe Bliss!🙏💜💚 I look forward to seeing you all reach even greater heights in the years to come!!!
