This morning one of their drivers was in front of me, swerving from lane to lane. The driver seemed disoriented. When I was able to pass on a multiple lane road, the driver came over on me, (on my left side), almost causing a major accident. He didn’t look in his mirrors or signal a lane change. If I had not honked when I did and slammed on my brakes my large SUV would have been totaled, likely causing me serious injuries if not dying, as this man was driving a very large box truck type vehicle. I have tried multiple numbers with the company to report his negligent and erratic driving, but sadly no one answers their phone. Truck number was 164532. Display on driver door was MC 927523 B and US DOT 267846. This driver is EXTREMELY UNSAFE!!’n I have a CDL and it is alarming that this person is allowed to drive a commercial while appearing to be either intoxicated or just oblivious to the damage/harm he can and will cause. If this is the way this company allows their employees/drivers to operate, I cannot imagine how badly they might treat their customers.

This is a former employee rating. The company in itself seems great, and the coworkers are super nice and friendly. When I was hired on, the proper expectations were not set and I ended up doing things I didn’t agree to. I’m a disabled Vet, and if I had know I’d be doing these things that I told them that I couldn’t do, I would have never accepted the position.

Here are the problems of this company:Relationship problems with superiorsThe most common reason for office stress is dealing with difficult boss. The boss set unreal targets.Tasks that are not part of an employee role or skill set can also cause stress. they often make employees multitask but this could potentially affect their ability to deliver.Work family conflictIndividuals are struggling to find the right balance between work and family responsibility. Domestic issues can affect work where balancing work and home by allotting adequate time for both can help reduce stress.High demand for performanceUnrealistic expectations, especially in the time of corporate reorganizations, which, sometimes, puts unhealthy and unreasonable pressures on the employee, can be a tremendous source of stress and suffering. Increased workload, extremely long work hours and intense pressure to perform at peak levels all the time for the same pay, can actually leave an employee physically and emotionally drained. Excessive travel and too much time away from family also contribute to an employee’s stressors.Job insecurityOrganized workplaces are going through metamorphic changes under intense economic transformations and consequent pressures. Reorganizations, takeovers, mergers, rightsizing and other changes have become major stressors for employees, as companies try to live up to the competition to survive. These reformations have put demand on everyone, from a CEO to a line manager.Bureaucratic constraintsstressors include uncomfortable working conditions, job overload, lack of control over the work process and sheer monotony. You need:Companies would do well to address mental wellness at the workplace through a clearly articulated workplace policy on mental health.

What happens at CTDI, we dont talk about. Everyone working there knows what I am saying. Some of them do what they can to make it as good as we can for others but there is only so much low level management (even mid-level) can do.

I worked there for almost a year. Was assigned my own department and I built it from the ground up steamlolined it all. Made the company thousands of dollars a day, solo. Then on a drop of a dime one of the bosses had one of his weekly days and let me go over a broken pallet and some dust. Mind you this was the first time I came across anyones radar in a bad way.History of this company doesnt lie. They will let you go in a moments notice. So if you get assiged to work there watch out for Kevin. Cause he will have you fired just because hes having a bad day.
