The rep that helped is was awesome, but they only had a van because it was a last minute. And then they charged us more then a 5 pass car because it holds up to 7 and wouldnt work with us.

We had a very good experience there this past weekend. Another Enterprise took our reservation but called us the next day to say there weren’t any cars! We made a reservation online at the Fairview location. A very nice guy named Andrew Kim helped us. He is very knowledgeable about different cars.He was kind, courteous and very helpful. We were in and our of there within minutes. Andrew was really great. We would definitely rent a car from here again.

This Enterprise is hands down the most accommodating branch I’ve been to. The manager and the employees go above and beyond to ensure a good customer service experience. I sell cars for a living and they are honest, welcoming and so kind. Moving from Detroit a couple other offices in the area here gave me a hassle to rent a car while I moved. I’ve never had anything but a positive experience with the guys at Fairview. I’m not someone who normally writes reviews, I felt I needed to speak truth and good energy into what are normally negative google reviews. I appreciate you guys so much. 👏🏼

Going to rent a car at Enterprise in Fairview, it is like going into war. I have never seen any customer service that low. I am not going back there in the future. People remember how you make them feel.Regrettable loyal customer for more than 12 years.

I was very disappointed with enterprise, I was given a rental while my vehicle was being repaired and the vehicle I was given was filthy and had ketchup on the inside of the windshield, and most of all the vehicle had cigarette odor inside. And the vehicle had under a half of tank of gas. Enterprise you have to do better!!! especially with covid-19 still around.

Disgusting- they dont clean the cars at all. Got a qx80 brakes were shot - car was filthy inside and out. So crazy that even with covid they dont clean/sanitize the cars putting everyone at risk. Manager did not care at all. So sad that progressive uses this branch. It’s disgusting.

I rented a 2020 Hyundai Elantra while my personal car is at the body shop to be fixed due to a big collision in all 4 doors while it was parked. I was take care by Naomi at the Enterprise store located in Fairview, NJ. She was very friendly, amazing, and very patience answering all my questions. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is very lucky to has an excellent employee like Naomi which go beyond her duties to make the car rental transaction very pleasant. Because of her, I am very happy customer. From now on, I will rent from Enterprise in the future over Avis or Budget.

I have used this enterprise for years and never had a problem until their staff put a code entry for the stairwell/elevator entrance. that stairwell is for customer use, and the elevator is no longer provided for handicap customers to access the other businesses in the plaza. The lower level parking shouldn’t force people with limited mobility to walk up a hill on the surrounding streets. If it isn’t changed I’m going to report it.

The worst experience one of the employees i forgot his name I believe he’s of Asian descent with long hair was the most careless, rude lousy workers I have ever come across. I will never rent at this location again and by the way I never really do reviews but this guy took it to the extreme with his horrible customer service so I had to write one lol. Just stay away from here this location.

Gave me a ride there which was nice but charged me a deposit on $200 on damage waiver and liability without telling me on a corporate direct bill account which is a big no no against my employers agreement / contract with enterprise. They are not to put any holds on workers accounts per agreement. Ra#1wv7hm

Made a reservation online and when we showed up we were told they have no cars. Instead of apologizing, the employee blamed us for not making the reservation far enough in advance. They canceled our reservation with no fee, but we wasted money on Lyft to get here.

I have been using this location for a little over a year now but since Juan Vargas and his staff took over, the service has been improved 1000000 times over. Very professional, very friendly and most importantly very accommodating!!! I am recommending anyone who needs to rent a car to come to this location. They make the rental experience, quick, easy and super convenient! Kudos to Juan and his staff!!!

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now. This enterprise makes you feel like family. The service is always perfect and the manager and staff always remember you and go out of their way to give you the best equipment for the best price. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff really make the difference. The Fairview enterprise is a great credit to enterprises all over.

Nana is the type of manager that every company needs. Hes professional, courteous and understands the importance of company-customer relationships. Dealing with Nana I never feel that my needs are not met. Also his staff is great. He is the only reason I dont even consider other rental companies. Keep up the good work!!!

I Had a little wait for my car but was eventually upgraded to a SUV for the inconvemience. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they even picked me up and brought me back home after I was done. Best prices in the area for sure will def use them again in the near future.

Last time ever renting a car from Enterprise. This is not the first time Enterprise has had lousy careless workers representing their company. The Manager kept hanging up on me when calling for questions. The one time he answered he put me on hold for long time then hung up. I get there and the manager tells me he was ignoring me because he could not see my account because he was down stairs. They gave me the car with a little less then a quarter tank, which is very unprofessional and bad customer service. Also the car was not washed. It was filthy! And when I returned it he tried to charge me for a detail. He was very rude and insulting. Once again I will never use enterprise. Oh, might i add that the workers name was prince.

Horrible experience, my first and last time ever renting from enterprise! I reserved my car months in advance and when it came time pick up the process was one complication after another. Something thats usually takes me 15 min at any other rental car company, took enterprise over an hour.when you use a credit card, they have a number they call to verify your address on your card matches the address on your license, the agent on the other line told the enterprise employee the info did not match .. I told them its not possible, Ive had the same address for the past 10 years. When I asked him to call back , he very sarcastically insisted that HE DID NOT provide the incorrect info.. then he suggested I try HERTZ up the street.. after 30 min of insisting he call back.. he finally calls and puts it on speaker (( to prove me wrong)) when the agent comes on the line she says THE ADDRESS MATCHED.. and the enterprise code HE was providing was INCORRECT. He immediately took it off of speaker.Now.. we finally have the address code (( after 45 min)) he is now telling that the system will not take my credit card because it had my maiden name on it, and tells me I have to use my debit card and have to proved two utility bills, he then copies down the account numbers for my utility bills.. (( even the DMV just looks at the proof, they dont copy the account numbers))1 hour and 15 min later I finally get the rental car..This was a terrible customer service experience,,, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was absolutely LOUSY and they told us our “money is not welcome here.” Whatever you do, do NOT book your car here. Do not deal with a worker named Prince. He caused me to miss my appointment that I was renting a car for, and was incredibly rude about it the whole time. It is absolutely miserable and now my blood pressure is through the roof. After standing here for over an hour and jumping through hoops to get it done, the two men told us to get out and refused to rent us a car.

I use to like coming here and never had any problems. However, my last 2 experiences were just nightmares. I’m not sure if they’re are under different management. I did deal with the same person on those 2 occasions, whom I’ve never dealt with in the past. Nana, a heavy set gentleman, was assisting me but did not help at all. Did not even make an effort to try to help. I had to go to fort lee to rent a car which nana couldn’t tell me anything about the fort lee location. I had to leave and call enterprise fort lee myself for more info. Something nana I’m sure has access too and could of easily done himself.

Went to this place for the first time looked at the reviews they had online and gave it a try. I rented a white dodge caravan 2014 great milage. They will get you the right vehicle you need if you are looking to travel or if you just need a car for local travel check them out great people.

Very unsatisfied member that will never return to Enterprise. Nana, the branch manager was slow, rude, impatient, and just plain unfriendly. Ive used Enterprise for years now and have never been treated like this. This store doesnt communicate nor do they value the customer. Aside from me just relocating here and needing a vehicle they wasted my time by not informing me of things that I should have been informed of prior to coming to the office. I had to pay for a ride to the location and then wait in the cold for another ride that I have to pay for to get back home. How am I supposed to have a NJ license if I literally just moved here. Nana had no respect for my time and he represents the company. Truly dissatisfied

Very bad car condition and their customer service also bad!!!I would refer anyone in future car rental. They are looking for only money and they didnt gave any drop service at my home which is nearby only within 3 miles from their office.They dont send their car for the servicing frequently. When I took the rental the car that time on the dash board it was showing that the car is decentralized the chasis and I drove the car was going to right due to that.I informed that guy but they said its normal for them and that car was too old as well.

Wouldnt let me rent my reservation because my utility bill wasnt current? It was the most recent one I had received! I had always been allowed to rent with the documents I had with me but the girl at the counter was obviously hung over from a not so pleasant night. Never Again!
