Called Joe and he came out the next morning. Walked through the problem with me and showed me exactly what he was seeing and how he was fixing it. Very personable and appreciated him explaining exactly how he fixed the problem.

I needed assistance with simple plumbing repairs (toilet, shower faucet) but wanted a pro. I found one w/ Do-It-All Plumbing. I explained the issues. Joe answered my questions and went to work. He explained what was needed, what he was doing and how the shower fixture was installed w/ the wrong handle. I checked in the second bathroom. Joe was right. He didnt have that handle in his truck. He went out and got the proper handle. Everything works as it should. I recommend Joe.... Do It All Plumbing.... does it right.

Joe is a great guy who is fair and honest and does good work. I needed repairs to a power-assist toilet (it came with the house - I never saw one before). Joe checked the plumbing supply house for the needed part and called me with a repair estimate. He showed up the next day. He admitted up front that he had only done a few of these types of repairs, and added that he consulted with another plumber who gave him some tips. It was not an easy repair, and he kept me appraised along the way. He said he didnt mind if I watched him work. He even read the directions on the package of the replacement part! (Who does that?!?) I also asked him to look at a leaky faucet; he replaced washers and showed me a trick to doing it so I could do it in the future. He was stuck in a traffic tie-up on his way to my house and called to advise me of his progress. I would call him again for any plumbing work.

I called Joe on a Wednesday afternoon regarding a burst pipe that occurred over the winter. He was able to check it out and make the necessary repairs the following morning, including adding a new valve to avoid coming across the same situation in the future. Even though a second leak was identified, he was able to make the repairs promptly, finishing the work within an hour.

I would recommend Joe to anyone in need of an honest, reliable, knowable plumber. I happened to have a situation involving a backed up sewer line in my basement. I happened to get Joes Contact information from my home warranty program as a reference. Joe promptly answered my phone call on 3:00 pm on a Sunday and was able to come out and snake out my sewer. He did a great job, and was very friendly and explained everything he did.

I needed some work done on the shower and all plumbers were either booked up for weeks or didnt bother to return my calls. Joe not only answered the phone, but did the work the next day. He was also very reasonable. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

I experienced water in my basement a few times in the past year, thinking it was flooding and i needed it waterproofed.I had several companies come out and give me $8-10k estimates on installing a waterproofing system.New Years Eve I came downstairs to 5 inches of water. I had a guy (not Do it all) come pump it out, remove and treat all the black mold that had grown, and move all my damaged possessions and drywall trash out to the driveway.Called Joe at Do-it-all and he immediately recognized it was sewage backup, went in with a giant snake 8 times and pulled out loads of tree roots. He went in 45 feet deep coming in and out of it with roots. It was clearly the issue. He charged me very reasonably for the issue (took him and another guy around 1.5 hours).I am leaving him rave reviews everywhere because hes an honest guy and deserves it! He saved me a $8-10k waterproofing job I didnt need.

I called Joe at Noon on the 20th of Feb. to see if he could come out to my home to look at my Water Heater, He was able to make it out the same day in the evening and was able to diagnose and work with my home warranty company to get the issue resolved. Our 1930s house has original plumbing and we had a toilet pipe leak ( apparently a hole due to snaking or augering that wore down). These fine gentlemen came first thing the following morning, just about when they said they would, and got to work. There were no surprises, he told me everything in terms of price, what they were doing and kept me updated with how their plan was going. They were even kind enough to explain some plumbing basics. Highly recommend!

Gas hot water heater went out and Joe showed up within 30 minutes and fixed it right away. Service was fast and very professional. We will definitely call him again the next time we need a plumber.

If you need a plumber, this is your guy. Knows what he is doing and he gets the job done very quickly and conveniently. To all the other reviews that are negative, Im not sure what attitude has to do with plumbing ability - Im looking for a plumber not a friend.

It wasnt to horribly priced and he warrantied it for a year. But he wasnt particularly friendly or considerate he left the door to the meters open along with the doors that lead to the hot water tank. He moved my cat box which is fine but he never moved it back so the opening was facing the wall so my cat couldnt use it until I saw it. We have small children and animals it took me an hour to get my cat our from behind the water tank so I could close the doors. All in all he fixed the problem but he just wasnt very pleasant.

I would not recommend to my enemy. Does not warranty work. Basement flooded due to malfunctioning sump pump that failed two times. He needs new product or learn to install correctly. Beware appears as a nice guy but dump as a box of rocks! No customer service skills.
