Horrible service! We prepaid for a reservation and checked in that morning, only to show up that evening to be told there was a maintenance issue and our room was no longer available. No phone call, no email, just an extremely rude person who didnt care that we were stranded.

Terrible. We booked 2 rooms here while visiting St Louis for a baseball game. When we arrived our rooms were not ready. There were several other ppl waiting in the lobby for their rooms as well. They told us we could come back after the game to check in, but when we got there our rooms were given away. We had to drive over 2 hrs home at 1 am. The worst.

This past weekend was the second time I’ve given this specific location a chance.First Trip: A few weeks ago arrived to rooms not ready. Decided to leave and come back then to find out we wouldn’t have a room so we had to be transferred to a different location.Second Trip: After we checked into our room we doing out that the room had not been properly cleaned. Dirty pillows, bathtub wasn’t cleaned, remote had food crumbs on it, etc.The staff was very nice. I can’t remember the ladies name who helped us but she was full of energy and positive vibes which for her I give this hotel 2 Starts. Salute to her!Other than that I do not recommend this location.

Positive: I have been going to this hotel for over eight years now. Every time I visit family, I stay there. The rooms were clean with no bugs including roaches. The staff does an excellent job. Customer service is great. Negative: Late one night, the second floor reeked of marijuana. I placed towels under my door so my the smell would not get on my clothes.

This hotel is doing the best they can considering the present shortage of personnel. When we 1st got there, our bed looked slept in and the bathroom had dirty towels on the counter. But as soon as we complained we got a better room. After that it got better.

Positive:-> The hotel location is great. We loved the looking at the green field from our windows (this is a promising location for a nice romantic getaways).-> There are several shopping options/ gas stations/ food & drinksNegative:-> breakfast was not what expected: chewy bars, banana, oranges, muffins, and coffee. (see photo)--> pool out of order--> bathrooms downstairs are out of order--> The seating in the lobby was blocked--> The mini store has nothing but chips for sale and drinks.Again... This place has lots of potentials. Hope will see some changes soon.

Staff was nice and breakfast was good but my room was absolutely disgusting. The beds had hair on them, the floor was not vacuumed, in the corners there was hair and dust in them. The bathroom was an absolute mess no conditioner in the shower, the bathroom floor was gross had some sort of gum or nail polish on it and hair on the floor. The tub was also gross had hair in the corners and a huge stain in it. There was also a foot print on the wall right next to the bed in the room and the top of the dresser was dusty. Overall this hotel was just dirty and desperately needs to be cleaned. Will definitely not be staying again.

$230 for one night and this is what I see going down the hall check out the pictures. There were towels all over the hallway. There was a trash bag just sitting outside our room. The room smelled horrible. When we spoke to the GM who was there the next morning he offered to take 30% off the room, in which he never did take it off, and to to it off, he was dismissive at that. I think the room should have been fully compt. They completely ruined our experience for that night. Just disgusting.

First off the put a lady at the front desk that had only been working 3 days on a big event told me it was 570.00 a night. Which it wasnt t9 a bit to get that all fixed. Had ants in the rooms...multiple complaints of that, dirty smelly bathrooms, no wash cloth because they said someone is stealing them stuff splattered on the walls un swept floors everywhere...just an all around poor experience

I would give this place a negative 1 if the rating went there. We called down to the front desk about the cleanliness of the room. The gentleman working told us to hold on a couple minutes and he would call back. We had to call back after waiting more than 10 mins. The sheets had not been changed. They had stains and hair on them. Mold growing in the closet. The AC started to smoke. After getting forceful about the situation he finally moved us to a new room. The new room had hair in the tub, used soap in the drain and the shower curtain was dirty (see pictures below of both rooms)

When arriving I was not greeted with a hello, just merely asked for my name. When we started settling in, with two toddlers, we found hair on a comforter, stains on a comforter, hair on the sink and shower, stains on the carpet, and something sticky on the hard floor. Breakfast included coffee with no lids, oranges with no way to peel, recalled muffins, and granola bars. For being a three star hotel, this was far below expectations. Please offer a partial refund.

Terrible experience. Checked into my 2 rooms, they were both dirty and not at all cleaned from prior guests. The front desk agent said they had a system error and apologized profusely, working in hospitality we understand things happen and waited about 20 minutes for 2 new rooms. Of the 2 new rooms, 1 was not cleaned from prior guests at all and 1 had the beds made but the bathroom had not been touched. At this point it was 10PM, about 4 other rooms were waiting in the lobby with the same issue. The General Manager had to be called because there were no rooms clean for anyone waiting. Tired from a 10-hour day of driving we checked into a 3rd room which was finally clean, and didn’t even bother to check into a 3rd room for our 2nd room. During the process the GM was walking back and forth between the lobby and the back patio to smoke cigarettes. It’s honestly a shame because the property is beautiful and has clearly just finished a renovation. Only nice part about our experience was the large parking lot for our uhaul. I would never pay to stay here again and will never be back.

Arrived to find out the pool was closed. My kids were so excited to swim! Get to room and the top blanket was dirty! Red stains on the floor between the beds that resembled blood. Tub drain was missing and looked like a scary hole. Shampoo and conditioner empty in the shower! Terrible experience!

I had such a wonderful visit here! Darlene at the front desk offered me superior customer service and all of the information I needed. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable asking for anything that I needed. The hotel itself is surrounded by lots of space so my dog was more than excited to run around! The room was very modern and the bed was sooo comfy. Highly recommend!

My fiancé & I stayed for just a night to get away from the hustle & bustle for a little bit. Our room was nice & clean & the staff were amazing! Specifically a lady that we had encountered twice (I wish I would’ve caught her name!) who complimented me on my hair each time (I’m only saying this so she knows who she is) & made us feel completely at home, I felt like I had known her for years! Your customer service is incredible & the light that shines through you is amazing! Don’t let anyone ever dull that shine sweet lady!! We will definitely be back!☺️

We came to town for Air Force event and stayed here. Hotel was pretty clean and staff was friendly and willing to assist. Their pool was under maintenance and we were excited to swim so that was disappointing but they were very apologetic. Plenty of parking. Light breakfast available. 15 minutes to the Air Force base. 15 minutes to downtown St. Louis. Plenty of places to eat one block away. Go to Sheridans for ice cream if you stay here. Best ice cream parlor we have been to in all our travels.

The hotel and convention center industry has been hit hard by Covid. The people at Four Points got knocked to their knees hard, and it shows. However instead of just shrugging and trying to make excuses, theyre putting on smiles and giving the best they can. The effort shows. And when this finally blows over, theyre going to be a much better place for it.

Showed up on the free breakfast search, no such thing. arrived at 7 pm, room not ready, staff didnt show up to clean, told to go eat, back at 8pm room ready but luggage carts no where to be found. Person at the counter said people frequently take them to their rooms for early departures and dont bring them back, so lucky me after a long day on the road got to drag 6 heavy bags to the room and none available the next day.....I would advice calling to make reservations and hope they buy more carts.

So the room (we had a suite) was roomy and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. 55 TV in both bedroom and living room awesome, lots of great TV with tons of movies for free. Free grab and go breakfast (thanks, covid) was better than expected. BUT what made our 30+day stay worthy of 5 stars was the incredible staff, from desk clerks, to housekeepers, to management. All so friendly and responsive to our requests.

Let me start at the check in process.The gentleman at the desk was rude. The room that was given to me was not cleaned! Garbage in trash cans, dirty sheets, beds not made and dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. I was given another room not apology from the staff. The next day the room was not cleaned, went to the front desk to ask for towels I was told by the front desk that we are out of towels! I was offered face towels now how is someone supposed to shower and dry off with a face towel. The air conditioning in the room did not work and was told their is nothing that we can do!! STAY AWAY from this place ! Will not stay in a four points again!

Darlene at the front desk is amazing! She is one of a kind. Pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and anything else you can say! The hotel is updated. It is, though time for hotels to stop hiding behind COVID. We stayed three nights with the same towels, no room cleaning, no pool, no bar, etc. Its time people! Hallways could use a little vacuuming more regularly too. Rooms, TV, HVAC nice. If you dont mind paying the regular price and doing your own cleaning it is a great place. Dalene got them 4 stars!

We drove 5 hours only to be told our reservation was cancelled & turned away service . I had called 3 hours in advance to let them know my arrival would be after midnight and the receptionist, DENISE, said it was okay. Obviously, it wasnt. Once I arrived i was told there was no reservation in my name, rooms were sold out, and that my booking was cancelled even was told housekeeping was short staff so no one to clean the rooms

Hotel itself was quite beautiful. However, the day I checked in, I had to wait over an hour for it to be cleaned and I was trying to check in at 5pm. On top of that, they asked to hold a card and charge a 50$ deposit incase any damage occured to the room which I never got back. I do not recommend this hotel unless you plan on checking in extremely late and dont mind paying an extra 50 on top of the already listed room prices.

If you are looking for planning a stress free wedding GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! The worst communication with event staff. Planning a wedding was the worst experience, even with covid communication is important to have with someone willing to spend a lot of money with your company. I was never informed my wedding was not going to happen in May 2021 until I sent an email two and a half months before my wedding asking questions and then received an email at 11:45pm on a Saturday night saying they were not opening until mid September. During the year of planning they went through 4 different event planners so that should have been a sign of how unorganized they are. If I were you definitely pick a different venue... this one looks nice but clearly does not hire quality employees that care about you, especially on one of the most important days of your life.

Find the reservation through Bon Voy app. When we got there we were told that the room we selected was not cleaned yet. It was 6pm. Also said that there was only one clean room in the hotel. Woman behind the desk was frazzled and yelling at staff with no mask on. She dismissed us with an “oh well”. Lobby and staff was in total disarray and that’s when we started looking around. Walls duck taped, dirty floors, no masks on any staff, and clutter and dirt everywhere. Being that the lobby is usually the best impression in any hotel, we ran out the door and didn’t stay.

By far the worst experience ever!!!! They had ant infestation in the hotel due chicken Nuggets being left in the room!! They had eco lab there spraying chemicals. We talked in to the room and I couldn’t breath, my eyes where on fire! Mind you I have asthma and allergies. As I went down to the the lady at the front desk and told her, she told the owners and they said to tell us to stay there and he would talk to us tomorrow!!!!! If we where not dead from some chemical poisoning!!! As a business owner I would never put someone’s life in danger to make money. How sick can the owner be. And for being clean!!! When we arrived to the hotel the staff was very rude. The then gave us a room key to a room that already had people in the room. We then had to wait 30 min for them to “clean” a room for us. After finally getting a room the carpet is all stained and nasty mold in the bathrooms. We then inspected the beds and found caked on dirt what looked like it had been there for mouths on the sheets. Overall this is a very poor hotel and should be shut down for poor practice.

Was traveling with my daughter and grandson to visit with the family and booked the Four Point hotel for a two night stay. After checking in we noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned and dirty towels were still in the bathroom. Also, the back kid of the toilet was broken. Reported this to the clerk and volunteered to clean the bathroom if cleanser was available. The next morning before leaving we stopped at the front desk and asked if the bathroom could be cleaned and informed them of the broken toilet seat. After being out all day we returned late that evening to find that nothing had been done. I thought by being somewhat understanding that this was an oversight and the matter would be addressed has really left me to think that this hotel had failed tremendously in understanding why its important to elevate their game when it comes to customer service and encouraging customer loyalty. Unfortunately this was my second time visiting this hotel and both were not good. I will definitely advise others not to stay at this hotel or support its parent company, Marriott, if this is the best they can offer.

Our experience was horrible. When we first walked in, the man behind the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. He was aggressive towards us. When we came up to our room, the door was open, usually not a good sign. The bathrooms were disgusting. There was urine and pubic hair covering the outside part of the toilet seat and lid. The towels were all stained, and the sink was covered in stains. This hotel is dirty and unkept, wouldn’t recommend.

Didn’t get room service from sat-tues despite asking twice, you can hear everything in it and the breakfast is nil. The bedding is pretty sub-par as well. Two of the people in our group actually checked out to go to another hotel. The rooms are big and the front desk people are nice, but won’t be staying here again.

This Hotel made it very easy for us to host our event. The food was amazing and the staff was always ready to pitch in and help in any way we needed. The rooms were top notch and they bent over backwards to assist correcting any problems. Darlene at the front desk was amazing and called us by name every morning. She made our stay enjoyable.

Room furniture is vantage but the bathroom area is updated. Nice Flat screen tv. The mini fridge dont keep item very cold. If you place ice at top it will not freeze. One of the Front desk staff is a male and he is very nice however the manager which is a male of (first nation) commonly known as Indian is very rude and shows no courtesy. I will recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Sheraton Four Points in Fairview Heights IL. 2/3-2/8.Darlene and her staff were fantastic!! We travel quite a bit and frequently stay at Marriott properties. While all our stays with Marriott have been top notch, the Sheraton 4 Points was above and beyond!! The facility was well maintained and recently updated as you’d expect. From check in to check out, Darlene and her staff couldn’t do enough for us!! We were greeted warmly by everyone we met!! While the weather outside was dull, grey, cold and overcast, the staff made us feel welcome, warm and right at home!!We highly recommend this Sheraton 4 Points!! Darlene and her people will make your stay feel like your home!!

My family stayed at the Sheraton in Fairview Heights on Friday night July 24th. We had to bury our mother the following morning. We were pleased when we arrived to see the signs throughout the hotel stating that face coverings were required in common areas throughout the hotel and the staff and the guests were wearing masks. Within a short amount of time thereafter we started to see staff and over 80% of the guests (except our family) not wearing face coverings and not practicing social distancing throughout the hotel. There were several baseball teams and their parents staying at the hotel and very few of them were recognizing that we are all living and dying in unusual times. Additionally, they were very loud throughout the night and no effort was made by the staff to encourage these guests to wear face coverings and be respectful of guests trying to stay virus free. We are normally very understanding of peoples shortcomings but we were very disappointed with our experience.

Hello! Stayed at this hotel one night on the way to GA. The room wasn’t clean and the HOTEL WAS OUT OF SOAP! The best way to stop the spread of COVID is wash your hands. Stay elsewhere. The hotel was unapologetic. We brought bleach to clean the room, but never dreamed they would be out of hand soap. Will travel with that now as well. Shame on Marriott. They also did not enforce a mask policy in public places.

Although under renovation, the front desk staff, Darlene, is welcoming, informative and accommodating to your needs. The cafe has a vegetarian chef that will, upon your request, create you a breakfast omelette. The buffet style spread is stocked with something for everyone. The location of hotel isnt far off from interstate 64. It is close to a mall called St. Clair shopping mall, the movie theater and lots of places to eat. Nice choice if you want a safe, quiet accessible stay.

Our research was based on matresses due to my son and husband both having a bone disease and the pain they experience from sleeping on poor mattresses. After doing some research we decided on trying Four Points. We stayed at the Four Points in Little Rock and we were blown away. My husband raved about how well he slept and how little he hurt the next day. He usually hates to go out of town because he knows that the sleep experience at most hotels will cause him exceptional pain the following day. So when we needed to book a hotel room for our daughters college graduation near St. Louis, we knew that we would stay in another Four Points. The experience was awful. The room was dirty, water bottles left in the floor, smelled like cigarette smoke and the housekeeper forgot her cleaning products in our bathroom. We were still able to overlook that because we knew my husband and son would get a good nights rest. Wrong! The beds were old traditional innerspring mattresses that looked to be as old as the hotel itself. We called the front desk to explain the situation. They proceeded to tell us that they were in the process of remodeling this hotel and the beds were original from when the hotel opened in 2001. I asked if they had a room available that had already been remodeled and had new Sheraton mattresses. He did not have any but said he could move us to a clean room. I proceeded to ask if we could just check out and have our stay refunded so we could stay elsewhere. He informed me that we could not but that he could comp our breakfasts for the following morning. He was extremely professional but that answer was really not acceptable for the price we paid for the rooms and not getting what we paid for. Needless to say my husband and son were both in a lot of pain the following day and had to stay in another hotel with my inlaws the following night as they could not tolerate the sleeping accomadations provided by this Four Points hotel. We would have just checked out and gotten another room elsewhere but we could not afford to do so after paying such a high price for the room at Four Points. We were extremely disappointed and will look into another hotel brand for our next out of town stay. This was a very sad excuse for a Sheraton hotel and am very surprised they would have their brand associated with such a poor quality hotel. Hoping we can find another hotel chain with

Very nice new facility. Very large bathrooms with soap dispensers built into the shower. Plenty of parking. Located near lots of shops and off the highway. Close to train station for red and blue line. Good choice for St Louis area at a reasonable price. Manager Jarrel Royal was very helpful and professional. Recommend for NHL fans.

Hotel has just finished its renovations, rooms are up to date and comfortable. One thing I would change is breakfast set up and the dinner menu. The morning breakfast is dull and went from an enjoyable experience to one of just suffering through it to get the day moving. The diner menu is not created for the mid-west but more of an East Coast style.

It all started with the front desk not being able to find my reservation. It took almost 15 and I showed my confirmation number and email. While I stood there waiting in their make shift “office” due to construction I had the pleasure of listening to drills, saws, and jack hammers because the whole place is under construction. I have videos if you care to listen. Which only made checking in that much more enjoyable. When I asked when does the construction in the building stop? I was told they operate 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. So imagine listening to that all day long. I was in a wedding there on October 12th and that meant I had to walk through the construction zone to get to the ballroom. So my lovely $300 wedding dress had drywall dust on the bottom of it. To top it all off, I stayed for 2 nights and house keeping never once came to my room.
