Customer BEWARE. I recently had a pulley installed, and called to let them know that the new pulley was squeaking just like the pulley they replaced. Anyways, it’s been exactly 3 months since the install, and I was told if only I called a few days sooner it would have been covered. Due to a death in my family, I was unable to call sooner (last week when I discover the issue) because there was so much going on.Why waste your money on parts/labor that only lasts 3 months. My advice is to find someone who won’t rip you off. This military family will be steering clear of A accurate from now on!

Came and looked at my Dryer.Said he would call the next day with a price for the part.Havent heard nothing from his this was a week and a half ago

We have used A-Accurate Service and Repair for all our air, furnace, and appliances needs for over 30 years, can not say enough of how good their service has been over the years, they have always been there right away when we where in need!!! Great fast service. I called at 7:30am and they were at my door at 10am. He had the parts and was able to fix my monogram GE Refrigerator. Highly recommend!

Have used this service for years and very pleased with knowledge and experience. Usually service within 24 hrs and often same day when needed without extra charge. And service charge comes off the bill when repaired! There is a higher service charge for emergency service like on Christmas but John did come out on Christmas and saved all our food! They will do you right. Who comes out on Christmas Day or answers after hours? Cant find service like that anymore.

Illegally recharged heat pump for previous homeowner, then refused to admit it.

Watch out for this con man he charge my mother 550 to repair her furance and all he did was light the pilot light , He then tried to charge her 150 to replace the float in the toilet I change it in 3 minutes ant the part was only 9 bucks I also had to other heating and cooling guys look at th e furance and yh ed said nothing g was replace he beat my 82 year old mother

Customer service is very bad. Being called an idiot and having your refund thrown on the floor is NOT good for business. This should not be tolerated.
