The Retail Consultant, Miryah, was so patient with us “older” people who were experiencing technical difficulties. Her fingers flew over the screen with ease, yet she slowed down and explained things that were confusing to us. This is one of the reasons I stay with AT&T , because the support outshines other mobile services.

Awesome and excellent service! I cannot ask for better representatives in store reps! They are fast and convenient and they definitely go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. Mark even lowered our bill and bundle all of our services together and we have consolidated three bills NT1 and switched over our cell phone provider To bundle all of our services and get a cheaper rate and everything is exactly what they say. No hidden fees and everything. Many of the fees are waived and they promise you what they say when you get exactly what is said. This is the best service that I’ve ever had ever yet. I will never ever change cell phone carriers for me and my family because this fits all of our needs and wants. We have brand new phones and a much cheaper bill for all three bills that we are bundling. We are saving money and getting new phones at the same time! How can you beat that?!?!? I cannot say enough and I wish I could write more on this review but I would be going on and on and on for a long time, but I just want to let all of the new customers know that the service has been amazing and I do highly recommend them. Mark has been everything that he says that he is anymore or customer service and making you feel pump. Please go see this man to get the best service. He is fast, very nice and represents his company very well! I gave him a 10 stars out of five! Thank you again Mark and the crew! I will be returning for more service to be provided in the future for our new phones and accessories and any upgrades that we may want to make then and that we do want to make now! Thanks again!

It has been a year since my troubles began with my phone service provider.I am patiently awaiting the moment that I am able to leave this carrier. I will never do business with AT&T again. I don’t like to feel as if I’ve been taken advantage of. My service was set up and things weren’t done properly. I went to have them fixed, which I appreciate them agreeing to fix it. They were understanding of the issues, and they assured me the problems would be resolved. I am paying over $230 monthly for phones for myself and my wife. THATS OUTRAGEOUS!! I can guarantee you that I’ve called over 15 times when the issues first occurred. After every call, I assumed my issues were being resolved, only to find on the next bill or next encounter, THEY WEREN’T. Somehow, I ended up with four lines and they told me that there was basically nothing I could do. I told them I was willing to pay no more than $150 monthly. It’s just me and my wife!!!! So finally, issue after issue, I decided to give up calling them. They seems to literally be irritated with me as if it was MY FAULT! I don’t want to get over on you! I want you to provide me with the service that you offer! I’d have no issue with paying for it. But I don’t want to be overcharged unnecessarily, and then feel as if I am stuck bc of your policies to hold me captive to you guys or be forced to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get out of the “special” that I was presented, that didn’t actually turn out to be what I was told. I’ve learned my lesson though. I’m sure this isn’t the experience of everyone with this carrier, I can only speak on behalf of my experience. I believe in integrity, honor, and trust when it comes to business. Other than that, the business relationship is broken. There is a right way!

No matter what kind of phone youve had, of you arent seeing Tyler Birch for all of your phone needs, youre doing yourself a huge disservice.I was having several problems with my Nokia and as Tyler was fixing the phone I rooks him how much I hated my unfriendly phone and he showed me how I could get the brand new S20 at an affordable price AND with the feature I most need-a GREAT CAMERA.Thanks Tyler, you now have customers for life. I walked into the Fairhope AT&T store today on Greeno Road, feeling and obviously looking very disgruntled. A young store employee named Tyler walked up to me and said “we can fix it.“ How intuitive! I have three new phones, one with a problem, and he took care of absolutely everything. Kevin, another employee joined Tyler later, and the two of them finished off getting my phones up and running. I was impressed with the attitude and the service and I would like to thank Tyler and Kevin for a good experience at the Fairhope AT&T store today.

I went in today to have the data transferred from my old phone to my new phone. My old phone had water damage and was permanently stuck in Safe Mode. This problem made it much harder to transfer data because the needed app couldnt be downloaded. Tyler Birch persevered, trying several methods, until he got everything transferred, plus he waived the cost of the new SIM card because I was so patient and nice.Thank you so much, Tyler, and kudos to you!

This is a decent AT&t store. It does fit the AT&t mold of selling phones but not necessarily servicing them. You may leave there with problem still on your phone. But AT&t does not seem to want the stores to do the servicing. Most of it has to be done online. AT& Ts product model does not seem to be supporting the consumer at the store other than sales. Best of luck with that

The best service that I have ever had as long as I’ve been going to the AT&T here on 98 I’ve had a bad experience with a guy named Jeff he actually needs to be terminated the way that he treats the customers however I was out done by Sophia and I think his name is Tyler but if you would please give them a something because not only made the store was like super busy and they were still catering to everyone’s needs and letting them know I’m still here I’m thinking of you I’ll be with you in a second no one ever went unnoticed.

The AT&T store in Fairhope is amazing. They are very welcoming and always willing to help in any way! You should ask for Kevin, though. He is so helpful. My screen was cracked, and he helped me manage my iCloud storage so that I could get to my photos as well as find a replacement phone while I wait for my phone screen to get fixed. Truly a saint! :)
