The team at Old Battles is outstanding and I would highly recommend their communities! Everything is better with people who genuinely care about helping one another.

Moved in a week ago. Great community. High end living, modern accoutrements and fantastic amenities. Pool and community building are very nice. Stones throw from the water and downtown Fairhope.

I lived in OBP for almost 2 years. The staff were always so kind and helpful. They did a wonderful job of maintaining the properties and all of the facilities. It felt more like a vacation destination. I always felt safe there and never worried about my children playing outside without me.

Old Battles Place is an amazing new apartment home community in south Fairhope/Point Clear. Ive been living here for a few months now and have had 0 problems. The community is quiet and has nice neighbors. The pool is always in immaculate shape and has two very good gas grills that make cookouts easy and safe. The dog park is also very awesome. My dachshund absolutely loves playing frisbee out there, and everyone picks up after their pets. See for yourself in the picture.ATT has fiber to the home internet here and Ive had no issues at all with it. Its also priced very competitively.Penny, Marie, and Jesse do an amazing job of taking care of anyone who walks through the leasing office doors. They always make sure they do anything and everything they can to help you out. Im so grateful for their help I can hardly put it into words. Come see for yourself!

I love this community and looking forward to making it my home. The staff is just wonderful and very accommodating. Penny, the Manager and Maria, her Assistant are so warm, welcoming and made me feel like family. They are both very anxious to please.This is resort-style living at best. The amenities make me feel like I am at a five-star Resort. It is located in a wonderful part of Fairhope near the Lakewood Country Club. Now I am very excited to become part of Old Battles Place Patio Home Apartment family.
