Terrific Staff and Always a Good, Fast Transaction. Awesome for shipping and the BEST for Notary services-they have at least 3 qualified Notaries on staff. Dog friendly as well.

I ventured out during the tropical storm Henri on Sunday but for the safety of their employees the store was closed for the storm. I went back yesterday and made it just 10 minutes before they closed. Kristine was working alone and had a full line. She was incredibly kind and patient. I had a lot of Amazon returns and she stayed late just to make sure we got to finish. She mentioned a store would be opening soon near me but with customer service that good I might still take the ride.

This place has gone downhill at light speed. I came in to process an Amazon return and was treated like absolute garbage by who I’m assuming is the store manager, Becky. Amazon wasn’t allowing me to return my items to UPS for free for whatever reason and I was told I had to go to Kohl’s if I wanted it to be free. I had no desire to drive to Dartmouth and I stated that I had no problem paying the $3.99 just to save the trip. I know this location must get a lot of Amazon returns but there was absolutely NO reason why I needed to be treated like I was a monumental inconvenience. I was never treated like that before by the other two ladies, Sara, and I think Kristine were always pleasant, or even the guy with glasses and those gauged ears, Jason or Mason, I think his name was. Haven’t seen him in awhile. He was always friendly. I won’t be back here as long as that awful creature is still employed. Not even sure how she still has a job if I’m honest. There’s some new guy there now with bright red hair who’s equally as useless.

Initially they told me dont overnight air in small boxes to avoid getting lost. then they made the sender put my personal belongings in a small package. I never got the overnight air I was counting on. but still paid for it. Long story short, thankfully I am happy that Dartmouth distribution found my package. But still suffering today with no package. Despise this place

Fantastic experience. Extremely professional. I needed to ship a skateboard which are notoriously difficult to ship anywhere for less than $60. Not only did the staff accommodate by helping me with realiable and efficient shipping method but they even went a step above to provide me with a completely custom box. They were respectful and understanding. I even left to go quote other prices at other places and came back hours later and they were as helpful and accommodating as the first time. 🙂 5☆

Becky and Sarah are both absolutely amazing. They are the sweetest women in the world and they are EXTREMELY helpful. Aside from things that are completely out of their hands, they seriously help with every. single. thing. I will never go anywhere else - and I hope these beautiful ladies don’t either!!

The manager is always so helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The store seems to be following all COVID safety protocols well, and I really appreciate the quality of service they provide consistently. A+ even in a pandemic. Kudos!

I do alot of online shopping so Im at this store quite a bi ive never had a bad experience. Each time ive gone the employees have literally gone out of their way to help me and never once treated me with any kind of disrespect. Even when they are at their busiest they will stop and answer any questions I have and help me with any problems I have. Amazon has thrown some problems my way with purchasing through a 3rd party and I get confused easily but the people who work at this store have made something difficult very easy for me. I appreciate all the workers here and all they do. I will never go to any other location because all the best people are are working at this location. Seriously thank you for always making me feel welcome and helping me.

Terrible place, they will mishandle your shipping and then refuse to refund you and to add insult to injury they will argue with you when theyre wrong. worst independently owned ups store

So honestly this should be a one star review other than the fact that the manager has been so fantastic over the last 7 months. She wasnt there when i asked for a notary (which is fine) so I asked about availability tomorrow, and was replied with she should be here now I asked verbatim if i leave work early and get here by 5pm does that work? Her reply call at 9am and see I respond that Im at work at that time, would 3pm work, Id leave earlier... she then recommended a different business to visit for what i needed. The manager is fantastic, staff needs some serious retraining...

I have gone to this UPS Store for a number of years and the workers have been great with one worker, in particular, Rachel, being extremely competent with great knowledge of her job. She can answer any questions Ive had and during the COVID-19, with this store being so busy, I give these essential workers an A+!

Needed to drop off a package to be returned to Amazon. Literally was in and out the door in 1 minute.

Nothing like driving a half hour each way to drop off a return from Amazon to wait in line for 10 minutes to then be told by a girl with an attitude (she seemed overwhelmed but still) that anyone here to drop off returns from Amazon are out of luck because the system is down. Very matter-of-fact without a shred of remorse. Even if its not your fault, no empathy for wasting your customers time?

Just a few days ago, I ordered 500 business cards through this location. Needless to say, they arrived in the mail yesterday and they came out excellent! I would highly recommend the printing services that UPS offers.

I have never been to this store before today. And would not go back again. I didnt get much help. Had to figure it out by myself. Left there feeling very angry that they didnt help me. Well when you want something done do it yourself . Dont go there because you not going to get good help.

I honestly dont know why there are ao many bad reviews. I have had great service everytime Ive gone in there. The people who work there have been very nice and the service is quick. I will continue to use this ups as my return store.

Just had an Amazon return label printed and sent a package back at store#1443. When charged $2 dollars for the label I stated They only charge $1 at the Seekonk store. The clerk replied in a condescending snarky manner: Well, you can drive to the Seekonk store. I said, Thats not the point. Instead of flippancy, she could have politely explained the stores pricing policy. We finished the transaction amicably; however, I must say that her comment was quite rude. I shant be going to or recommending this store and I will be filing a formal complaint about this tale of rudeness by a UPS employee. The issue is Not cost, it is the flippant galling remark made by a service provider to a customer-shameful. Millennials at their finest!!!

The worst worst worst customer service

Left 1 star because there is no lower rating. Absolutely terrible service ! Not helpful in anyway , pretty much figure it out Yourself and dont make me work attitude from the woman working there.

Employee rushed me through processes to help other customers, told me my package would be late if I didnt sign the paperwork first told me it would be packaged after I left and for me to leave the store. It was an expensive necklace and showed up in a bubble mailer broken when I requested a box. She then told me when I returned to the store it was my fault for the packaging and tried rushing me out of the store again without explanation or status of the claim not before making a comment about the recent passing of my father during my time of grieving. The employee continues to be rude and I will most likely be left with a broken necklace and no help of insurance money from UPS.

Just left the store and Becky was very freindly and helpful.

I came by at 4:01, one second after closing because my GPS had taken me to a wrong location. the woman was yelling at me through the glass and so rude. I cant believe she works with people. if I had caught her name I would call corporate and report her for yelling at me. wish there was a drop off box.
