If you want a realtor to play the good cop bad cop , these guys are for you . They cant say enough about your property to get the sale . Once they get the sell they tell you all the thing are going against the sell and play good cop , bad cop, so you are afraid it wont sell , so you take a low ball offer that comes from someone in there office . I would never recommend this office to anyone !
