Have had our swabs for over a week now.. have tried calling and asking about how much longer it’ll take as it’s promised of 2-3 days to get results. no answers.. now their system is down and closed and won’t be back open until next Tuesday.

Update: Im glad Julie has been personally helping me through this process, reassurance that there is people who know how important your test results are and doing everything they can to help you is a blessing.

Ive always grew up looking for my adopted brother and 48 years later after doing an Ancestry DNA test, his daughter and I DNA was so high that it was almost impossible for her not to be my niece! So she reached out to me via message due to us being close relative on our family tree. We started connecting the dots as we were chatting and it was all panning out that this was indeed my biological brother. Then I decided to get an at home DNA test from DDC after speaking to an amazing man name Lovell who was always available and extremely helpful. Lovell then mailed my family the test and like he promised our results were back in 2 days once the samples were returned to the lab. It turns out our father is 99.999% the father of my brother! Im such a happy lady! Thank you DDC! I would highly suggest DDC

Update: I was able to get in contact with the business manager who overnighted a new recollection kit to possible father. Both he and Samantha Gorby were very helpful with the issues I had. My test has since been logged and possible father will receive his new test today. I was provided with accurate tracking of the recollection kit.When I initially contacted DDC I was told it would take 2 business days from arrival of test to have the test processed. My test sat at the post office for 6 days before they finally picked it up. Even though the customer service representative assured me the mail was collected daily and that I should have my results by Tuesday (yesterday). My test wasnt even received until Tuesday and I have yet to receive any update about it being logged whatsoever. When my possible father contacts them hes told different answers. Very poor customer service. Had we known it would be like this, we would have chosen elsewhere for our testing. Preferably a business that understood the importance of such a time sensitive thing and were transparent about processing times from the beginning.

This place is a joke. Theyve had my deposit over 3 weeks now and no where closer to having results. I am working on securing a THIRD appointment because the first testing office canceled on us after arriving(ddc did not let us know), the second office didnt take our samples correctly. This blame falls on YOU for not using competent testing locations for services. Ive been on hold over an hour trying to secure a third appointment, very disappointed in these services and wouldnt be using if there were other viable options.

I would recommend finding another company to get your testing results from. The lack of transparency and quality customer service has been appalling, especially given the fact that this company handles so many potentially life-changing testing results. I was told, before I scheduled my appointment, that my results would be given to me in 7 business days or less. My samples were received on the 12th. I then called on the 18th to get an update and was told my results would be available by the 23rd but potentially as soon as the 20th. I called again on the 23rd and was told they would be available on the 24th. I proceeded to call on the 24th and was told my results would be available by 6 pm that day. One hour before 6 pm, I received an email stating my results were delayed until the 27th. I chose this company mainly because of the promise of 7 day results. I’ve been misled the entire way all while my family sits on pins and needles and your customer service team shows no remorse or responsibility, all they care about is making sure the balance is paid. The lack of professionalism and empathy is one of the many reasons I simply can not recommend this company. Hopefully anyone reading this will be able to find a company that can do what they say they will in a timely fashion or have a better experience than I have with this company.

Hi i need help please, I’m from Nigeria and my husband and I conducted a dna test on our two kids in an affiliate lab over here that supposedly sent the samples to your lab in fair field seeing as the resukt had your logo, we have reasons to believe they don’t work with you and the results a fraud it came back positive that he’s the father by the way, reasons like the samples were taken on November 3 2020 and they came back November 26 2020 after much calls and weeks of waiting, also one of my son’s name was spelt wrong and so was my husbands name there was no space between his first name and last name in both results which is surprising because your lab is supposed to be 100%, also that day was thanksgiving day and I called but i was told the lab was closed until the holidays are over so i was wondering who signed and sent the results then if customer service was not even available on that day.. we just need help confirming that a particular sample with our names was sent to you or that this lab is in affiliation with you please I understand the need for confidentiality as well but we can’t afford to run another test right nowThank youNames are Ifeanyi Anagor Alleged fatherChukwunenye AnagorChukwudubem Anagor(Case 8840974) childrenFrom November 2020Just a yes or no confirmation that you ever received these samples would be helpful.

I received my test package 5 to 7 business days from FedEx back in March the possible father and I just took the test on Thursday 6/24/21 mailed it out same day now today is the 28th I got an email saying my test has been received and the results will be posted on the 30th at 6pm that was quick its a thumbs up for me

Worst service I have ever received. Paid extra for mobile unit for everyone’s convenience, still I have not received the result after 2 weeks. I keep getting conflicting response from different call representatives. I have to go do my swap again. Total waste of time.

Horrible! Test was mailed 15 days ago. Post office assured it would arrive no later than June 1st. It is now June 10th and nothing. When you call DDC customer service you will wait 40 min guaranteed. I was told probably lost in the mail? and rushed off the phone.

I have had doubts for years that my daughter was actually mine because of rumors and I’ve been told she looks nothing like me. So I finally broke down and used the DDC for my DNA curiosity. They sent me the packet and I took the samples and send them back. The only bad part was USPS messed up and took it to PA and once they figured out the mistake they sent it back to Cincinnati. But once they got the samples the results came back in less than two days. Everything was fast and accurate and worry free. She came back 99.99998% mine... even if that result said 0% I would still be giving the same review. It’s not DDCs fault if it says 0% everything is done by a top credited company. A++++ great job DDC

Already grieving, I sent samples from a recently deceased relative to them, as instructed, and have experienced nothing but FRUSTRATION EVER SINCE! My experience with this company has been a NIGHTMARE! I am thoroughly DISGUSTED with how such a Sensitive matter is being MISHANDLED. My sample had got lost in the mail which was really unfortunate & frustrating and I know with everything going on with this virus it’s putting delays on everything, but Destiny was super helpful she shipped me out a replacement A.S.A.P and made sure I had the tracking number and everything right for my test!! So this is a hard review for me, my father was in the hospital and given only a few day to live, I had no papers connecting us or showing he was my dad. I called around and no one really knew the procedure for collecting at hospital. Then I got Chase at this place! Chase knew exactly what to do, coordinated it all and even came and did collection himself!This was Dec 2020 and even with all the pandemic, Chase got with nurses and followed their rules and did full islolation gearz and was extremely kind to my dad and me.

After sending in the DNA samples we waited over 2 weeks for an email saying that they will need to recollect all the DNA swabs AGAIN! No explanation why. Now we are waiting on them to send another kit in the mail. NOT QUICK. NOT EASY! 100% UNSATISFIED! I would not recommend this company at all.

I needed my results for my attorney, as I’m trying to have my birth certificate corrected as an adult. I went through the entire process, and paid did the court approved test. Everything went as it should have. I logged in to view my results online.Then waited for the hard copy . When I finally received it in the mail, I was sent someone else’s results. Completely random people’s results.I called and was told I would receive them via overnight courier. Did not receive them and it’s now delayed at fed ex.Now I have something else to have to mess with, when I could have simply been sent the correct results.I think this company should be the one who gets to mess with fed ex.Why not just over night mail?Fed Ex has a weird way of handling packages, with additional delays when it doesn’t arrive when it’s supposed to .Get it right please. I need that ASAP

So I decided to take a DNA with my daughter because me and her mother had some ups and downs and I wanted clarity. We did the mouth swab and got the results a week later. It’s very legit and I would recommend highly. Yes, she is my daughter and I’m glad to have that doubt out of my mind.

I don’t think DDC is a legit company. I don’t feel the results are accurate. This company seem to be getting over on a lot of people and just taking their money. I thought by doing a home test would make the process simple and fast. It was fast because we paid extra for express shipping and express results. The results just seem to be put together or something that was just made up. Such a waste of money. We are now going to make an appointment to have the testing done by a professional. Will he reporting to BBB.My opinion....

I have ordered two tests from them on two different occasions. The first test was $179 and was shipped via fed ex. I received it two days after I ordered it. The second test was $250 dollars, I ordered it over a week ago and have still not received it because it was shipped via standard mail and could take up to 14 days to arrive. This is disappointing because I wasn’t even given the option to use fed ex for faster shipping this time. IF it takes 14 days coming to me and 14 days when I send it back, that’s just about a month of transit time which is absolutely enraging and ridiculous.

I didnt get notification when results were ready.

My baby’s father bought a home dna test & let me take charge, I called to see if it was acceptable for me to drop off my samples instead of ship them and was granted permission. I Was informed of additional lab fees. Communication was exceptional even after customer service hours. Turned in my samples Weds. of last week to the lab, paid the lab fees Thursday and still received my results by Friday of last week. It was so simple and smooth! I can’t stop thanking my case workers Marc Brown & Kevin King for their exceptional help, communication skills, & the completion of my test so fast & efficiently.

I sent a test in on sept. 7 th was told could expedite then when I was going to expedite the results and was told couldnt because didnt offer it now. Waited until 14th business day and tried calling all i got was voicemail saying to email, which i have done....I just need results...

Ill tell you something I had my sons done 14 years ago he was a baby and I am amazed on the whole entire test and results it will easy your mind knowing its done and final and I knew my sons dad was his dad he looks just like him. He has some of me in him too but a child does not have too look like a parent to be theres my brother went threw that he took a DNA turned out she was his dad and she was his daughter. But this testing is 100% accurate. 😀

The other day I called seeking some assistance in regards to getting a DNA done. I ended up calling this lab and I spoke with Michelle Sexton she was so helpful, she assisted me with her full potential if I was her boss I would have given her a Christmas bonus she was so terrific and sounded very experienced great job Michelle. I have to recommend to everyone who is seeking the same assistance.

I felt as if this would be an easy process i been trying to get assistance with logging into my account for 2 days. waiting on hold for over an hour and no answer.. emailed someone responded and requested info and then dead air no response.. The person that was originally helping me with my case is never answering her number shes always unavailable... Its like once they get your money then they dont care... I just want my results or my money back

Theyre call service is terrible I mentioned a issue with there website which they claim accuracy is their motto and that website stated that they and I quoteWe take very measure to protect your information, NEVER selling data to pharmaceutical companies. To which she had to put me on hold and then deny my claim. If I wanted to trust someone with a DNA test, this is not the company. They claim they do 75 percent of all testing. Thats a very accurate number to come up to. Like almost to perfect you would think. But her defences broke down upon that question by just throwing out they worked for the FBI and the Murray show. Very credible. I would say 5/7 cusomter service review. Wouldnt trust them with my money or DNA if they were the FBI themselves. Which I could have sworn the government had mainly theyre own labs but according to them they dont and are theyre primary source. But if you trust them your welcome to. They shall have none of my business and thats just my opinion.

After so many years i finally got the truth i sought. Thanks DDC. The service was professional and the customer service guy Marc was quite helpful and intuitive to my concerns. The delivery of the sample kit was discreet in its packaging, quick and convenient for me to mail back. Just dropped the priority mail enveloped sent with the package after sampling and in three working days i was told that they received it. 2 days later even before the 6pm deadline they gave me, i had my results. All is well with the world.

I sent in my DNA samples from Arizona to their Ohio location, expecting that it would arrive in 3-4 days and the results should be available in a couple days after that. After I didnt see any confirmation of being received by them for 10 days, I called to inquire about it. I was told they couldnt answer any questions over the phone and that I would have to send an email to their support dept. I wrote out a detailed email with the dates and two days later I received a canned response that it can take up to 10 days for them to receive the test and post it. They obviously didnt look anything up or pay attention to the details, because at this point, we were already past the 10 days.Four days later, we received an email asking for clarification of who is related to whom and who all sent in samples. They completely twisted everything because the person who ordered the test wasnt one of the samples they received. Basically, they completely ignored who the envelopes said each person was and what the relationship was. After explaining the relationship again, we received a response that they received the explanation and the results would be completed in SEVEN more days!!Although we got the results in four more days, instead of seven, I still cant believe it took *** 21 *** days to get the results!!! I still find it real hard to believe it took 16 days for an envelope to go from Arizona to Ohio. Im confident they received it many days sooner, but just didnt get around to doing anything with it for two weeks.Bottom line: if you want to get the results in a reasonable amount of time - use another company!

Very nice staff. Quick and efficient. My child was really not cooperating but the attendant was very patient and child friendly. He played with my child till all was calm. I felt comfortable with the whole collection process. And yes! I recommend them anytime any day.

I have used DDC three times and each and every time they were helpful and courteous. My first DNA test was not done by the proper father(he gave it to his brother), so almost 9 months later (when I could be comfortable spending $100 again) I got two more. One for the father and one for the person he believed was the father. It was great fast shipping! 2 days and within a week I got the results back. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a DNA test done.

My babies potential father and i went in for a noninvasive paternity test, my blood was drawn, and mouth swabs were taken, along with a picture of us. the process was very easy, and the ladies were very kind, and sure to answer all questions throughly ! we paid 1000 down, but so far totally worth it, im 30 weeks right now ! we received a email that our samples have been delivered to the laboratory just two days later, now we are waiting on the results ! so far this has been a very trusting company and has helped relieve so much stress and anxiety off this mommas shoulder !

I assume their lab work is accurate, but these peoples advertising and order handling are misleading. They talk about 2 business days to process the sample, but fail to mention that unless you specifically request (and pay for) expedited shipping, they ship by USPS regular mail and not even a tracking number.I feel duped. I ordered my 3 kits on Friday February 16. When none had arrived by the following Friday, I called them -- only to be told that it would take 7 to 10 business days. Whoa! That means I cant even expect the kits by the following Friday. In fact, because 2/19 was Presidents Day, its possible that the kits wont arrive till March 5th -- a full 17 calendar days!Dont get me wrong. Companies have a right to their policies, but this companys sales presentation is misleading. Because they talked so much about their 2-day turnaround, it never occurred to me that their standard shipping method was so slow.My sister said it best: Amazon couldnt get away with this, but thats because Amazon counts on repeat business. This company knows its customers wont be doing a lot of repeat-business paternity tests, so they dont care dont care how we feel.

Use this company if you want fast and accurate paternity testing. Customer service was quick and friendly, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the whole process as I had just had my baby and was unsure how to do any of this.Also very flexible with payments and understanding my situation. I rate DDC 5 stars ONLY because of the customer service experience that I had with STEPHANIE LEWIS. I would highly recommend her for ANYTHING. I had a rough encounter with most of the other staff, but when I spoke with Stephanie she very was empathetic to my situation and she seemed as though she really cared. She was very resourceful to the questions that I had and she LISTENED to my concerns fully.

From the start the customer service representative Jennifer had an really bad attitude like she didn’t want to be at there after dealing with it for while it started to get a bit frustrating so I subjected if She could transfer me. She told me no that if I want to speak with someone else I would have to hang up and re call did not want to because prior to speaking with her Waited 15 to speak with someone so I continued to deal after she take my payment she hung up on me she did call back but let the phone ring for a whole second so I not answer in call back on hold for another’s 15 min Transferred to her got name answer It’s been 4 hrs passed the money is taking out out my account and still have not received a callback the scares me of uses this company

I feel that it’s very disturbing that they hold your results for 7 years then erase them. It’s children that really need fathers. DDC get rid of all your results in 7 years. If you choose them make sure you get printed records and put them up. I regret using DDC!

I called 2/22/18 and ordered a test ( Local Lab) Paid $430 upfront. I couldnt get an appointment at a lab right away so I was told to call back later. After thinking about it I decided to get a home DNA test since at the end of the day lab or not the samples were going to the same place either way. I called back and changed the test. They told me the difference would be refunded back to my credit card in a few days. They also said they would get it changed and have the kit sent to me. I called 2/27/18 because I had not received my refund. She said the Manager asked for the refund on 2/23/18, and not 2/22/18. I also asked if the kit was sent and asked for a tracking #. The rep said they still hadnt changed my test and it had not been sent but that she would go ahead and change it so it would be shipped. She said I would get it in a few days. I did receive my refund on the price difference on 2/28/18, but I called on 3/2/18 to get a tracking number on my kit. The rep informed me, ONCE AGAIN the account was not changed and it needed changed. She did offer to send the kit 2- day shipping at no charge. Which she did. I got the kit on 3/5/18. I sent my samples the SAME DAY. I did not like how they came in a self addressed envelope. I had read some of the reviews where samples were lost. I decided to send the samples VIA USPS and pay for tracking. I paid $3.50 to send them but felt much better that I could track them. My samples arrived at their lab on 3/7/18. I got a confirmation email they received the samples on 3/8/18. (Maybe they seen I had tracking on it and felt obligated to send an email, not sure) The email said they received the samples and should get results by 6pm EST on 3/12/18. We shall see. At this point, I am giving a 1 star based on what Ive had to deal with. ( A week after payment and no kit was mailed). I will update my review on Monday 3/12/18 with new information.Update: 3/12/18- I got the email the results were in. The log in process was super easy and as expected the results are accurate. ( Which I already knew the results)

I spoke with a delightful woman on the phone yesterday to talk about the details of testing, and I specifically asked if there were any additional lab fees on top of the test cost, and was told no. I called back today to book and was told that the price I was given (USD $399 after discounts) did not include $70 lab fees or the companys $15 processing fee. Im really disappointed. Well be going with a local company.

DNA Diagnostics were extremely professional and very very quick. I called in to get the test started and the guy I talked to was very helpful and knowledge. I was in to get the blood work and swab test done the next business day and had the results 3 business days later! I was very happy to the results back so promtly because it was a big deal to me. I was also very happy with the results :). I would recommend this company to anyone friends or family for there DNA testing needs!!!

I took the grandparent DNA kit because my daughters father passed before she was born. This test was $750. Took it to court, judge wouldn’t accept it. Called DNA Diagnostics Center, the charged me an additional $50 to send out copies of the paperwork we each filled out when doing the test. Then the judge said she needed a copy of the test with a raised seal. So again, I called the DNA diagnostics center back, they want another $50 to send me that.Sorry, but for $750 I should have got all that in the first place. I sent an email a few weeks ago about this issue, of course no one responded.Don’t use this place if you need it for court, the court won’t accept it, and DNA Diagnostics will $50 you to death!

This place relieves so much stress in a matter of days. They have payment plan opportunities for those who cant pay it all upfront, and your results are never withheld. Check their services out! Its so convenient and everyone you speak to is so kind!

My test results were mailed out a week ago (supposedly). I asked for express because of needing it to file SS for my daughters deceased father, and to be able to put his name on her birth certificate. For $750, and paying extra for the legal paperwork, it shouldn’t take this long!

My experience with this place has been totally an inconvenience I paid the price for the test apparently west did not send my results to the lab when I paid the price it has been almost a week and a half and I still haven’t received my results this company is a discredit to there business model they promise two business days please don’t waste your time because they surely wasted mine

It’s been 13 days since I had my blood drawn & I have not heard anything back from them. I have tried several times to call them & it sends to a voice message saying they are closed but I call during these business hours so it doesnt make any sense!

Sent in my samples about 2 weeks ago (tracker the package) and still haven’t gotten an email on how to view results. They took $200 out my account two weeks ago tho... I just want a refund at this point

Do not test with this company! I’m a young mother and was promised over the phone that it would take 3-4 days to get the results. It’s now been almost a month since I took the test and I have no emails, no texts, no one will answer the phone, and still no results. I spent $1,700 on a non invasive paternity test and bring as I’ve spent THAT MUCH UP FRONT Id at very least expect an answer to my phone call. Until I receive my results I will be talking to a lawyer over this because this already seems like a huge case of fraud. They mislead and lie about every single thing you ask about.

I Paid $1300 went in at 8am on a Wednesday, the next day the center I went to called me back and the lady said she forgot to take our pictures, not to mention my arm STILL has a huge nasty bruise along with a bump! Very painful. I was told by the representative at DDC that my results would be in by Tuesday of the next week by 6 pm EST. Its now Tuesday and I just received a call from DDC saying they need 3 MORE days to process the labs! This is completely unacceptable, I work in the prenatal industry and many clients ask me about this sort of testing and where to go.I will definitely not recommend DDC. What a scam! Case# mf6223

I really liked the staff that helped me over the phone. Always very friendly and willing to help. Specially Jennifer thank you for all your help your customer service was great! Would definitely recommend this place.

Fast and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this to anyone that has doubt. Small price for piece of mind. The documents are accepted in court and the whole process took about a week. Very satisfied!

Not sure how accurate this company is but they told me that a child my ex has a 0% chance of being mine. I’m going to get a dna test done by the court system And I hope they are good at what they do. As for time I got it in about 15 business days not bad but the accurate results is what I want.

Mailing for kits was delayed but great customer service. Took nearly three weeks to receive the DNA kits despite being told it would take 5 days. I contacted my case worker, Mary, who immediately apologized for the delay and Fed Exed new kits. Unfortunately, the Fed Ex arrived the same item as the originally mailed kits. When we sent the kits back, it took nearly three weeks for the DNA center to receive both kits again. Mary offered to Fed Ex new kits overnight with an overnight return, but of course, as luck would have it, the kits were received at the DNA center later that day. Mary stayed on top of the testing process to make sure I could access results as soon as possible. She even called me when the results were available and walked me through the process to view results online to make sure I did not have any issues. Turns out the local post office has been having issues processing mail, causing the delays. Mary informed me they are going to switch over to Fed Ex for everything because many people have been having this issue. So if you go through them, make sure you request 2-day Fed Ex with tracking for no extra charge due to the USPS issues. The testing delays caused a lot of anxiety, but we ultimately got the results we wanted and Mary offered excellent customer service throughout a stressful process.

Test set up by dad me and my child went in yet she had a mouth swab the whole visit was very quick and easy however I am very upset the results were mailed almost a week ago and I still do not have them and only live twenty minutes away on top of that to get another expedited they want to charge me $15 for 2 day or $30 for overnight which is ridiculous I just want the results i will pick them up my childs father has already received his copy otherwise pretty easy and quick

My experience with DDC was great. The process didnt take long, it was easy to use and understand and I got the results back very quick. I am very satisfied and would recommend this test to anyone who wants accurate, confidential, speedy results. Tequila

Testing was easy. I had to be retested but that is not that big of a deal. If you use this service be prepared to spend hours on the phone if you need to ask a question or anything. You will be on hold for long periods of time. Leaving a call back number does not work either. I have spent 2 days trying to order a copy and have not been able to get in touch with anyone. Phone goes dead or have to leave the wait line. Not sure how many hours i would need to be on hold to reach someone. Tests are accurate but the service is awful.

Update.... Find a local company if possible the MISLEADING never stops. I have talked to a lawyer over this mess and still question if you are going to pay 750.00 for a serivce that does no more then MISLEAD .... As for contacting the company the agreement was for card to be processed on Tuesday they again MISLEAD and tried to pull early thus another major issue.Not the easiest thing at all. From the start it was a headache ... Was promised that we would be able to stay in our town for testing and got sent over an hour away not once but twice. First trip the hospital had no test from DDC and then the second they had no idea about the test. Then was told to pay 195.00 up front for fees so that we could get results as making payment plans what a joke called back they did not have the information of that on file. My granddaughters mother called afyer this was fixed asked for online results and they told her by 5pm and that did not happen either. Odd so many issues for such a fee of 700.00 and they cant help at all. Still no results still no answers. This is not what we were in for over a month of this now...... And we need these answers for legal reasons.In the beginning I was also told it was 399.00 not 750.00 so yes I am pissed feel as if we were lied to and taken advantage of.This company isnt worth the time at all they lie to you and make you play phone tag for updates. So what the heck did I really pay for.

DDC does great work. Very vast, and very friendly. They answered all of my questions and we’re great to work with. If I ever need another dna test done I will definitely be using DDC! Thanks guys!

DNA test results were returned quickly and the instructions were very easy to follow. Had a question on the process and a company representative was very helpful after a short phone call. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a DNA test.

I was very happy with DDC. Even though it was a little pricey, it was worth the peace of mind knowing the paternity and I also found out the gender! I went for the blood draw on a Monday, the alleged father went the following day, and my results were available via email the following Wednesday. Highly recommend!

I ordered my test kit on March 14 and was told that it would take 3 business days to arrive. When it didnt come in 3 business days, I called them and was told that it always takes 7 to 10 business days and I shouldnt have been told 3. I finally got the kit fri and sent it back Sat morning and paid extra to have it arrive yesterday and requested a signature when it did arrive. I also paid the $50 extra for the expedited results. Well, the package was signed for a little after 10am yesterday and I still have not received an email stating that they received it. I called back this morning and was told the test was in progress and would have an answer by the close of business today. Here it is almost 930 their time and still have not received the first email. I am out almost $300 for these results and no one seems to be in a hurry or very helpful at all. They are closed and I cant even call for answers at this point tonight. Not very happy at the moment. Will update as soon as I get our results!

Its a fake service. Please dont buy it! Dont forget you pay: about $49 the kit and then about $150. So you will pay about $200 for nothing!I sent in the samples and they told me there were not enough markers to give results but they could mail me a new kit that never arrived. I am afraid that they always say the same: we need more samples. But in the kit there are 3 packs of 4 swabs/sticks you should use to have results. And once they receive them, they say they need more. It is so annoying, they cheat you.Someone should stop this process!

This place is Absolutely horrible!!!!I had to take the test twice, the alleged child has taken the test three times already now, and the lab still havent received her test!!! (Its been over a week since she took the test)The second time she took the test it was lost.Dont know what the Hell is going on now!?!!?I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

This place has stolen 300$ from me. First time after waiting days and days they said they needed a recollection of samples. I was super nice and understanding, sent my # back to them to recieve a free kit in the mail. Never got a response. Never can get anyone on the phone. So months later I said forget it and BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE. After multiple days of waiting I finally receive an email saying they got my samples and will have results within 2 days. Next couple days I get an email saying theres a delay and it will be one more day. THEN I GET THE SAME FREAKING EMAIL ABOUT RECOLLECTION OF SAMPLES. SO NOW IM OUT 300$ AND I can NEVER get an actual person on the phone to speak with me and they do not reply via email. Cant get my piece of mind for me and my son because this place keeps taking my money and dodging me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Im happy with the outcome. I Spoke to Nick to answer my questions and I spoke by email with Daniya to schedule a appointment and answer questions about when my test was ready. Great service and fast results. Im very happy
