I met Dr Gould almost 2 years ago, I felt like I was slowly dying, sick every day, so tired no energy. Most Drs told me its your age, accept it, its normal. Well I refused! Im so thankful I found Dr Gould; she taught me about slow progression of aging and what it does to our bodies, she taught me about HRT, I started almost 2 years ago and I feel 100% better. I have my energy back, Im healty as ever and not going back. Never accept anyone that tells you just to accept feeling sick, do your research and find what works for you. Dr. Gould is a miracle worker, my face looks so great, my friends say the treatments took 20 years off my face....and with here hormone replacement therapy, I have reduced almost all my medical issues. I went to Dr. Gould for under eye filler’s, top lip fillers for lip and Hansmann, and Botox on December 15th 2020. I had all three procedures done and the evening I got home thank you, my lip and above my lip almost to my nose was bruised, purple and blue and swollen. I began to look on the Internet to see if that was typical. I did not believe it was as there are many of my friends that get lip fillers regularly. There was nothing as bad as my bruising so I called Dr. Office to have them look at it. They tried to help the bruising by Using some hot laser above my lap and then they also used it where there was bruising under my eye. The under eye Bruising was not bad at all. They assured me that would help. When I got home that night, the bruise that was small under Mayeye had become bigger and darker. It did nothing for my upper lip. I tried that procedure one more time and nothing. I drove one hour round-trip each time and sat for 25 minutes in the waiting room and then 15 minutes for the procedure. I felt very inconvenienced after spending $2200 and having these results. To top the whole thing off, once the bruising went away after a month or so there was no enhanced top lip, one hi is overfilled and the other eye is under filled. With the Botox, my eyebrows and eyelids dropped tremendously and the bridge of my nose widened between my eyes all due to lousy injection of Botox. I went and saw another injector/dermatologist who does The same procedures regularly. When I showed them the photos of my bruising, her words were that she just got chills. She then followed it up by saying she’s never seen that kind of bruising and that I should go and ask for my money back just on the bruising alone. I also went to another injector for another opinion and they told me that they knew of Dr. Gould and told me with certainty that she is not an injector. Interestingly enough, it now looks like she’s in the process of advertising to hire an injector. In any case, I emailed them and asked for my money back. They did not give me all my money back but told me that they were going to give me back $1100. We continued emailing and then I asked when I might expect the payment/refund. At that point, the manager at the office who had been communicating with me told me that she had now given all of the information to Dr. Gould so it was now out of her hands. I then followed up and asked for Dr. Gould‘s email address and at that point they stopped their communication with me. I never received Dr. Gould‘s email address and never received my refund. I will be taking her to small claims court because I feel that this whole thing is so wrong. By the way, I’ve given her thousands and thousands of dollars over the last year! My daughter went to her before I did so she spent thousands and thousands there as well and I referred by sister probably a month before they screwed up my face. To think that this whole thing could’ve gone away for her if she had just refunded the 1100 that I was promised. I had no choice but to write these reviews. Unbelievable

I love Dr. Gould and her staff. My first visit with the doctor, she sat down with me and we discussed all my concerns and she went over suggestions. There was no sales pitch, nothing was pushy and she was upfront about pricing. She took her time and I never felt rushed. I think that is what I like the most. The office is never too busy, that is by design. So when I am there I am made to feel specia, which is what this is all about, right! I would highly recommend Dr. Gould and her staff. I’m a huge fan!

In awe of Dr. Gould, I have lived in many states and visited many med spas, including 3 others in CT. Dr. Gould doesnt try to sell you anything you can just feel that her intentions are to make sure you are happy. She is genuine and honest.

Dr Gould is wonderful! She gave me the best guidance and has made me look 10 years younger . The Plasmapen treatment that she recommended for my eyelids really did the trick. All About You Medical Spa is truly a top-notch office. Dr. Christine Gould is not only a phenomenal physician but she is as sweet as she is smart. She is not in the business of selling you procedures you dont need. She assesses each patient individually and makes the appropriate recommendations based on your needs and what makes sense financially. I came to Dr Gould with all the awful symptoms of menopause - weight gain, mood swings, sleepless nights, and hot flashes throughout the day. After a consultation and comprensive blood work done, she assessed my medical situation and educated me on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy which I decided to move forward with. Six weeks later I was feeling like a teenager again. I lost 5 pounds around my middle and I was sleeping through the night again. My mood swings are gone and my relationships at home are greatly improved! Dr Gould saved my life and shes also has advised me on wonderful skin care products and aesthetic treatments to keep my outside looking as fabulous as how I feel on the inside. Her staff is warm and wonderful and very accommodating. All around the only place you need for all your aesthetic and hormone balancing needs.

You pay $100 to sit and speak to a secretary only to quote you $2.5k (this was less than the original $3-4K charge) on a small 3” x 4” tattoo removal in less than 15 min. Never met with actual Dr. seems like a complete rip off to a middle class women. Typical “Fairfield Spa” Not worth it unless you want to spend $$$$+

I’ve seen Dr. Gould for coolsculpting under the chin and on a separate visit for fillers and Botox and couldn’t be happier. My results exceeded my (high) expectations and the doctor was very kind and informative. Will definitely be recommending to friends.

My boyfriend tried the EmSculpt in attempts kickstart his core and reduce old belly fat. It seems like the most effective and least invasive way of enhancing your abs aside from your standard work out. He says it feels like the vibration of a lawn mower over your abs that cause them to flex and release periodically. It’s not painful just a strange sensation of flexing all of your abdominals, vibrating a bit and releasing. He was not sore at all after any of the treatments because one of the sequences is supposed to move the lactic acid from the muscles which usually makes you sore from ordinary muscle building. It’s very similar to what I’ve seen used for physical therapy on injured muscles to help build them back up when someone is weak or injured. The only side effect he noticed was that he had to urinate far more frequently than usual after each treatment, assuming it’s the body flushing out whatever was being worked on. His belly is noticeably smaller already but apparently it takes 6 weeks to notice full effects. With only four 30 minute sessions, zero pain or soreness and the fact that it’s electromagnetic makes it the easiest way to attack belly fat in my opinion! The whole staff at All About You Medical Spa we’re very kind and helpful through the whole process. Definitely recommend this for anyone who’s trying to cut down on belly fat or kick start their core.

I came to see Dr. Christine Gould almost 18 months ago. At that time we talked about several topics, but what really impressed me was her knowledge regarding hormone replacement therapy. I, as Im sure many do, thought HRT was harmful. But when Dr. Gould explained the benefits of Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, it made sense to me. I didnt have many typical menopausal symptoms. Only having trouble with a full nights sleep.The benefits for me since my first pellet insertion, October 2016, that I have noticed are, an increased libido, a great nights sleep, improvement in my skin, hair & nails, increased muscle mass, as well as overall happiness. The insertion is painless. I started this Therapy as mostly a preventive road to ward off Alzheimers Disease, Osteoporosis, Heart Disease and Parkinsons Disease only to name a few.If you are reading this, you may be considering BHRT. Dr. Gould is also a perfectionist & she takes all the time you need, including explaining the process or technology involved.Dr. Gould invests in the newest machines and treatments as well. She has SculpSure, CoolSculpting, Profound (skin tightening), BBL lasers, Halo (another amazing laser), Ultherapy, & even the rare Sunetics laser for hair growth (it also thickens hair). She has all the fillers you could possibly need as well: Botox, Bellafill, Juvederm, Radiesse, & many more. Every time I go into her office, she has a new machine or treatment, and then I am forced to save up more money again so I can try it!! =) I have been going to Dr. Gould for years & I am so thankful I found her when I did. You will not be disappointed!!
