When you go on their website to book them, it asks for the amount of hours you would like to use them for. They have options for one hour and so fourth. For my wedding we wanted to book the limo for an hour. He said no. That the limit is 4 hours minimum. If you cannot book anytime under 4 hours DO NOT OFFER IT ON YOUR WEBSITE! I do not recommend this limo service. The owner did not know what he was talking about nor to run his business. Go somewhere else. Youll be much happier.

We used Green Valley Limousine Service instead of driving ourselves down to San Francisco to board a cruise to Alaska. It was the best decision ever!!! What a wonderful way to travel with our group (altogether) so we could laugh and be excited about the trip and not worry about telling my husband how to drive or where to park! The driver was on time to pick us all up. He packed all our luggage onto the shuttle and when we arrived he took everything off and made sure we had collected all our belongings. It was a lovely way to travel and I will use Green Valley Limousine Service the next time I plan a group outing. I loved their service!

Our limo’s AC & RADIO didn’t work..not worth over $500. They said they would refund me since the driver confirmed it. They never did. They now have been avoiding my calls and emails for a week. They double charged me and never refunded for the AC/Radio not working like they said they would. Scam artists. Driver is from a 3rd party company. If they refund my money, I will remove this comment.

We use Green Valley Limousine services for all sorts of car services. We have used them for wine tasting events, travel to and from the airport, even in our wedding. We feel like they are a part of our family. They are always responsive and willing to work with us. Even have adapted easily to last minute changes. We recommend them to anyone and everyone. We hired Green Valley to drive our family to a private dinner during COVID. They were great about calling us and making a vehicle substitution which we were very happy with. The vehicle we had wanted had been used to transport people to a location that had verified COVID positive staff. Green Valley put that vehicle in Quarantine. We felt they were looking after our best interest, their staff was incredibly nice and the ride was safe and on-time.

Easy to setup, good communication, arrived promptly and didn’t rush the kids that wanted to take pictures for prom. Text me when they arrived to the venue safely (as a mom this was excellent service). They allowed the kids to turn the music up and party in the hummer limo. All the kids said “the limo guy” was so nice! Will definitely use them again!

This is far more than an Airport ride it is a Limousine SERVICE. We do the Airport with Green Valley a lot but that’s nothing compared to the Napa Experience. You MUST do that now, before the Crowds are back!
