Im giving 3 stars because the staff was very friendly. The young lady in the inside taking payments was very nice and her customer service was great! However, I paid $30 for my exterior and interior only for my interior to be half done. They left dust all over the dashboard and in other places.

So I found a Groupon code for the 4star wash, and my car really needed some attention, so I decided to give it a shot. The outside staff was friendly, but the staff inside was pretty standoffish, and somewhat gave off vibes as if though my questions were a bit of an inconvenience.I was left very underwhelmed with the results of the car wash. The wheels were halfway cleaned- theres still a lot of dirt and grime stuck. The interior detailing was ok- a lot was left untouched or not vacuumed. On top of it, no indoor fragrance was used- yes, I could have asked someone to do whatever fragrance they use, but I felt like I would rather take the loss than to bother someone and ask them to complete the job which I paid for.Overall, I feel like I could have gotten a better (or just as good) wash from an automatic drive through car wash. *and in case youre wondering, no, they werent really busy. There were 0 cars in line waiting for the initial process to be started (the vacuuming), and my car was 1 of 5 cars which were being detailed at the end. I at least dont think this was very busy*I would like to add that the owner was nice enough to respond to my review which I placed on a different platform. Very quick to respond which was nice, and he did mention that if you are unhappy with the wash that they offer a free wash as compensation- which is nice, but I only stopped by since I was in the area. I would also like to add that he stated that the employees work hard and are sometimes under appreciated- I will certainly agree that the majority of the staff here works hard, but not everyone is on the same level. In addition, in my review I do not feel as if though I was under appreciating the people, however, I did not appreciate the entire service which was received.

Gurrrrl, They clean my baby so good. Felt like she was brand new..Life changing..I didnt think it was possible to get her back to like new..In Love..Definitely deserving of the title and customer service A1. 😍🙏🏾😘

I took two vehicles here in the last week. The first time I paid for the 5 star, the second was 1 star. Both vehicles had areas left unfinished and dirty. They clearly have staff that dont care about being thorough, whether I pay $35 or $23 for a car wash, I still had to do a touch up! I wont be giving this place a third opportunity to waste my money. To clarify, Im talking about dirt streaks on the outside of the cars, both of them. This location clearly doesnt care about customer satisfaction, nor takes pride in a job well done. Potential customers are better off with the $5.00 drive thru options!

I would not recommend this “hand car wash” service. I’ve paid $38 for 5 star wash , which is the highest price for regular customers, but got 13 dollars service with dusty rims and dirty body. Will look for another carwash, and definitely will not be back to this one.

I paid $30 and paid the extra fee for having a mini suv, but they didn’t even touch my trunk. My seat were still dirty but I figured they didn’t vacuum them because of the leather. Around the dashboard is still a mess. I would not recommend

Goto a different car wash. My car still had dirt on it and I had the 4 star package.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been coming here for years and today (Mother’s Day) will be my last. I waited in total for 45min+ for a 4 star wash and if wasn’t very many cars. I finally spoke up to the manager, Julian and he was extremely rude. “Everybody is waiting Ma’am” I proceeded to tell him what a terrible manager he was and his response was an over zealous “Thank you!” I will not be spending my hard earned money elsewhere where they actually appreciate and value their customers.

Received a mailer welcoming me to the neighborhood and offering their 1 star car wash for free. When I got there I paid the $13 difference for their 5 star wash. When they said my truck was done they hadnt cleaned the windshield thoroughly by the wipers, there were still bug spots all over my truck, and just overall very disappointing for a place that touts its detailing as a selling point.

First of all the employees where very nice... that said the services where okay, but rough around the edges. The tire shine they put simply flew off the tires onto the sides of the car leaving black splatters all over the doors and the interior detail job I got was good but there were so many details here and there that they missed and the vinyl shine product left an extremely oily residue... It was not worth the 200 bucks... If you simply want your car washed go ahead but if your more on the OCD side try somewhere else.

I come here 2 or 3 times a month and spend 40 dollars on their 5 star detail. They gave me a stamp card buy 9 get the 10th free. Today i fedeemed my free wash and had to pay an additional 7 dollars to get the service i always get

The weekend, you may have a bit of a wait. In my experience, they always have done a great job. The last time I was there, they found my smartwatch and left it in the car. I like the integrity/honesty, I would not have known if they took it, as I thought it was lost.

Very disappointed and I will not go back!!! The outside staff were completely unhelpful, it was not busy, there were at least 6 staff standing around outside and I was told I would need to wait an hour and a half before they could was my truck... 6 staff are standing around its not busy!!! I told them I could not wait an hour and a half and that I would have to go elsewhere. The response was okay!!! THE WERE SIX STAFF STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING!!! I called and asked for a manager, the girl who answered said she was the Assist. Manger. She was a little less unhelpful but still showed no regard for the lack of customer service outside. She assured me she would let the manager know!!! I feel relieved...

I was just a 5star car wash and got my car detailed! It looks brand new they did an amazing job! The employees could not have been nicer and the service was amazing! I will go back and refer them to all my friends and family!

This place sucks. My entire car was covered in scratches after I went here. Never again! Now I have to get the scratches polished out from the entire car.Edit- Responding to owner. This IS the complaint! My vehicle came through there last night. This morning in the daylight I can see scratches throughout the entire vehicle. I am 1,000% sure it’s from your machines. Horrible!

Very friendly service and the car is always spotless. The customer service at the counter is also always exceptional. They always have a coupon to be found each month which I love. This saves me time, water, mess, and all the clean up plus I really dont have the space to wash my car.

I have always had good service. I have gone exactly 6 times. Got the 4star wash. Honestly if I do it myself at a carwash gas station, including vacuum my car, it will cost me close to 20 bucks. It will also take me 45-60 min if my wait is reasonable. They are faster here and my car has always been cleaner than I imagine most places can get it. Its a luxury keep that in mind. To me its worth it.

They had a car polish special with a polisher. I just came from Pacifica park by the ocean. They polished my car over the salt spray that came from the waves of the ocean and they did not wash my car all they did was polish over the salt. This wont happen again.😞😞

Got the full detail done, took a while because it seemed like only one person was working on my truck. Great work was done but be careful of having small items hanging around, they throw your stuff out while cleaning. I didnt notice until later on while at home that some of my items were missing ( my car scent trees-which were brand new) some of my cards I must have dropped.)

Although it was a bit pricey ( Depending upon what you like) they perform an excellent detail job on your car. You will feel compelled to leave a tip in the tip box for the staff as well as give the individual that hand wipes your car down and vacuums your interior a little something special for her/his pocket.

Worst car wash ever !!they rush, rims still dusty and not wiped down good vacuume sucks carpet still has some dust, windows are streaky, they have little girls and boys working. When I got in my car both front seats pushed all the way ahead. Definitely just want money and no customer satisfaction.I got the 3 star wash btw

The quality of service here has gone down and I’ve lived in Suisun for over 15 years. On several occasions I’ve had to ask the staff to make sure my tires where donee, to wipe down my car on the inside or to even wipe off water spots that where left. Today, I had to go back and ask them to wipe down my back window that still had finger prints on them. I will not be going back here!!!

The staff are very friendly. My car looks great after their services. I have a stamp card from them. After 10 carwash the next one is free.

The coupons are good and the people is nice, but they let the cars backed up and customers wait too long because they dint want to hire more employees for drying by towel the cars and put the tire dressing on the wheels and cleaning of the windows and drying the cars by hand . they want to save money on employees by sacrifying customers time!! I have been a a customer of 9 years since I bought my house in Lawler Ranch!

Apparently this place is only for clean cars because the last two times Ive been there they have tried to charge me $10 extra or more for having actual dirt on my car. I work in a wildlife refuge, my car gets dirt on it, so if you also have a pressing need for a car wash definitely choose another car wash.

They leave water spots on the windows and mirrors, and left debris on my car that I easily flicked off. I had a coupon, but the unfriendly cashier charged me an extra dollar- he really wasn’t in the talking mood. They rush through cars without doing a quality check, so they’re fast but not efficient. If you want something done right just do it yourself.

Horrible service and I had to take my car to another detailer right after I picked it up. Came back dirtier than I dropped it off.

Really poor job cleaning the car. I got the 4 star service and when I got the car back the dash was still dusty, they didnt clean the center console, throw away the trash, or wipe anything down like they were supposed to. They were suppose to wax the car, but it was definitely not waxed and the actual car wash was bad as well. There are still bugs all over the front of my car.

Very honest and clean. I left my watch by mistake under my chair. A really nice $450 watch (dumb moment) and they left it on my seat in my car for when I got back in. I have gone here many times bc of the cleanliness, but now the honesty as well!!! I cant give more stars but I would. I travel 25 min to come here. I plan to conitinue to come. Thanks everyone here. Also they were very very very friendly to my pitbull. He likes it here too.

I have been going to 5 Car Wash for roughly a year and I take my car in every week because it is a company car. The last four times the service has just been awful. You can tell the employees and especially Mark the site manager does not care about their customers. There is no sense of urgency with the staff and the quality is just bad. When I say bad you are better off paying $8 to get a wash at the gas station. I do not like to write negative reviews, but for someone who spends $26.99 a week on a car wash I feel it is appropriate to write a review. I will no longer take my car to 5 Star Car Wash in Fairfield.

I shouldnt have brought my vehicle here. I suggest for others to be aware of this shady establishment.I bought a pack of 4 star washes from Costco. I paid for the additional to have my mats cleaned. They also do military discount but apparently I didnt get that added.Once my van was done, I noticed my right side front window shattered. I brought it to Nicole, the GM, who quoted, Its science, cold water and hot day, your windows shatter. Sooo.... what am I supposed to do? She tells me, Take us to court. ..and laughs. If you KNOW this, why do you keep using colder water??Cole, an employee reviewed the video and he did apologize for the situation even though it was unfair.I called my insurance, AAA and Safelite. They all agree she admitted to negligence and its a bad business.I attempted to speak to the owners wife, but she hid in the back office, sitting on the fax machine. I was told I could not speak to the owners husband and they refused to take my information to give him.

They try to be cheerful and positive for a mundane and menial job.They do a wonderful job in cleaning my SUV and I come back.to them everytime.Tip- if youre a first time customer, ask for a Customer card, like a rewards card and have it stamped every wash, youll get a free wash after filling in all the squares. Get the 2 star wash, its affordable and gets the job done.I comes with a perfume or fragrance spray which I always refuse. Overall 5 stars.

Had a lot of smoke and soot damage due to a brushfire that cmae right by my truck and I had left the windows down. Took it here for an interior detail and clean and deodorizing treatment. I returned to my truck and all the floor mats were still the bed of my truck. I had to remove all the courtesy mats on the floor and repalce the vehicle mats. My booster sest was in the bed of the truck along with my jumper cables and snow chains. I understand that they had to move this stuff to steam clean the upholstery, but if Im paying over $100 for this service I expect to have the vehicle returned to how i left it. So far it doesnt seem like the deodrizer treatment worked, but theres still alot of smoke in the air so its hard to tell.

Honestly this carwash is amazing i used to go to 7flags but there trash, 5star carwash is like a family. The staff are supre friendly and hardworking. I tip them everytime. There great at team work and know how to get thingd done. 5 start rating.

This car wash does not even deserve A 1. I watched them take like literally 10 seconds to vacuum somebodys car because it was close to closing and they wanted to get out of there the kids were playing in the water did not bother coming to tell me they were closed and they closed 10 minutes early. The manager just takes up for the kids. I sat back waiting for them to tell me which lane and she literally waited till I pulled forward then said we are closed. I told her I had been sitting back waiting to be told which lane to go to while everyone ignored me. The manager looked at the camera (after I asked her to) and used the pull up time to tell me it was 3 minutes to closing. NOT the time I pulled up and waited. Kudos 7 Flags this place cant compare. Such bad service and no management skills. The owners response is so funny. Like I said say what they want. I dont say racial slurs. Just goes to show they dont care. You just made yourself look worse. Now I understand why the manager is this way. If you knew me you would knowThis remark doesnt bother me because I know the truth.You have to live with the lies your team tells. Like I said the manager sticks up for them and Visa versa enough to lie. Good way to get out of trouble. Oh yeah no trouble for them.

I sent my H1 Hummer there to be detailed and what a scam! First James C. the Manager sent my car back and said he would finish it the next day with out my ashtray. I brought it back the next day pointed out the ashtray was missing, he said dont I will have it back by the time you pick it up What a LIAR I was trading my truck in the next. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. Paid 199.00 for crap detail job!

Got the 4 star cleaning, and it was horrible! They missed certain areas to vacum, the inside wasnt cleaned right, and to to it all of, I asked for a new carfragance, but I got a cigarette fragance instead. I will never go back there again:(
