Had a flat on while traveling out of town for my brothers wedding on a Saturday afternoon. They repaired the tire on short notice and in time for the wedding. Because of their urgency, we were able to safely travel home on Sunday. All staff was very courteous and professional, and everything was amazing! Go to these guys, you wont regret it!

Not sure how you have a 4.8 rating especially when today you tried to pull a 969 dollar fast one on my wife. She brought her car there to have her rotors and pads replaced. The guy called her back an said for just the front end she needed rotors, pads, calipers and brake lines. Quoted 1200 for that. Thank God her co worker got involved he said to me when she walked in he was smiling at her thinking he had her right where he wanted her. We got a second opinion an it cost us 321 bucks down the road. Do not let your wives or mothers go to this place they will screw them out every dime they can. Scumbag business is exactly what this place is.

I came in to get my tires repaired and was greeted with great service. I had a warranty on my tires from a Mr. Tire up in Cleveland and the guy at the front desk was able to get my invoice with no problem at all. The guy was able to fix my tire within a half hour at a very decent price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I went in on August 4, 2021 because my dash was reading that I had a leak in my right front passenger. I took it to Mr. Tire and from the git-go the man helping me at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. He got the car back and upon inspection he ended up finding a screw in my back passenger tire. I recently got a tire rotation and the dealer didn’t switch the sensors so it was reading the wrong tire had something wrong with it. If it wasn’t for him searching every tire and paying attention to detail i wouldn’t have known. He also did this free of charge (I had to tip him though because of a job well done) I would recommend Mr. Tire for all your tire needs and I’m so glad I found this place!

My first time using Mr. Tires service was great. He was very professional and very courteous. In spite of a busy schedule, I was able to get an appointment the same day on Thursday, at 1:00. PM. I highly recommend Mr.Tire.

They do good work, my car was acting weird, we put it in the shop there, they looked her over and found a loose spark plug & wire. My car has ran fine since 😊

Ryan at Mr. Tire is always honest and explain exactly what your problems are. He always does diagnostic on the car and then explain the problem are. How much its going to cost. Very good customer service representative.

These guys are great. Ive been buying tires from them for years. As soon as you walk in the door, Joe greats you with a big smile. He is the guy to see for the best price on tires. He will sharpen his pencil and work with you until he gets the tire and price you a looking for.I have a 1952 Chevy pickup. I built this truck in my garage in 1999... got it on the road in 2012. The engine needed freshening up a bit so I ask Doug if he would take care of switching the engine out. Easy Breezy. He offered rebuilt engines but I wanted a Chevy 350 stock from GM. We found one at a dealership and he handled everything. This guy knows his stuff. I was worried because this truck was my baby. He promised it would be done with care and that the truck would NEVER set out at night. He got the job done in record time and when I picked it up, it was as like magic.... old engine gone, fresh new engine in its place. I want to thank Josh (the mechanic assigned to the job)... he did a great job and treated the truck as if it were his own.Great job guys.... I LOVE IT!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE: After replacing tires, pads and rotors (around $1200) at this place I started hearing a weird noise coming from the left front wheel. I took the car back and they diagnosed a problem with the sway link bars which they replaced immediately for $300. My car is a Mazda 6 with 50,000 miles. After this, the noise did not go away which was clearly observed by one of their mechanics. When I asked my money back for the miss-diagnose, Ryan did not take any responsibility for the mistake and started arguing with me that, the sound is much better , we started with the cheapest repair. As if when you go to the doctor they start with the cheapest surgery hoping to fix the problem. He did not agree to return my money and instead suggested a $300 at their shop. I compromised even though I wasnt having any trust in the place. Yesterday, I took my wifes car for an oil change, where Ryan performed an alignment ($110) and a tire rotation ($40) that I never agreed to. All I wanted was an oil change. Tires were brand new. Alignment was done recently. When I asked for an analysis for the alignment issues, Ryan immediately responded they dont have a printer hence no results. The mechanic did have an after picture that showed a perfect alignment. The experience was a nightmare and the only reason I went there is because I loved the previous owner (a Jeff Pohlmans location). This place is now called Mr Tire Auto Service Centers.

Purchased tires from Pohlman’s 2 years ago. They plugged a tire leak today and rotated my tires for free! Highly recommend. 😊

Ryan has been probably about the most positive thing i had go for me this past year with his hands on service for way he was able to fix things i need done in a timely mann

AVOID. Alignment mechanic (Mike?) made adjustments, then claimed that when he set the car down, bad struts caused it to go back out of alignment. When he was done, the steering wheel was far off-center (it was ok when I brought it in), and there was grease all over the door. In fact, the struts are fine. He quoted $1500 to replace the struts. Another shop fixed his deceptive/inept workmanship and the car is just fine.
