This shop gets the highest rating from me. I am a recent customer, March 4, 2021. Their friendly customer service attitude relaxes those who are stressed by the accident that their car may have just experienced. They are honest in their assessment of the problems. How do we know? Based on our other estimates we could compare and see clearly. They were competitively priced and finally the car which had been hit by a collapsing garage showed no sign of the accident once they completed the work. I recommend them fully without reservation. Every person I dealt with was helpful, friendly, and honest. I got in the day I called. The work was completed much faster than I thought it would take. My 130lb dog broke my windshield right before the bitter cold hit this Feb. Jason got me in right away and the team did a great job replacing the windshield. Offered to take me on into work once dropping my vehicle off for the day - not an offer you get most places. Great price, less than I anticipated! On a cold night in November a buck decided to chest bump my car in Coralville. As he ran off I asked him to come back and give me his insurance information and/or his Venmo of which he didn’t respond, go figure. Feeling frustrated I exerted a few choice words to the damage knowing that parts for my car are almost impossible to find and I’m not aware of a body shop I can trust with my car.Unfortunately my parents hit a deer within the next couple of weeks after I left Iowa for work. Fortunately for me, in the four weeks I was gone not only did they hit the deer and damage their vehicle but they also had it quoted and fixed in that amount of time. I couldn’t tell the difference when I came back and saw it. So they referred me to Mack’s.I went to Mack’s and expressed my concerns to Jason about not finding a new bumper and asking if he could fix the blemish on my back bumper. I have never heard of plastic welding being done successfully and by golly they did it without having to replace the bumper! This alone probably saved me well over $1,200!I was to leave in two weeks from that day for work again and he was able to get it in and fixed within four days! Outstanding! He worked with my schedule and my budget. When I am available to do a full restoration on my car I will take it to Mack’s! Jason and his employees do all kinds including car restoration. So If you have a nice car that you would like restored, they do that too!
