I was new in town and needed to have my wifes vehicle serviced, after calling a few places I was surprised to find so many service centers closed on Saturdays. These guys were open and got me right in. They were super helpful and professional to deal with. Im glad I found em, its nice to have a local place you can rely on.

Owner was rude. Asked if he would be interested in buying some Goodyear tires from me. When he saw I didnt have Goodyear tires on the truck I was driving at the time he looked at me with a dirty look and asked me why he would want to buy tires off me if I didnt buy my tires from him. After that kind of attitude I wont buy tires from him. Ill take my business to Iowa Tires. They have better service and a better selection of tires.

Excellent business! Was in the area at 6pm had 2 blowouts on my trailer, they had their doors still open so i stopped by. They were more than glad to help me out...bought 4 tires at a great price and both mechanics jumped right on getting me back on the road..from start to finish i dont think i was there 30 minutes. Ill stop here again if i ever need anything.

I love this place super friendly staff. And fixed my tire as soon as they could after it popped. They even gave me a ride back to my home. The staff go out of their way to get things done and are very pleasant.

Keith is truthful about what is wrong, and is honest about what HAS to be fixed immediately for safe driving, and what can wait for a bit. We dont live in Fairfield, but choose to drive 45 min. to come to them for all our vehicle repairs. Nice to find an honest mechanic in this day and age.

Thank you to Fairfield Tire for exceptional service. I had a special request to do a repair to my car that they normally dont do and they were willing to work with me. With regular service they keep my vehicles in great running order.

We were driving across the country and had a blow out on a run flat. A local friend of ours recommended we talk to Keith at Fairfield Tire. Keith took us in hand and got us a tire but one of the wheel studs had been over-tightened (by a careless and lazy mechanic at the BMW dealer back east) and the stud had to be drilled out. It was a very long and tough job but they got it done and charged us a very fair price considering the amount of work they put in. I spent the afternoon witnessing every transaction at the counter and I was impressed again and again by the genuine and honest care given to each customer. Most tire dealers are lessons in opportunistic greed (I was once in the business) but Keith and Fairfield Tire are honest, fair and deliver more than promised. Don’t go anywhere else.

Its always very concerning when you get in your vehicle and it doesnt start. I was stranded at a local business in Fairfield, called Goodyear, explained my dilemma. They said they would get someone over, it was late and very HOT that afternoon and I know they were very busy but before I could check with anyone else for assistance, I hear my vehicle start. Chris from Goodyear had jumped the battery and got it started. He was pretty sure it was the battery :) so I asked him if they had one and if so, I would be right over to the shop. By the time I got there (less than 15 minutes), they had already ordered the battery and it was onsite within minutes of my arrival. They replaced it, tested for any additional issues and I was on my way. I am so pleased with this business, they are always so helpful, fair priced and EXCELLENT Customer Services.Melanie

Had a tire blow out near Fairfield. I was towed to this place saying that they had the best service and they were write. These people went above and beyond trying to find a used tire in the size I needed just so I could get home. Even going as far as driving across town to other places. Eventually they found one and o was entirely grateful. Now I would like to put new tires on my truck and want to go back there even though I live quite a distance away. However the phone number online says its not in service. Does anybody know their phone number?

We were on the road traveling through the fairfield area and had a flat tire on our trailer. They were able to fix us up in an incredibly fast time so we could get right back on the road! 5 stars for sure!

I had called another biz about tires 4x waiting for an estimate and accidently called Fairfield Tire and wanted to know if they wanted my biz or not. Rick was so nice and verified my confusion...he then gave me an immediate estimate and scheduled my new tire install. I have been with them for years now! Janice is so kind to drop me at work while my SUV gets an oil change and free tire rotation (free when you get your tires with them)! Keith and Rick have even negotiated with my insurance to make sure I got 4 new tires (instead of 2) when I had a vandalism claim...saving me hundreds of dollars. They are always flexible and get me right in. Highly advise going to this locally owned - family owned business!

I called to reschedule my original appointment for alignment. I prefaced with an apology and stated it was no problem if rescheduling the same day was not an option.The guy on the other end was very rude and cut me off several times, demanding what time I could get it there by after I already told him twice.He then went into a lengthy diatribe regarding his schedule and assigning the proposed time to other customers if I couldnt get there in time.I interjected 3 times during his tirade that I didnt expect him to hold my new appointment time, all to no avail. I finally got a word in edgewise and simply stated that we were not on the same page and to just cancel my appointment. He responded with hanging up on me.Fortunately, businesses offering tire alignment are a dime a dozen and I can happily say my car is now driving fine thanks to a different business that decided to act professionally.

Had the front left tire of my RV almost come all the way off due to some poor work that was done on it by a company called GMC Motorworks in Orlando FL. Josh at Fairfield tire went above and beyond to find us a solution that would not only get us back on the road, but leave our RV safer than before. If I lived in Fairfield I would be going to these guys for all my auto needs/questions. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Happy to work with honest people that care more about your safety than getting you out the door.

Worked me in quickly, replaced a tire and I was on my way in less than an hour!

I usually prefer a kiss before being taken advantage of. But No! None of that will be allowed here! I was quoted a price for a set of tires installed, I should tell you said tires were to be installed on a BRAND NEW set of wheels that I brought in. When I came to pick them up, the price had jumped $75.00 higher! I asked the Lady at the desk what was going on, she rolled her eyes & said There are always customers like you with buyers remorse. Shocked by Broom-Hildas response, I spoke to the Manager to which he replied: The wheels were rusty we had to clean them up & the valve stems were shot & some other charges he thought up while staring at his feet. When I informed him the wheels were new, He sneered and said Well I guess I get to eat the labor and valve stems! I thought to myself It beats eating knuckles. But....I just paid Hilda, smiled and walked away in total disbelief.
