Poor business communication and bad bad customer service! So my contracting company told me he will bring in this enginnering co for about 1k, then after the fact ( w no estimate amount).. i got a forrwarded email from my contractor from Mr. Nguyen a very lack of details invoice totaled over $1200.. with admin fees $65 charged 3 tines.... of course i needed calrifications about the bill.. so i emailed n ask for explanations and about how i can pay over phone with my CC.. BUT never beard back till months later this guy emailed me n threathen to take it to debt collector!! R U KIDDING ME!? i never Not pay a bill and i have perfect CC history... so it is you MR. Nguyen need to review ur business practice!! anyway i m tired playing email tags so i will give him the money however HOME Owners beware.. i would not deal n work with him again! RUDE AND BAD COMMUNICATION!
