Terrible place to work. Prepare to have to walk on egg shells whenever the owner JoAnn decides to bring in flowers for the office and then fire someone because they looked at her wrong or she didn’t like their outfit. If you’re looking to hire them for services, you’re in luck, as they are suppose to be third party inspectors to test homes to ensure quality and energy efficiency, none of that is done, the home owners aren’t the clients, the builders are, so they basically are selling code compliance and certifications like Energy Star to low quality cookie-cutter builders like Ryan Homes.
