Karl and his team have become not only service providers but great partners of our business. Responses to service requests are always quick and resolutions follow shortly thereafter. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Karl is a wealth of knowledge on a variety of topics and he continues to help us save time and money! We are so grateful to have found them!

These guys were so helpful and did not try to up-sell me or confuse me. I am not a networking expert, so I appreciated their straightforward advice to install in my office a faster/better/more reliable wireless environment. I was surprised at the reasonable cost. They showed up on time and worked quickly, and left my cabling 1000% more organized than it was before they came. They were amazing. I highly recommend this company (Karl especially) as a trustworthy, prompt, dependable and affordable networking company. They even CAME BACK to fix something I broke without nickel-and-diming me.

I cant say enough great things about Slable. They are my go-to for everything IT, and Ive referred several clients to them as well. Everyone Ive worked with is incredible patient, taking time to really understand my questions and problems, and equally dedicated to finding the right solution, even if it means trying several different options. They use plain language, which is very helpful for people like me to dont know the technical and sophisticated IT terminology. They represent the best in small business - truly dedicated to quality service and customer relationships.

Maintenance contract has onerous, and likely illegal, cancellation clauses requiring customer to cancel in writing within 30 days of auto renewal. If contract auto-renews you must buy out the remaining months at full cost. I cancelled in December for a contract that ended in May and Slable auto-renewed and is now threatening legal action to force me to pay the full value of the auto-renewed year. Good IT work, absolutely horrible service around maintenance terms and payments. Do not recommend them.

Ive been with Slable since 2016 and couldnt be more satisfied with the phone and IT services they provide. In 2017, we moved our offices to a space that had minimal cabling and the Slable team got us up and running in one day. Karl is extremely detailed oriented and collaborative. His team is extremely responsive to issues and gets them resolved quickly.

Karl and his team set up our entire coworking space. He was with us and held our hand during the whole process. He helped us decide on our Internet speed, sound equipment, monitors, wiring, display options, everything. He gave us honest, thoughtful advice on where we should prioritize our budget and helped make sure we had thought of everything. His team did a great job, and Karl is wonderful with Quality Control. He comes and checks (when he can) to make sure everything was done up to par. When we were having microphone trouble, he helped us troubleshoot. He gave us great recommendations on other complimentary service providers too, because hes been around and knows the drill. Our space is running smoothly, and we know we have a wonderful IT partner in Karl and Slable if we need any help. SO THANKFUL for them!

The staff at Slable have been invaluable from the very beginning. They diligently worked with our staff to determine exactly what our needs were, and delivered a host of options within our cost range so that we have a cost-effective array of IT services for our operations. Recently had them come in and revamp our office network. I was incredibly impressed by their responsiveness, and attention to detail. They worked quickly and efficiently. Additionally they worked around our office hours which was incredibly helpful. Well be using them for all our future networking requirements!
