Lol...glad I go elsewhere for my carwash because the reviews are nothing short of scary. But my experience was pretty good friendly service, played my numbers, and grabbed some snacks. Drinks are ice cold and I used the restroom, which are usually out of order when you go to other stations ( I mean whats up with that, dont the staff pee?).

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE.They broke my windshield and have been ghosting me. The manager said this has never happened and now I see the reviews are filled with people complaining about the exact same experience. How is this even a thing?

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE. As a matter of fact don’t do anything at this place. They don’t deserve your business. A panel fell on my car while it was being washed, scratched the right side of my car. The brushes were not aligned properly and kept bumping all around the car leaving smudges of the rubber all over the place. See photos attached. Owner “Ray” don’t want to provide his insurance. You get inside this car wash believe me You are taking chances with more than your car. I’m paying for my experience here and if you take a chance you could be next. DON’T TAKE A CHANCE, is not worth it.

My go to for car wash. Its always been a good experience, except one time, and when I spoke with the man at the desk inside he gave me credit for a free wash then or anytime in future. No complaints at all!

Stuck in the car wash with soap. Had to wait for it to be set. This place is pretty trashy.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. First of all, plain and simple, fraudulent advertising. Ad says 8 dollar ultimate wash, price is actually 13. Second of all, pull inside, there is mold growing on almost entire wall. Lastly, this is a brand new vehicle, with 2 weeks of light dust on it, and this poor excuse of a car wash couldnt handle getting some water spots off the car. Absolutely pathetic

There was a gentleman working today(3/18/19) who helped me greatly with a pricing or discounting error. He apologized that it took a moment to resolve because it was only his second day. He handled it quickly and efficiently, and frankly like a veteran. I hope management sees this and recognizes a gem when they have one.

Bill is awesome and took care of multiple issues I had with my vehicle- some of which other shops were unable to fix. As a woman, I dread taking my car anywhere because I feel like an easy target to get ripped-off. I did not experience that here at all! Bill took the time to understand what I needed, gave me a fair estimate, fixed my car in no time, and enabled me to pass my inspection. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the future!

Bought car wash and fill-up using regular (87 Octane). They have a complex per gallon and loyalty program discount per gallon when you buy a car wash. Ended up being charged premium (93 octane rates) and with the discount ended up paying an extra 0.50 gallon. Cashier was not able to replicate the overcharge and was dismissive. My opinion: this place is shady. The other reviews are not off. You are better off going elsewhere for the gas and the wash.

It took four tries to get the car wash to work, and when it finally did, it didnt do all the services I paid $12 for. Im never going back. The employees were nice and helpful though.

The gas attendant, Lu, might be the most miserable person I’ve ever come across! She is not friendly and will blatantly say negative things about you in her native language. Some of the worst body language I’ve seen in a while. Good luck if you have to go inside at this gas station and she’s working.

Why on earth would you sell a car wash when the car wash is shut down due to the fact that it isn’t working? I went in to ask for a refund and after the cashier made me wait while he finished his paperwork (he clearly had zero customer service skills because helping a customer was not important) he had no idea how to give me a refund and he was not a nice person. Instead of apologizing he argued with me. Since there was a line after he made more customers wait (again..because he had no idea what he was doing) I reluctantly left with no refund. I will be back to get my refund scammers!!!

I always go to this shell station. When its nice out i usually get a car wash. Today I decided to get a car wash but the car wash machine scratched my hood in several different spots. Waiting for management to get back to me to see what the next steps are.

The guy who owns this place donates to charity. He also puts out X-mas lights (like a ton of blow-ups) and sends christmas cards to people whove had work done in the garage. I dont use this garage normally but I trust them and think they do good work. Also has air and vacuum. The bathrooms are outside the room with the register (the are around the back corner) and sometimes were dirtier in the past but are getting better. Im giving him 5 stars because I think his daughter went to HS with my friends. Bad thing is I dont think youre supposed to make a left turn out onto Jermantown Rd. from the parking lot which can be inconvenient.

Unusually higher price for car wash. it doesnt have the automated system of moving the car on its own. too many unclear instructions. like of green light drive out slowly. when green light flashed we moved. and then red light with alarm went off. the car came out all wet with no power dry as mentioned. and not even clean. dont bother getting car wash here

On 03/18/18 at 10:27 stood at counter for nearly 10 minutes without clerk acknowledging me. If youre African-American spend your money elsewhere or with another company entirely.

Refused to give me a refund on a car wash that I didnt mean to purchase. Told me he couldnt return my 8 dollars
