They explained all the details clearly, they took care of all of the paperwork, construction, insurance communication and completed my construction on time and it came out great! My basement looked as if nothing ever happened. It was amazing. Steve and their staff were very clear and communicated with me throughout the entire restoration. I never felt left out. One morning at 3am we were suddenly awoken to the sound of gushing water flooding our second floor bathroom. I sleepily stumbled to the bathroom to discover a pipe under the sink had burst and was spraying a steady stream of hot water onto the walls, cabinet and floor. The water was flowing very fast and by the time we were able to turn off the water supply, the bathroom had already been flooded with more than an inch of water, and it had spread to the hallway and soaked into and through the carpet to the baseboards and wood below. To make things even worse, the water seeped through the floor and was streaming down the walls below and through the ceiling and light fixtures into our living room and entryway below. I searched for an emergency water damage restoration company online and found Restoration Doctor, and within 20 minutes, Steve and his team pulled up in a truck with a water pump, several water drying fans, dehumidifiers, and moisture and mold testing equipment. He quickly inspected the situation, assessed the damage, took several photos of the damage and water readings. They quickly started pumping out the flooded water, and set up the drying fans to stop any potential mold from forming (none ever did). The next day a repair crew from the company came over early in the morning to continue the clean up and monitor the drying fans. I was very impressed throughout the process at their professionalism, knowledge, and compassion. They helped turn a terrifying and overwhelming situation into a very manageable experience that we now look back at and laugh. Once the water mitigation process had been completed, we hired them to do our repair and restoration work, since we were so impressed by the professionalism of their water restoration team. We couldnt have been happier with our choice. They worked directly with our home insurance representative, which made things very convenient and smooth. They kept us well informed throughout the process, and they were receptive to our needs, respectful of our scheduling situation, and very friendly. Most importantly, their work was top quality. You would never be able to tell there was water damage to our home. We basically got an (almost) free bathroom remodel out of the situation, and new carpet in the upstairs hallway, as well as some new drywall, light fixtures and a fresh coat of paint in the downstairs area. They completed the repair work in a timely manner and were very clean and respectful of our space. Since that issue, weve had Ram come back to replace our roofing and gutters, which was done quickly and we are very pleased with the quality of work. They also gave us a very detailed and reasonable estimate on a living room addition and detached garage that we are still considering. Each project has been consistent in quality and professionalism. We will surely use them again for future home remodeling or repair work, and we have recommended them to our friends and relatives as well who have had similar positive experiences.

Restoration Doctor did a fantastic job! Frank came out to review the property the same day my plumber contacted him. Once on the scene Frank went step by step letting me know the process and what to expect from their services. They also took the time to work with my insurance company which was one less thing I had to worry about. From start to finish Dave & the crew were professional and their work was outstanding. Sewage backup and faulty toilet flange caused quite a problem and it happened to be the week of Christmas. Marcus and Frank and the hard working men that work beside them were amazing!!! They were out that day and took care of everything in a matter of hours. Marcus also went way over and beyond for me with the plumbers and my Insurance company. He also called to check on me and my elderly father and also stopped by to make sure we were well taken care of. We had a great experience with Restoration Doctor. Our living room addition was completed to our satisfaction and within the time frame we had anticipated. We also used them for some water damage repair after our water heater leaked and ruined our utility room floor. Our correspondence with the office was always positive and we would be glad to use them again on our next project.

We found some water had been leaking and, as a result, mold growing in my childrens closet. I got in touch with at Restoration Doctor and we scheduled a visit in a couple of days. I really had little expectation for what they could do since it seemed like the problem had been there for a while (we just bought the house). Shyon and his crew came out, spent about an hour testing, removing damaged material, and setting up their equipment. It was FAST! And then they left. About 2 days later, Frank came and checked the status. Bone dry. I was shocked. Even the concrete wall behind the drywall had dried out. I was extremely impressed. And grateful too! My wife is asthmatic and struggles with even the slightest mold in the house. She couldnt even set foot in this room. Now? No problems at all.

Restoration Doctor was a tremendous blessing to our family. Frank is a very honest, helpful and fair man who employs a team of workers that exceeded every expectation we ever had. The crew, Marcus, Dave and Shyon first to work on our house, spent a day of 14 hours and a second day which was a Saturday, about another 8hours. They never once complained for working the long hours and having to do heavy cleanup in our crawl space which has only a 2 foot clearance from top to bottom. amazing crew. simply awesome. Steve and Mercedes followed up the next day with checking moisture readings on our floor and other areas. the team came back every day for over a week to make absolutely sure that our once soaked floor and crawl space would be totally dry for the reason of no mold to be able to grow again.
