This is the best auto shop I have ever been to. They are so professional and detail oriented and the machine gave me the best explanation on what went wrong on my car. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Came in with a leaking tire (came in off of the highway after striking debris on road). They took a look and then advised me of the damage and then repaired the tire. Despite being busy, they were responsive and very professional. Very happy they could be there to get us quickly back on the road at a very reasonable price

The people at Nutley Service Center are wonderful. They do excellent work at very fair prices. They are very honest, as well as friendly. I have known other stations who took advantage of me; having found this jewel I will never go anywhere else!!

They have standard rates and dont try to rip you off. Theyre honest, reasonably priced, and do a good job.

If you get your oil changed here make sure you check your dipstick before you leave. Otherwise, your engine will be ruined and Paul will say ‘sue me’ instead of being honest.

The mechanics here are very experienced and charge honest prices. Ive literally taken my car to another place and was about to be charged $900 then decided to come here. It was less than half the cost! My car ran great after that. Its been 8 years now that Ive been going to this place. I wont go anywhere else. :-)

I love Nutley Street Service Center! Paul and his team has been taking care of my cars for the last 12 years. Everyone here works with tremendous integrity, with great sense of humor, and super hardworking. I have never had a car problem that they could not work through and I drove a 17 year old car to the ground! You will NEVER be disappointed at Nutley Street Service Center as long as Paul and his team are watching over us.

Really happy with the mechanics here. My wife and I have gotten a variety of services on our vehicles. They seem very honest--have even recommended not to do unnecessary services. They are also very fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I moved away and still drive ~30 minutes to get our vehicles serviced here. Highly recommended!

This is a no-frills family-owned service center thats been around for decades. The employees are honest and friendly. Many of them have been working there for ages. The repair rates are much more reasonable than others. You could go to a fancier service center and pay for the Keurig coffee and LCD TVs or you can go here. Theres a large shopping complex across the street if you want to get lunch while you wait. This place is great.

They could pay more attention to their customer services. A guy who handled my oil change had greasy hands and didnt even care to use gloves or clean his hands when driving my car into their shop. I mentioned it to the boss inside when I picked up my car and all she did was handed me pieces of paper towel, didnt even bother to send somebody to clean the handle where the guy might have touched with his greasy hands. How does she expect me to clean grease with dry paper towel?? Little more care in detail would go a long way.

Consistently excellent service. Ive been going here for two and a half years, and Ive always gotten a fair price and quick service. On the rare occasion theres been a problem with a repair, theyve corrected it free of charge, no questions asked. They do good work and stand by it.

For conveniences sake (proximity to work, mostly), Ive taken my Acura to other well-reviewed places in the area; but I always regret not just bringing it here to begin with. Paul & crew are friendly and helpful, and have diagnosed and fixed issues that other garages couldnt even identify. Thanks to them, and despite a daily commute on DCs awful roads, my car runs great. Is the waiting area shiny & sparkly? No, but theres a Starbucks and Greek diner across the street for killing time in, or an Enterprise if you cant wait around. Are the prices the best around? I have no idea. But theres value to be had in being able to completely trust that the work you need done will be done- and done correctly.

I went there because my air conditioner was not blowing. The guy Paul looked at the car for 2 minutes, but did not do any kind of diagnostic test. Then he copied the VIN number and presented me an estimate of $837.42 including $700 labor to replace the blower motor and resistors. I am so glad I got another mechanic to check because it turned out to be nothing more than a plastic electrical connector that failed. Total to replace was $10.00!!!! This place totally tried to RIP ME OFF!!!! PS: The blower motor is held on with 4 screws under the glove box. Even if it needed replacing, it would only be about 1 hour labor!!!! Total thieves. Do not go there if you can help it

Weve been taking our cars here for 15 years. An honest garage.

I trust their employees. None of them has never disappointed me at their service. When I moved away, I tried other places. However, I was always dissatisfied. Even its a bit far, I decided to go back there.

I have been going here for over 15 years now and they have always taken great care of me. Although there gas is expensive and their service prices are not always the loest, you can can always depend on a job well done.

I brought my car in for an inspection. I drove away and noticed that the person had changed my display settings and had turned off my daytime running lights. I told the inspection guy that he should set things back to how they were when he returns a car (understandable that he changed my seat and mirror to back in the car and have no complaint about adjusting those) and he yelled at me and acted like a total jerk. I complained to the a manger and he said he would talk to the inspection person.
