I can’t recommend this place enough! Took my car in on a Monday and was told it would be ready the following week on Wednesday but turns out they had it ready by Saturday! Yayayay! lolBumper, fender, and headlight all had to be replaced and they did a phenomenal job. Their customer service, attention to detail, and overall service was absolutely wonderful! I had done lots of research on shops in nova and I’m so glad I went with this one.Oh - They also washed and cleaned it and when I tell you I feel like I’m driving a brand new car...I feel like I’m driving a brand new car!! lolHere‘s a before and after!

Went in for a free estimate. Cosmetic paint job. I let them know the car had single stage paint. Got the quote and they were planning to charge me for clear coat labor/supplies despite no clear coat on the car as I had said.I definitely wouldnt trust them to do the job if they cant even do an accurate estimate. 2 stars because at least they were speedy with their inaccurate quote.

I was in an accident in mid July and Geico chose Northern Virginia Auto Body to complete my repairs. I was given a timeline of around a week which was updated at the end of the week to two to three weeks. Some of my parts were backordered which was not the fault of the shop. I kept getting false updates because the dealership that was ordering the parts failed to let the shop know that the expected arrival date wasnt accurate and that the packages didnt even show as in-transit and lacked tracking numbers. Then came the part that really irritated me. They called me to let me know I would be able to pick up the vehicle within the week. They let me know that all the parts had finally come in and that they just needed to install them. The day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, they let me know that their inspector neglected to inform them that I had a coolant leak coming from a specific hose on my radiator and that they would need to order the part. I begrudgingly accepted what they said and waited. A week and a half later, I called and was told that my part was still not there and that they did not have an actual date to provide me with as the package did not have tracking service. I was very frustrated at this point and offered to source the part myself to speed up the process. This prompted the owner to go to one of the other lots that the company owns to take the part I needed off of another vehicle that they were repairing. The entire process ended up taking two months (7/16/21-9/17/21). When I picked up the car, I was more focused on the repair than the cleanliness, but on the way home I realized they never cleaned out the coolant that had dripped all over my engine and other components. When I got home I noticed that the rear of the car was completely coated in dirt and sediments, there was a lot of tape under the vehicle, and the grill looked like it hadnt been touched which is interesting considering that they advertise that they return your car to you spotless which is even in their call queue. I will say the only good parts of this experience was the customer service provided by Darrell and the seamless paint work. I must have called that shop twenty to thirty times during the process and he never seemed irritated to hear me and did his best with the information that he was able to provide. Thats the only reason Im leaving this review with two stars instead of one.

Terrific experience! Repair was done quickly and for about $400 less than the other auto body shop I took it to for an estimate. And they cleaned the car inside and out. It looks brand new! Very pleased!

I have a Porsche from 1995 that needed a refresh. I went to several shops with good reputations and got estimates. Mr. Lee at Northern Virginia Auto Body was great. He understood how to do a body and paint job of this highest quality. The price was about half of what one of the other places was asking. The end result was show quality. As good or better than new!

Great experience with this shop! The owner, Mr. Lee, personally ensured that I was happy with the work they did.My car door had a small dent (but it was along a large portion of the door), a shop nearby said theyd have to replace the whole door skin and charge a LOT of money. These guys fixed it to look like new in no time at all.They also made sure to go over the car with me in detail before and after the work. All the staff were helpful and respectful. Definitely a gem of a place if you need any auto work done.

During a trip to Vermont, I backed into a snow bank at low speed and damaged the rear bumper on my 2016 Hyundai Veloster. Did I mention that I really love this car? Anyway - based on a recommendation from my insurance agent, I took the car to Northern Virginia Auto Body. In short, they did an amazing job! I got my door repainted after scuffing it up, I had other imperfections on the door and they fixed them free of charge. The paint matched perfectly, and I was very pleased with the outcome. Mr. Lee and his team where very nice, I wouldn’t choose another place to get my car fixed!

Mr. Lee leads an excellent team of auto technicians. I spent five months rebuilding my Jeep Wrangler, but hit roadblocks with my available tools and knowledge. I looked around for a shop that could help me get the project finished. The reviews seemed good, so I reached out to him. Mr. Lee and his staff worked with me over the course of a month to paint, bedline, reassemble, treat rust, troubleshoot, and get my Jeep back on the road. Their work is top notch and the crew is highly professional. At no point did I feel like he was trying to force unnecessary repairs on me. Just the opposite in fact. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Its a rare thing to find such a well-run auto repair business.

My car was damaged in the tropical storm. Mr Lee gave me a great quote, under my deductible. When I returned that day, he showed me the areas that were fixed. He proudly declared they had cleaned the car too. I thought he meant the outside (which definitely had been washed) but they had also cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car. Let me be clear this was no small task. I had many cardboard boxes in the back (for my garden) and I had not had my car detailed in at least 2 years. Save yourself some time and dont even think about taking your car anywhere else, take your car to Mr. Lee at Northern VA Auto Body. Not only was the condition of my car the same as it was before the crash that it got taken in for occurred, it was even better because there was additional minor aesthetic damage that was unrelated to the crash that was repaired. On top of that I also had trash everywhere in my car, Mr. Lee even took it upon himself to place all the trash in one giant trash bag. So even the interior of my car was completely clean when I got it back.When I got my car back it was probably about as close to as good as new as you could possibly get. Mr. Lee nor anyone else couldnt have done any better of a job, and he didnt even need to do a lot of that job.Again, take your car here if it needs body work.

I had to go here because I was rear ended and the other partys insurance company uses them for repairs. They were on time, professional, helpful and trustworthy. Also, unless they pay older Korean folks to hang out in the reception area and sing their praises, they seem to really trust them too which is great because so many people are quick to take advantage of the elderly, but it doesnt seem like thats happening here. Im definitely going to recommend them.

Took my car here when I got in a fight with a cement pillar in my parking garage and lost. Phenomenal customer service-I was seen within minutes of pulling up for an estimate. Work was completed for less than half of what the dealer would have charged me, and you couldnt even tell that Id swiped the side of my car! They were very upfront with the work they were going to perform, kept me well updated through the process, and were within mere cents of the quote when the actual expenses were charged. Even when I dropped my car off in the early morning hours, they ensured a shuttle was called to take me to a nearby Enterprise dealership. Kenny is honest and works with you if you are not using Insurance. I contacted 3 other body ships: he was the most reasonable and gave me a range of what it should have cost. This auto body shop does honest work. Weve used them 3 different times with 2 separate vehicles. In one instance there was an electrical issue that they solved by finding the right fuse that needed to be replaced, and didnt charge me a dime for the time, work or fuse. You never want to have a need to like a body shop but these guys are FANTASTIC. They make what would otherwise be an awful situation bearable. They are attentive, respond to questions completely, are transparent and take pride in their work... so much so that they went the extra mile when I brought my car back nearly 6 months after initially having it repaired by keeping my car and giving me a rental while they investigated the issue. Turned out to be nothing on their end but they gave me no fuss and even gave me the car makers dealerships diagnostic notes and their recommendation for warranty coverage. Truly Amazing. Insurance would only pay for the scratches on the left side of my car, they fixed those scratches and the small scratches (unrelated to the accident) on the back of my rear bumper for free. They basically did an extra $300 of work for free. Absolutely amazing service, highly recommend it.

Fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful!I had relatively minor but very visible fender and bumper damage due to one of the drivers in the household scraping the car against our tiny garage. I called two other shops and was told in once case that it would be a week and a half before theyd even look at it. Northern Virginia Auto Body told me I could bring it at my convenience and theyd do an estimate with no appointment necessary (and it wasnt because they werent busy, there was certainly a lot of activity there when I arrived).After waiting for less than 10 minutes, a gentleman (I believe his name was Robert), looked at the damage with me, explained the costs for repairs to the fender and bumper separately, and actually recommended that I NOT pay them to do any work at this time, since the paint and clear coat on the metal fender was not chipped, and the chips on the bumper would not cause rust since the bumper was plastic. But there was still a 12 x 4 streak of house paint from the garage, so he went and got some lacquer thinner and wiped it clean right on the spot.I was thrilled! I asked if they accept tips or if hed settle for a great Google review, and he chose the review! When one of us eventually hits that fender again, I know where Ill take it for work: Northern Virginia Auto Body!

Like someone said, dealing with a body shop is stressful. NOVA Auto Body did majority of the work for me! They arranged for me to get picked up and taken to the rental car place and i had to drop off my rental at the shop.Im sure they arent the only ones taking care of this but they ensured I was taken care of. In August 2006 My wifes car was parked out front of our parents house when it was crashed into Northern Virginia Auto Body had repaired it .In June 2014 the clear coat had pealed off and was still under warranty when we brought it in.
