I opened my freezer in the garage this morning and found it wasn’t working. I called Foremost Repairs (answers 24/7) and explained my problem to the representative. She said I would receive a call from a technician in the next few minutes. Tony called me in under 5 minutes and was able to arrive and solve my problem in under 2 hours! Very happy with this company!

The technician was good, the work was done correctly and in a prompt manner. The issue I have is the pricing. Our freezer door had a bent hinge bracket, it was an obvious fix, I told the operator that when I called in to make the appointment. The technician came out, looked at it and left within a few minutes. Then came back a few days later with the part, installed it, and was gone within 20 minutes. I was hit with $135 in labor fees for less than 30 mins of work over both visits. That price didnt include the price of the new part. It seems like kind of a scam to be charged for the first visit when no work was done or required and he left within a few minutes.

Mr. Singh was speedy, friendly, and efficient. In 20 minutes, he solved a problem I thought would take at least 3 hours. From now on, when I have an appliance problem, hes my go-to guy. FIVE STARS!!!

Great experience. Very helpful on the phone and flexible on appointment time. He examined our dishwasher an assured me that we just needed a minor repair and we did not need a new dishwasher.!! It only took a few days for the part to arrive but he was able to do a temporary repair so that I was able to use the dishwasher. We will use this company again.

The Misters Singh of My Appliance Tech performed excellently. I called that company because of its high rating on the Internet. When I called, my questions were answered and a prompt appointment was arranged. They came and assessed the problem quickly, saying that a part had to be ordered. They were able to locate the part even though my oven is an old one for which I did not have a model number, as it was in the house when I bought the house. They scheduled the repair two days after their evaluation visit. The next day, they called to inform me that the part had been arrived. On the day of the oven repair appointment, they arrived even a little before time, being very aware that I had another appointment for which I had to leave. They tested the repaired item to demonstrate that the action taken had worked. I would highly recommend the Misters Singh of My Appliance Tech, Fairfax Office. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient.

The washing machine in my shop was broken. I called them and the operator asked me very warmly. After that, the service staff called me to say half an hour.Tony, the maintenance man, was very professional. When he finished the inspection, he repaired it and repaired it. Its fast and inexpensive.I am satisfied with him.

13 year old microwave went down, Mr. Singh came out same day, made the repair and we are very happy. We now do not have to buy a new microwave and trim kit. Well worth the money spent. Quick and excellent job.

I called for dryer emergency repair service. Tony was able to get out to our house that evening, did some major lint cleaning, and replaced the dryers thermostat. When we tried the dryer the next morning, the thermostat was not functioning. Tony came out the same day I called, adjusted his work and now the dryer works beautifully. Very quick-responding, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Do NOT use this company. On 6/12/18 I called this company because my refrigerator started making a loud clicking sound like it was trying to turn off. Then the compressor shut off. Thirty minutes later the compressor turned back on. Tony was the repair man that came to my home. He proceeds to tell me that he can not diagnose why my compressor turned off because the fridge was now on and working? Say WHAT?????? The only thing this man did was unscrew the nails where my compressor is located. He touched my compressor and said Its working fine. No need to worry he says??? The guy spent less then ten minutes (I timed it) looking at my fridge and he was GONE along with the $50 fee just to come to my home. Less then 5 hours later my fridge turned off! Immediately contacted Sears appliance repair. They came out the next day. Told them what happened. The Sears repairman immediately went directly to my freezer in my fridge took the back of the freezer out and found that I had a freon leak. My fridge is completely DEAD. I told the Sears repairman what Tony had said. He was SHOCKED that he told me not to worry and did not even diagnose the issue. Avoid this company. A bunch of CROOKS. I recommend Sears they were thorough knowledgeable and honest.

GREAT SERVICE, FAST!!Called yesterday morning and set up a service request. I was called back by Tony in less than 5 minutes! I have two appliances that crapped out on me recently and less than 45 minutes ago, Mr. Singh arrived at my door an already has my refrigerator fixed and my dryer is running! He also said everything i had done was under a 3 month warranty which is awesome!!Couldnt be happier!

After one year my in-cabinet microwave broke, I called Foremost Appliance Repairs Inc., and was pleasantly surprised at the Customer Service and care of my concerns I received. Foremost Appliance Repairs sent out a technician within a few hours of my call. The Technician was courteous and helpful in explaining what needed to be done to repair the microwave. A great Company to call when you need Repairs.

Within 4 days my dishwasher was repaired. Mr. Singh arrived with the 2 parts that might need replacing and in 20 minutes the errant part was replaced, plus an unknown fuse - just in case - and I was only charged for the parts needed and used. 20 minutes repaired and tested. Last year it took me 45 minutes to open the door, another 15 minutes to discover that Kenmore had sent me the wrong control board, and 90 minutes to reassemble the door.

Happy with the service provided today. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to repair the leak coming from the fridge water valve. Mr Singh asked for the fridge model number during our phone conversation. He was able to bring the correct part today and was able to fix the issue within an hour. He is polite and was never rude to his assistant while they were working. I also like that they put a protective sheet on the floor to avoid scratching the flooring and they carefully moved the fridge.

I called Royal in first. They whined and show lazy attitude. I called this company. He fixed it in 15 minutes and charged well. Call these guys for all your needs.

Tony called quickly after I left the request on My Appliances Tech website. He was able to set an appointment and come in early in the week. He put his booties on. He did the repairs to the dryer timely and without making the mess in the house. He showed me what the problem was and gave me a price that we were able to negotiate down a bit. I am not able to comment on the final price relative to the parts and labor as I havent done any comparisons.

Tony is a very professional and responsive repairman. He responds fairly quickly to calls for assistance. Usually within 24 hours. We have used Tony to fix several appliances and have been happy with his service and rates. Most recently, we asked Tony to assess weather or not our LG refrigerator was worth fixing. Morons!!They have an address posted on the website, but when I drove over to the address, I found no store. It was an apartment complex. They do not have a brick and mortar store, but have traveling service techs who go from place to place. So I wasted my time traveling to a place that is listed but does not exist. They need to fix this NOW! and let people know they do not operate a storefront operation!On top of this, they want $59 to come out and do an estimate of repairs! I run a business and I dont charge for my estimates.Dont like this company AT ALL!!!!!

After 4 calls and waiting several hours, I realized that the calls were not going to a local technician. Communication was very bad with the 3 people I had to give detailed info to each time when I was trying to figure out if they were coming or not. Ultimately the tech had called another number to cancel two hours into the window, and I was waiting for nothing. Annoying--- as I am clear and concise about the phone numbers and I gave my info 3 times. Never got a chance to experience any of the great service and my refrigerator/freezer are still not working. Day wasted.

Bought a condo and the washer crapped out on me. Called 4 places to get service and these guys were the only ones who could possibly come before next Wednesday. Has a 2-5 PM window and the technician was here at 2:15. Walked out the door having fixed the washer at 2:45. Also found out I had gas dryer. The home inspector told me it was electric. I had an emergency. Toxic fumes were coming out of my refrigerator after another repair company broke my refrigerator in more than places than what I originally called them for. Foremost came right out. Nothing could be done about the leaking refrigerator, but they moved the whole thing outside so that my family and I were safe and could breath the air again! Here is my experience with Foremost Appliance Repairs Fairfax also know as; My Appliances Tech : I called and asked if they were certified to work on Dacor equipment. They said yes (first lie), so I booked an appointment. The tech which is also happens to be one of the managers arrived and looked at my oven and down vent. Spent about 10 minutes looking and I could see he was struggling to figure out the the issue. Finally I was told I have bad control boards without any testing. I was told it would be about 5 days before I would hear back and I would be sent a quote via email. They collected there $90 dollars and left. After not hearing back for 2 weeks, I called and was told, by Tony that Dacor no longer makes those parts (not true) and I should just buy new a new oven and down draft. I had my suspicions, I pulled out my original receipt with all the part numbers and called Dacor directly. Dacor reviewed the part numbers and told me they do still make the control card for the down draft but not the oven, however the card can be repaired by an Dacor certified company if that is the actual issue. Dacor also informed me that My Appliances Tech IS NOT a certified Dacor repair shop and kindly gave me the names and numbers of certified technicians in the area. I called My Appliances Tech and spoke to Tony to tell him of my dis-satisfaction. He gave me a story about checking with his distributor and perhaps Dacor does not know what they are doing in relation with the part numbers, yada, yada. At this point, I no longer trust My Appliance Tech and guess I am out 90 bucks, but I do have the power of Yelp! My advice to all that read this is to call the manufacture of your product first to get a list of certified technicians in your area, before blindly rolling the dice on none certified technicians that tell you they are certified.

Noticed that our fridge wasnt cooling at 8:30pm on a Monday, so we called Foremost Repair to fix it. The technician arrived at 9pm and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes!Really excellent service from a very nice and clearly knowledgeable technician! Definitely calling them for any issues in the future!

I called for an upright freezer repair and Tony came within the scheduled appointment time. He is so honest about the problem and offered to fix it. Within 30 mibutes was able to get it up and running. In the meantime I also told him that my wall oven died on me. He took a look at it and said that he can fix it. Both appliances were working before he left the house. One good thing I like his services is his quality of work. His atttitude of if I can fix it I will instead of just recommending to buy new one. I called several repair tech and all they recommend is buy a new one. I am so glad I found him and now I have someone I can trust for any repair in my house. His price is fair and affordable. I already recommended him to my neighbors and to all my family. You wont go wrong with him. I know who to call when I need repair!

They worked on my fridge yesterday and added refrigerant to our refrigerator. So far, it seems to work fine. When they told me that the compressor was fine it made the prior repairman from another firm (that replaced the compressor two times before) look either inexperienced or perhaps crooked.

I called for service to my dryer on Friday June 30th thinking we would be without the dryer until after the July 4th extended weekend. My dryer had a different plug than the outlet so I needed to get it changed. I was given a 3 hour window for the technician to arrive. He was late when he finally arrived, and then proceeded to tell me all the things that I did wrong to the dryer and how it just created more work for him... Not sure if that is normal practice but it certainly wasnt appreciated since I had not even worked on the dryer. Unfortunately I didnt have enough time to get another company or technician since I had family coming in the day after. I will say that I wouldnt mind giving this company another shot, but I certainly wouldnt give them another shot if they sent me the same technician. Not to mention how ridiculously expensive it was for a fairly quick fix. Not recommended.
