Run! No need to call or drive by the property. Staff seem incompetent and condescend- very sweet-nasty demeanor. I had a 10am appointment and was misguided about the tour before arriving; staff was not on site as advised by the property manager Rachel who scheduled the tour and provided the information. Jasmine was not there as I waited 50 minutes, called the number to only be serviced by at least 4 individuals who misrepresented themselves and provided conflicting information. It was not until I questioned the last person who indicated I was communicating with a call center🤦‍♀️. Unfortunately communication continued to be an issue, even when I considered submitting an application 🤦‍♀️and called back for support. Well Jasmine was not helpful, seemed incompetent as she continued to refer me to the property manager. I am well qualified to live where I please and this place will not have the pleasure of my presence or money. Well Jasmine I guess you can explain to your employer as to why you were not at work until after 11am. Rachel do not call me.., you can have your manager to contact me if I do not get to them first. The Pandemic is something we all have lived and worked around for over a year so stop using this lame excuse and the constant apologies holds no value. Do better and train your staff.

Jasmine was very sweet and helpful ! We came late however she still managed to help us. If there was a 1 bedroom available for our move in time we would have leased today!

Weve stayed here for a year and never had a problem. All them are professional in dealing with your concerns and questions. There is a sense of community in this place. The tenants are friendly too. Just have to leave coz its far from my new job.

I live in New York and I am moving to the area in about a month, I spoke to someone there who said that someone would get back to me, that was a week ago have heard nothing since which is a shame I am coming down there for a few days to look for an apartment and was hoping to see one there while I was in town.

I found this complex while still living in Michigan four years ago. It stood head and shoulders above the many other apartment communities that I reviewed. Before relocating, I had my daughter and friend to check it out and with their approval I made a huge leap of faith that this would be my new home in Atlanta. I have been so very impressed with EVERY aspect of living here that I cannot imagine any other rating than a five!!! Actually it rates ten on my scale of 1-10 because the grounds are IMMACULATE, maintenance is VERY TIMELY, I’ve had NO BUGS, or WATER problems AND unlike many gated communities, they keep the security intact. If the gates break they are soon repaired. I feel very safe here and there’s no mattresses, televisions or couches filling the trash bins. Although I’m not real big on Atlanta, I am BIG ON CAMBRIDGE FAIRE❣️

DO NOT LEASE A PLACE HERE!!! I tried to lease an apartment here but Jasmine Rainey was rude, obnoxious, and would not admit she was being just that. Who wants to live anywhere that simple questions turn into arguments and nothing is accomplished. RUN FAR AWAY AND FAST!!!

I had an excellent experience living there during my 4 year stay. The management and maintenance team were always on top of their game with professionalism. The request for issues and repairs are handled within a timely manner. The location is great with various restaurants in the area and the complex is very quiet. Its grade A comfort at a reasonable price!

Awesome & professional staff at Cambridge Faire Apartments, management and maintenance always there to assist and provide the best service you can imagine. Awesome place to call home!! I have lived at Cambridge for over 6 years and I have never had a issue.Grounds are always super clean and maintenance always respond quickly to any issues you may have, always on the same day, depending on the time of day you report the issue and of course the severity of the issue.Thank you guys for being so great at what you do!!

I move almost every 4 yrs and this has been one of the best apartment I stayed! I lived here for the last 5 yrs and everyone at the Apartment office are wonderful and very caring. Would like to send special Thank you for looking after me to office manager Jessica and maintenance Alfredo for their excellent job. Great location, clean and very friendly & professional management team.

I Lived at the Fairburn complex for 3 years. I had very few issues arise while living here. When I did have an issue, the office staff and maintenance team were quick to resolve the issue. The grounds were kept clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay at a clean and friendly apartment complex.

Lived here for about 15 months ending May 2017. This was our first apartment, so we didnt have anything to compare it to, but we found everything relatively enjoyable. We liked the the living room space especially the large glass door looking into the woods, and the bedrooms were a good size. A few cons:The parking tended to fill up more than expected, but there were extra spaces a short walk from our door. Our A/C unit quit working, and while maintenance was quick to respond initially, they were slow to move to more extensive solutions once the couple initial solutions didnt work. There were also some positives: lots of green space to walk our dog with pickup bag posts throughout the campus, management was able to quickly install a different faucet upon request (taller neck), and good amenities such as the pool, gym, and grilling area.In short: decent apartments, great greenspace/amenities, not so great parking, and rent was a bit on the high side, but fair.

People hanging on the stairs and blunt filling, trash and dirty all over the stairs and walk ways. Had an issue with water going into my apartment and the maintenance never came to fix the issue. Very bad bug problem.

Ive been living here almost a year and Im not very impressed. The appliances could be more up to date for the price Im paying monthly or at least work. The dishwasher is terrible youd save time washing them by hand instaed of using it and still having to wash them. The office people get aggravated when you call after hours for help, and just over all I think theres better places out there for around the $750 I spend a month. If youre looking PLEASE dont be fooled just because its a gated community that things are better.... Check around!

It is a quiet neighborhood, nothing bad happens here, it is an upcoming neighborhood, it is very close to the highway, close to Union City/Newnan/Fayvetteville/Tyrone/Peachtree city/etc, the ONLY downside about this community to be completely FRANK/HONEST and you will notice it too after living there every single person usually moves after their rental agreement is up. Expect for your renewal lease agreement not to just go up by a couple bucks, it will go up by $200 to $300. If you are not paying $1,000 already in rent at this location be prepared for that sticker shock. To be in the outskirts of the city of Atlanta [25 to 30 mins away] and for property to demand so much money in monthly rent is outrageous. Some ppl renew, but most ppl like myself move away. Its not worth it especially since they use the rental scam market rate to come up with a person rental amount which is a fancy tool that management properties use to charge more in rent.PROS: Great community, near a bunch of eateries, close to the highway, very spacious apartment, quiet neighborhood, gated community, on site pool and laundry, low to nonexistent crime,CONS: That renewal contract is going to be $200-$300 more than what you are paying now. They will tell you they dont know how much it will be for you to renew your rental lease, but they are lying its going up by a lot.

The staff is ok now, but was way better when I first moved there with Sadae. She was always pleasant. Jessica the property manager can be a bit rude with remarks but ultimately will help you out if it is beneficial to her. Maintenance is nice and will come quickly to fix issues. My only real problem is the walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors snoring at night, their tvs and when they talk on the phone. I had a couple with 3 kids staying on top of me and it was horrible. They ran all the time, one time they were so loud my light fixture popped out in the living room. I would had stayed if I could get a room on the 3rd floor but they went up on my rent and I didnt feel it was worth it.
