The options to support a black owned business should NOt entail you being overcharged. If I come in this establishment just to print one page from an email. The price should not be $2.29 for one page.To detail the encounter, I walked in the establishment to print one page from my email. The employee advised me to connect to the Wi-Fi so I could air print. That did not work so he told me just to email him the document. He logged on to his own work computer and print my 1 page document. And told me the price will be $2.29 for one page. I asked him that seems a little high and then he tells me it’s two dollars to use the computer and hook up to the Wi-Fi and to print out the page so that’s why it’s $2.29.I paid it but best believe I will never support this business again I’d rather spend my money at UPS or FedEx and not be overcharge for something so simple.

Omg, this place was just what the doctor ordered. I faxed, copied, printed, used their computer and laughed the entire time. They are friendly, professional, funny, they know their customers, referred me to a mechanic, treat newbies like me well. Owner and staff are amazing very nice people to do business with. Went into get notary service which was recommended by bank. Had been to 5 other businesses looking for notary for important paper and found no luck until referred to SHI X. I noticed on business card computer repair. After running around all day looking for a notary and possessing two problem laptop, SHI X resolved three problems in one hour and charged very fair prices. I have to give it 5 stars.
