Nancy is awesome. Doesnt matter if you sit there or drop the taxes off, they get done in a timely fashion. It is nice when you walk in and Nancy genuinely remembers who you are and what your taxes looked like from the year before. It gives a sense of security and calm.

I have always done my income taxes as I have a BA in Business Administration with a specialization in accounting. I came to H&R Block this year as I was uncertain regarding the inclusion of Long Term Care Per Diem as taxable income. Mostafa researched the matter and following some discussion with me concluded it is not taxable, thus saving me a great deal of agony.

It is a relief to know my taxes are completed and correct.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They filed my return before I could review and sign. The woman was super pushy and I ended up signing their paperwork after the fact, which was obviously a mistake. When I complained to the corporate headquarters, they maintained that they were not liable and that they did not file before I signed, even though I told them that I could prove that I left my apartment complex (cameras) after 4 pm and the return was filed at 2 pm. Now the entire return is going to my exs (were going through a divorce but filed jointly for 2015) bank account rather than half in mine and half into his. Not only did they lie about how it happened and refuse to admit error, they were super rude, both at the office and through corporate headquarters.
