The individual I talked to, talked down to me, then commented snydly that my plans were were not even plans, and the worst that he has seen in his 30 yr career. Atleast I have that going for me..... They were good enough for the city to send to you. Complaint to the city underway, Ive never been treated so rudely. How about some customer service from your team 4leaf, why put your number and call with questions on the email if you just want to treat people the way you do. Shame on you and how you treat small businesses trying to get ahead in the world, creating things for families and residents to enjoy. Im not a Karen or uneasy to deal with at all...Im astonished you treat people like this.
