I came in for a cracked screen, the guys quoted me the repairs then I got a call informing me that unfortunately the damage was worse on the inside and was not worth the cost to fix it. The guys had a refurbished version of the same model and I only had to pay a little more for the replacement. The replacement came in, and Shane saw me carefully remove my stickers to transfer them over to the new laptop, then I took it home. That refurbished laptop turned out to still have a driver problem, so I contacted them back and they stated that they would fix the matter for me for free because of their warranty. Even better than a fix, they offered me an upgrade for no additional cost with a brand-new model. Mind you, I had been the most annoying person to get ahold of throughout this entire process due to phone issues, but everyone I ever spoke with was nothing but polite and kind anyway. By the time I made it over there to pick up my new laptop, they had needed to send back the refurbished model already. So what did Shane do? He saved all of my stickers for me! Not a single tear in any of my sentimental stickers, and I got a brand new laptop for the cost of an upcharged repair. I cannot highly recommend this place enough.

I took my computer to Bijan and Carson at Tech2U on Fair Oaks Blvd. today for some minor repairs and I got the best customer service Ive gotten in a long time.They promised me a same day turn around and, when things got complicated, they did what they had to do to come through. Confession last month one of my office computers developed a few minor issues. Ive been a cusotmer of Tech 2U for over 11 years and always have been given exceptional service and on time. Unfornately when my computer developed minor issues I went too Nerds on Call out of despration whos office is 2 miles from where I live. They repaired my computer of mild issues. When I called them 2 weeks after their repair of over $230. service fee no parts required, there customer service said I would have to pay $90.00 to have them look at it. NO WAY I will not pay that nor Will I Ever RETURN. Understand this most consumers dont have the knowledge to repair our computers. We lay people Rely On You To Be Honest and not look at Us with $$$ in your eyes. I feel taken advantage of by Nerds on Call. Tech 2U reapired my computer, w/in 3 days and charged a resonable rate. I will be a customer for life if I stay living in Taxafornia!

Tech 2U has saved my computer for the third time! I brought my computer into their office because quickbooks decided it didnt want to open anymore and even quickbooks support wouldnt help me! I couldnt get a single order processed until this was fixed so I took it into them and they offered a service to do it right away. They had it back to me, completely fixed AND it was faster in the same day! I cant say enough good things about these guys, theyve saved my business three times now. Im really happy they have a location in Gold River now too, its so much closer to my office!

Brought a laptop in with a broken AC power jack and told them that the power jack needed replaced. Waited a week for them to tell me the power jack was broken (which I already knew and told them was the problem) and that they could not fix it. When a customer comes in and tells you a problem, if you cant fix it then you should tell them before taking their money in the first place. Will not be returning.
