ZERO STARS!!! HEAD THE WARNING!!! SARAH IS THE WORST STYLIST. I NEVER RIGHT A REVIEW BUT I NEED TO WARN WVERYONE I CAN OF THIS PERSON. SHE WAS SOOOOO RUDE A COMPLETE CHILD AND RUINED MY DAUGHTERS HAIR... DO NOT ASK HER ANY QUIESTIONS SHE WILL NOT LIKE THAT.. I WATCHED HER KICK OUT ANOTHER CUSTOMER FOR ASKING A QUESTION AFTER SHE WAITED 2 HOURS!!!!!! I FELT BAD FOR HER AND WISH I WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT ALSO.

Very good service and price is excellent. No appointment needed. A good place to take my elderly mother.

This is a tough review...I always meant to post a review for Cassie here (for more than a year at least), but never got around to it. I would give her FIVE STARS! She always gave me a perfect cut, and I have difficult hair. I never wanted to go anywhere else!I saw evidence of poor management in the store almost every time I went there, affecting the safety of the employees and customers, and the efficiency of the store. Cassie was always too much of a professional to gossip about it, even though her safety was often at risk.Now she is gone for whatever reason, along with everyone else who was there. That should be a warning sign! Lucky for me, I had given her my contact info for a business proposal, and she let me know she was still able to cut my hair. If anyone is interested in the same, please leave me a comment, and I will share the info somehow.

So many better places to get a cut. Great clips is cheaper and by far better. The only thing good here is the new salon. If you have a problem its a hassle. I still think I got a cut with horse hair trimmers. Constantly blowing hair in my eyes and face & the #3 (blade? No guard?) on it was more like a #2. Faded it up until there was nothing left on the sides. Bangs and top look like a 6yo cut that part. I had to fix that myself when I got home. I ended up trying to resolve the problem with the credit card company in the end. Very very disappointing considering theyre a new business.

I took my daughters here today. (10/29/18) We hit the jackpot! SHAY did the best chin length bob on my daughter! This was the 4th hairstylist who had cut it as a bob. Wow! I didnt know it could look that great! Shay was sweet and kind and professional. I need to go back and give her a bigger tip! We will be going back and requesting her! 5 Stars for sure!

Nia was the most knowledgeable stylist Ive ever had cut my hair. Best cut of my life and Im not exaggerating. Really glad I discovered her and will be a regular as long as shes there.

One woman begrudgingly came over to check me in, cautioning against a 20 minute wait. Demeanor really seemed to suggest I was not welcome. Happily left and went somewhere with a longer wait. Prior visit was fine though (hence 2, vs just 1, star).

The lady named Nia is so freaking nice and did very good on my hair ! Got me looking A1 for my new job!

This place is terrible! DO NOT COME HERE! Not only they made me waste my time and money but they also ruined my Hair! I had gotten my hair bleach at another Supercuts and was extremely expensive, so I waited a little over a month to go to another place and decided to try this Supercuts that said they would finish my hair for a cheaper price, that DID NOT happen at all. My goal was to get my hair as lighter as I could to get it to a specific gray color. As I go there for my appointment at 12 they made me wait until 1pm to start, after that the girl Named Stephanie Grant had told me that it was gonna take time to get my hair to that color and I understood that and I just let her do her job because after all she’s the “Certified stylist” Right? Well no, she didn’t know what she was doing and kept reading a book for instructions. Then the girl proceeded and toned my hair with a grayish blue toner after she specifically told me my hair had to be lighter for the color to work. She made my hair green, and she knew she had messed up as she said she had to wipe it off because it wasn’t working. My hair turned out so horribly and told me that I had to go get it bleach at least twice more, which is more money to spend. She didn’t even finish my hair, as it was gray, blonde and green. I talked to the owner and he said they can do anything because that would be refunding the money, which they don’t. So you’re telling me that if I go there for a trim and you shave my head you won’t do anything because the job has been done and we have to pay you? That’s ridiculous.

Hours show open, but called several times and no one picked up. So either their hours are wrong and it needs to be updated or staff are too lazy to pick up.

This place was great. We all had a good time, great atmosphere here. Nia is fantastic. She gave me the best haircut I ever had. I will be back !!!

First off they were open on memorial day which was exciting for my sons last minute birthday haircut. We were the first ones in. The barber did a good job for cutting my whiney 2 year olds hair. Will go back if in the area

I cannot remember a time when I went back to the same person twice. Nia did such a great job the first time, she had to top it off by doing a better job the second. She told me things I have never heard before and helped me understand why my hair was doing what it was doing. She is very knowledgeable and personable. I definitely recommend Nia.

I would not recommend this place at all ! They do such a poor job. I went in asking to cut about 3 inches off and touch up my layers I walked out with hardly any hair ! She cut it super short I was so upset my hair was so long and I was planning on keeping it that way! Not to mention they have bad customer service !

Just had my hair cut by Maggie. She did a wonderful...perfect!!! At the Madison and Dewey store.Thanks Maggie I love it.

Worst hair place ever. My husband hair cut is horrible. Really choppy and uneven even after he told the hairdresser what he wanted. NIa was very not careful pulling and tugging at hair to the point of a major headache.

I went to get a hair cut and asked for it to be layered. She butched my hair and cut it too short. She was also extremely rude about the whole ordeal. I had to get the hair cut fixed and now it even shorter. I would not recommend this place for a hair cut.

Only one cutter that day and it took a half-hour for her to do a cut. Kept stopping and talking to the customer.
