July 4th weekend 3 hours before the party my main sewer line clogs and water starts overflowing in my basement. Called Mo agreed on a reasonable emergency call price and he was there within the hour unclogged the main line and he cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend.

If you want your job done correctly, call Mo at NJ Masters Plumbing. Mo just installed a brand new ac system for me and my family. The old system was located in my attic in the tightest spot imaginable behind a wall. This caused numerous issues. Although this caused extra time and materials, he honored the original price. Who does that? Not many people would. He is a true professional. He always answers the phone. If he can’t, he always calls back. I have 3 children in my house. Every time he came in he said hi to them and was beyond friendly. Stop looking for a plumber and call Mo!!

Great service, Moe came out to us 3 times on 3 separate jobs, gas hookup for laundry room, then AC repair, and finally a water connection for the outside. Each time the price was fair and the job was done quickly and professionally. Will use again!!

I highly recommend NJ Masters Plumbing. I had a leak coming from my shower to the floor below. They were able to diagnose the problem (that others had missed) immediately. Repairs were prompt and price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to use their services again when needed.

Mo is amazing, professional, and was able to diagnose multiple issues. Called him for a leak and was surprised to find out he fixes hvac too (my hvac wasnt turning on as well). He came within 30 mins. His pricing is reasonable, l am super happy with his service. 💯 recommend.

I woke up to no heat and over 2’feet of water flooding my basement, I called NJ masters Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning and spoke to Moe, he arrived within an hour and quickly found the issue, pumped out all the water and was able to get my heat back up and running soon after!From now on I will never use anyone other than Moe and NJ masters, I now make it a point to recommend Moe to all my family and friends.10 stars!! I’ve used NJ Masters for both Plumbing and Heating and air conditioning issues. Thus far I’ve been completely impressed with how knowledgeable they are in all areas. Every time that I’ve used NJ Masters they were able to do the work on the spot and I know the next time I need them will be the same. I will never call another plumber besides NJ Masters ever again. They truly are Masters that’s a fact!

The pricing is dishonest. We were given an estimate for something that has never been done (the work turned to be much easier, and took 1/3 of estimated time), and then were charged almost full estimate price nonetheless. Next time the plumber came in for a similar job, said hed do a discount, and charged even more than for the first time. The work itself was fine.P.S. Just to clarify, since I see there is a response: the plumber was not faster than initially estimated because they are so good. The plumber was faster because the estimate of the work was wrong. The initial estimate included opening up a wall. Upon inspection, it turned out the wall does not need to be opened, and the work is much easier than was thought, since all connections are outside of the wall, within an easy reach. But we were still charged by the initial estimate.

I needed an emergency plumber today because I had a leak in my living room ceiling. Now I’m freaking out as I’m about to have tons of friends and family at my house in 2 days with Christmas coming. NJ Masters came and were able to come same day And fix the issue. They even had a team member on site that was able to replace the area of Sheetrock that needed replacement, All we really need to do is a quick layer of paint and no one will ever even notice. I’m so thankful for NJ Masters and their quick response and repair of my issue. They are awesome.

I called in the middle of the night because my sewer was backing up. Not only was I shocked that they answered my first call in the middle of the night but they arrived within the hour! I couldn’t believe it. They were able to get everything up and running and we were Able to rest peacefully! I know I can count on this company.

NJ Masters Plumbing And Heating changed my water heater. They did a great job and even took the old one with them. Their work was professional and neat even though my basement isn’t exactly an ideal working area they were able to get around every obstacle and complete a beautiful job. Moe and the team worked all day and the next until the job was done. PRICE A+ Moe gave me what he promised and then some. Was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but went the extra mile to upgrade the air handler for free. RECOMMENDED A+: Nobody likes to wait for the work to start. Nobody wants to be ripped off and nobody likes to see their contractors sloughing off. NJ Masters works all day; arrives when promised and did not leave until I was satisfied.

Got 5 estimates for my bathroom renovation and after a lot of research went with NJ Masters. Let me just tell you that their work truly went beyond my greatest expectations And their pricing was actually the second lowest out of the 5 estimates . The work is beautiful they were informative the entire time and I would recommend them to everyone!

Initially I tried NJ Master Plumbing after another plumber told me I would have to jack hammer my floor to remady a slow drain. NJ Masters after some increadible snaking found a wash cloth that was clogging the drain and saved me thousands . Next in a bathroom remodel the plumber working on the project said he could not relocate the pipes where I wanted them. I called NJ Masters plumbing and they not only were able to relocate them, but did it much cheaper than the original vendor. Since then I have always used NJ Masters, they are prompt, professional, fair priced, and they get the job done right.

We had a leak that was flooding my garage. Moe and his colleague dropped by within a half hour(impressive). Stopped the leak and over the next couple days solved a wide range of with my boiler and zone controllers. Fixed a cartridge in bathroom. Hes an everything plumbing guy, knows his stuff. I think the best part, he took the time to thoroughly test things out, identifying issues could have caused some serious problems later down the road and were easy enough to fix. Im not going to say hes the cheapest guy out there, but not the most expensive either; id say hes average pricing, but I can say the quality of his work is top notch. I would highly recommend and will use him in the future.
